Abstract

本发明为一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,包括信息发射塔,水上平台,桩体,充电电缆,水下充电口,水下附体,主电缆和锚链组成。水上平台漂浮于水面,信号发射塔安装于水上平台的顶部,桩体与水上平台的底部连接,水下附体安装在桩体底部,主电缆与桩体内部连接,充电电缆分布在桩体四周,充电电缆的尾端与桩体内部的主电缆连接,水下充电口安装在充电电缆的前端,锚链安装在水下附体的底部,本装置通过充电桩及水下无人设备自动对接管理。充电前,桩与充电设备进行远距离信息交互,大大缩短了无人设备找寻充电桩的路程时间,避免无人设备在找寻路途中电能耗尽而无法回到目标地点,大大提高了无人设备的充电便捷性,提高了无人设备的续航能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及属于充电桩技术领域,特别涉及一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩。
背景技术
海洋开发中,海洋调查活动日渐频繁,长期在海洋工作的水下无人设备由于自身蓄电能力有限,或是定期回收进行能量补充,或是靠母船提供能量。但是海洋环境复杂,水下无人设备在回收过程中,会经常出现电能提前耗尽而无法自行回到目标地点,造成设备丢失。当水下无人设备利用脐带缆从母船获得电能时,由于脐带缆的长度是有限,设备的活动范围受到限制。另外,脐带缆越长,不仅造成电力损失越大而且被割断的风险也越大。
发明内容
鉴以此,本发明提供了一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,通过充电桩及水下无人设备自动对接管理。充电前,桩与充电设备进行远距离信息交互,大大缩短了无人设备找寻充电桩的路程和时间,避免无人设备在找寻路途中电能耗尽而无法回到目标地点,大大提高了无人设备的充电便捷性,提高了无人设备的续航能力。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,包括信息发射塔,水上平台,桩体,充电电缆,水下充电口,水下附体,主电缆和锚链组成。所述水上平台漂浮于水面上,所述信号发射塔安装于所述水上平台的顶部,所述桩体与所述水上平台的底部连接,所述水下附体安装在所述桩体的底部,所述主电缆与所述桩体内部连接,所述充电电缆分布在所述桩体的四周,所述充电电缆的尾端与所述桩体内部的主电缆连接,所述水下充电口安装在所述充电电缆的前端,所述锚链安装在所述水下附体的底部。
优选的,所述信号发射塔由控制箱和天线组成。
优选的,所述桩体为圆柱形密封腔体,所述桩体内装有主电控系统、蓄电池和整流器,所述主电控系统与蓄电池连接,所述蓄电池通过整流器与所述充电电缆连接,所述主电缆与所述蓄电池连接。
优选的,所述桩体外侧安装有支撑筋板,所述水上平台和水下附体通过所述支撑筋板固定连接。
优选的,所述水下附体的内部划分为多个独立的舱室。
优选的,所述充电电缆外接有浮力组件。
优选的,所述浮力组件包括浮体和重力块,所述重力块与所述浮体的底部连接。
优选的,所述充电接口一端设有警示灯。
优选的,所述水上平台的顶部设有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,通过信息发射塔将本桩的基本信息(含坐标、可供充电电压、剩余电量等)反馈给水下无人设备,水下无人设备计算本设备剩余电量,到达充电桩需要航行的路程,评估前往哪一个充电桩方案更优,并制定航行路线。水下无人设备到达指定充电桩后释放自身充电缆线口与水下充电口对接,进行充电,充电结束之后,水下无人设备自身充电缆线口与水下充电口断开,水下无人设备自行离开。通过充电桩及水下无人设备自动对接管理。充电前,桩与充电设备进行远距离信息交互,定位完成之后,进行对接。大大缩短了无人设备找寻充电桩的路程和时间,避免无人设备在找寻路途中电能耗尽而无法回到目标地点,大大提高了无人设备的充电便捷性,提高了无人设备的续航能力。

