Abstract
The invention discloses an electric heater, which is used for heating in a passenger compartment of a vehicle and mainly comprises: the heating device is arranged in a central area inside the shell, and the shell is arranged below a passenger room seat and is connected with a passenger room floor; according to the invention, the heating device is hung in the central area of the shell, so that the distance between the heating unit and the bottom surface of the seat is increased, the overheating condition of the seat surface is reduced, and meanwhile, enough space is reserved at the upper part and the lower part of the heating device for hot air convection and personnel maintenance.

Further, the heating device includes: an electric heating tube and a transverse plate; the electric heating pipe is hung on the lower surface of the transverse plate, the transverse plate is rectangular, and two short sides of the transverse plate are fixedly connected with the side plates.

An electric heater comprising: a housing 1, a heating device 2;
as shown in fig. 1, the housing 1 is shaped like a frustum of a pyramid, and includes: the side plates and the base 101, wherein the front side surface, the left side surface and the right side surface of the base are defined by three side plates, the rear side surface can be selected not to be provided with the side plates, the integral structure is in a U shape when overlooking, and the side plates are arranged on the base 101; the shell 1 is arranged below a passenger room seat and is connected with a passenger room floor through a base 101; a side plate near the front end of the shell 1 is provided with a square opening and is provided with a movable baffle plate 102; preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the base 101 is a reinforced partition frame, the side edges of the base are provided with folded edges which are turned upwards and fixed with the side plates through bolts to play a role of fixing and supporting, and the corner positions are fixedly connected with the floor of the passenger room through bolts.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the distances from the upper end surfaces of the three side plates of the shell 1 to the lower surface of the passenger room seat are equal, and the formed imaginary plane is parallel to the lower surface of the passenger room seat, so that the seat is heated more uniformly, and the low temperature at the front end and the high temperature at the rear end of the seat caused by the empty space at the front end are avoided.
The heating device 2 is arranged inside the shell 1 and close to the central area; the upper and lower regions of the heating device 2 are provided with manual operation spaces; the heating means 2 takes the form of electric heating.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the heating device 2 is preferably designed to mainly include: an electric heating pipe 201 and a transverse plate 202; the electric heating pipe 201 comprises two double U-shaped pipes which are overlapped and hung on the lower surface of a transverse plate 202, the transverse plate 202 is rectangular, and two short sides are fixedly connected with a left side plate and a right side plate; the horizontal plate 202 is provided with an inclination angle along the longitudinal direction, so that the front overhauling visual range of the heating assembly is increased, and the ascending hot air flow is dispersed through the horizontal plate 202 to uniformly heat the lower surface of the seat; the concrete structure of the transverse plate 202 is a sandwich structure, wherein heat insulation materials are filled in the sandwich structure, and can be selected from alumina silicate fibers or ceramic fibers; referring to fig. 3 and 4, the electric control component of the heating unit can be mounted on the upper surface (not shown) of the transverse plate 202 to prevent the hot air from directly contacting with the heating unit, and a through hole is formed at the front end of the transverse plate 202 and penetrates through the heat-resistant insulated wire to connect the electric heating tube 201.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the surface of the side plate is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes for increasing air convection, and the plurality of heat dissipation holes are distributed on the surface in a grid shape to prevent sundries or valuables of passengers from falling into the heat dissipation holes, and in order to further increase the air convection effect, the plurality of heat dissipation holes are also distributed on the surface of the movable baffle 102.
The preferable design is that a square opening is formed in a side plate, close to the front end, of the shell 1, the movable baffle plate 102 is installed, the movable baffle plate 102 is of a turnover structure, the bottom of the movable baffle plate is hinged to the side plate, the rotating tongue lock 103 is installed on the upper portion of the movable baffle plate, the square rotating tongue lock is matched with the square key specifically, the square lock is used for multiple purposes due to the fact that the lock of the railway vehicle/passenger car is provided with the square key, therefore, passengers mostly carry the square key, the number of keys carried by the passengers can be reduced due to the fact that.

1. An electric heater comprising: a shell (1) and a heating device (2);

the heating device (2) is arranged inside the shell (1) and is close to the central area; the upper and lower regions of the heating device (2) are left empty; the heating device (2) is an electric heating device.

The electric heating appliance according to claim 1, wherein the heating means (2) comprises: an electric heating pipe (201) and a transverse plate (202); the electric heating pipe (201) is hung on the lower surface of the transverse plate (202), the transverse plate (202) is rectangular, and two short sides of the electric heating pipe are respectively fixedly connected with the side plates on the left side and the right side of the shell (1).
3. The electric heater as set forth in claim 2, wherein the cross plate (202) is installed with an inclination in a longitudinal direction.
4. The electric heater as set forth in claim 2, wherein the cross plate (202) is constructed by one of an interlayer filled insulation material, a bulk insulation material, or a metallic structure overcoated with an insulation coating.
5. The electric heater as set forth in claim 1, wherein a plurality of heat dissipation holes are distributed on the surfaces of the side plates and the movable baffle (102).
6. The electric heater as set forth in claim 1, wherein the flapper (102) is of a flip structure, a bottom portion is hinged to the side plate, and a top portion is mounted with a latch (103).
7. The electric heater as set forth in claim 6, wherein the cam lock (103) is a four-way cam lock.
8. The electric heater as set forth in claim 1, wherein the base (101) is a reinforcing former having an outer edge of an upwardly turned flange structure; the bottom surface edge of the base (101) is fixedly connected with a floor of a passenger room through a fastener, and the edge folding structure of the base (101) is connected with the side plate through the fastener.
9. The electric heater as set forth in claim 1, wherein the upper end surfaces of the side plates are equally spaced from the lower surface of the passenger compartment seat.