为了更好理解本发明技术内容,下面提供具体实施例,并结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例一
参见图1至图2,本发明提供了一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,包括信息发射塔1,水上平台2,桩体3,充电电缆4,水下充电口5,水下附体6,主电缆和锚链7组成。所述水上平台2漂浮于水面上,所述信号发射塔安装于所述水上平台2的顶部,所述桩体3与所述水上平台2的底部连接,所述水下附体6安装在所述桩体3的底部,所述主电缆与所述桩体3内部连接,所述充电电缆4分布在所述桩体3的四周,所述充电电缆4的尾端与所述桩体3内部的主电缆连接,所述水下充电口5安装在所述充电电缆4的前端,所述锚链7安装在所述水下附体6的底部,通过锚链7系泊整个充电桩。
水下充电桩可提供多种充电电压,包括380V、220V、110V、24V、±15V,并且分布在不同的水下充电口5中,在水下无人设备需充电时,其不断发射搜索充电桩信号,信息发射塔1将本桩的基本信息(含坐标、可供充电电压、剩余电量等)反馈给水下无人设备,水下无人设备接收到充电桩返回信息之后,计算本设备剩余电量,到达充电桩需要航行的路程,评估前往哪一个充电桩方案更优,并制定航行路线,发送充电请求给相应的充电桩。水下无人设备到达目标充电桩之后,发送信息与桩位核对信息,确定准确无误之后,发送充电要求(电压)。信息发射塔1在收到充电要求后,与自身配置比对,水下无人设备释放自身充电缆线口与水下充电口5对接,充电开始。当充电结束之后,水下无人设备发送充电结束请求,信息发射塔1控制充电桩中断充电电缆4的电力输出,水下无人设备自身充电缆线口与水下充电口5断开,水下无人设备自行离开。主电缆可以与波浪能装置或其他海上发电设备对接,为充电桩内部蓄电池11充电,也可以在整个桩回港时与码头充电设备对接。通过充电桩及水下无人设备自动对接管理。充电前,桩与充电设备进行远距离信息交互,定位完成之后,进行对接。大大缩短了无人设备找寻充电桩的路程和时间,避免无人设备在找寻路途中电能耗尽而无法回到目标地点,大大提高了无人设备的充电便捷性,提高了无人设备的续航能力。
所述信号发射塔由控制箱8和天线9组成,控制箱8与天线9和充电电缆4信号连接,控制箱8通过天线9将本桩的基本信息(含坐标、可供充电电压、剩余电量等)发送给水下无人设备,在无人设备到达并完成对接后,控制充电电缆4对无人设备进行充电。
所述桩体3为圆柱形密封腔体,所述桩体3内装有主电控系统10、蓄电池11和整流器12等电器设备,所述主电控系统10与蓄电池11连接,所述蓄电池11通过整流器12与所述充电电缆4连接,所述主电缆与所述蓄电池11连接,主电控系统10可采用市售的上位机等控制设备,主电缆为蓄电池11进行充电,蓄电池11为充电电缆4进行供电,通过控制箱8和天线9对主电控系统10进行控制。
所述桩体3外侧安装有支撑筋板13,所述水上平台2和水下附体6通过所述支撑筋板13固定连接,支撑筋板13为弧形结构,呈十字形分布在桩体3四周,用于对水上平台2和水下附体6进行加固固定。
实施例二
参见图3至图4,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,所述水下附体6的内部划分为多个独立的舱室14,水下浮体15为本装置起到平衡作用,内部的多个独立的舱室14则为本装置提供浮力。
所述充电电缆4外接有浮力组件,通过浮力组件可平衡充电电缆4及水下充电口5的重力,使两者漂浮在水中。
所述浮力组件包括浮体15和重力块16,所述重力块16与所述浮体15的底部连接,浮体15为充电电缆4起到浮力作用,通过增加或减少重力块16的数量,改变浮体15为充电电缆4提供的浮力大小。
所述充电接口一端设有警示灯17,信息发射塔1在收到充电要求后,与自身配置比对,打开合适无人设备的充电接口的警示灯17,水下无人设备搜索到灯光信号之后,释放自身充电电缆4口与带有灯光的水下充电口5对接,完成充电。
所述水上平台2的顶部设有太阳能电池板18,所述太阳能电池板18与所述蓄电池11连接,通过太阳能电池板18对蓄电池11起到充电作用。

1.一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,其特征在于,包括信息发射塔,水上平台,桩体,充电电缆,水下充电口,水下附体,主电缆和锚链组成。所述水上平台漂浮于水面上,所述信号发射塔安装于所述水上平台的顶部,所述桩体与所述水上平台的底部连接,所述水下附体安装在所述桩体的底部,所述主电缆与所述桩体内部连接,所述充电电缆分布在所述桩体的四周,所述充电电缆的尾端与所述桩体内部的主电缆连接,所述水下充电口安装在所述充电电缆的前端,所述锚链安装在所述水下附体的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,其特征在于,所述信号发射塔由控制箱和天线组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种漂浮式水下自动充电桩,其特征在于,所述桩体为圆柱形密封腔体,所述桩体内装有主电控系统、蓄电池和整流器,所述主电控系统与蓄电池连接,所述蓄电池通过整流器与所述充电电缆连接,所述主电缆与所述蓄电池连接。
