the rotatable buffering fixed seat structure (7) is arranged at the lower part of the outer wall of the first supporting rod (2); the buffable polishing seat structure (8) is arranged in the middle of the inner right side of the rotatable storage supporting seat structure (9); the rotatable storage supporting seat structure (9) is arranged on the upper part of the outer wall of the first supporting rod (2); the collecting hole (10) is formed in the middle of the inner part of the front end of the base (1); the power motor (11) is connected to the rear end of the case (5) through bolts; the handle (12) is axially connected to the lower part of the front of the right side of the case (5); the rotating shaft (13) is axially connected to the middle position in front of the lower end of the case (5); the box cover (14) is connected to the upper end of the case (5) through bolts; the upper end of the drill bit (15) is inserted in the middle of the lower inside of the rotating shaft (13); the power switch (16) is connected to the middle position of the front surface of the case (5) through a bolt; the movable collecting seat structure (6) comprises a movable seat (61), an inserting hole (62), a movable brake wheel (63), an inserting frame (64) and a collecting box (65), wherein the inserting hole (62) is formed in the middle of the inner part of the movable seat (61); the movable brake wheels (63) are respectively connected to the four corners of the lower end of the movable seat (61) through bolts; the inserting frame (64) is inserted in the middle of the upper inner part of the inserting hole (62) in a sliding manner; the upper end of the collecting box (65) is connected with the middle position of the lower end of the inserting frame (64) through a bolt; the buffable grinding seat structure (8) comprises a second fixing plate (81), a rotating motor (82), a pressing frame (83), a buffer spring (84), a supporting tube (85) and a grinding rod (86), wherein the rotating motor (82) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the second fixing plate (81) through a bolt; the lower end of the pressing frame (83) is connected with the upper end of the second fixing plate (81) through a bolt; the buffer spring (84) is sleeved on the upper part of the outer wall of the support pipe (85); the upper end of the supporting pipe (85) is connected with the outer wall of an output shaft of the rotating motor (82) through a bolt; the upper end of the grinding rod (86) is connected with the middle position inside the lower side of the supporting pipe (85) through a bolt; the rotatable storage supporting seat structure (9) comprises a rotating pipe (91), a puller bolt (92), a second supporting rod (93), a fixed pipe (94) and a placing box (95), wherein the puller bolt (92) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the front surface of the rotating pipe (91); one end of the second support rod (93) is welded at the middle position of the right side of the rotating pipe (91); the other end of the second supporting rod (93) is welded at the middle position of the left side of the fixed pipe (94); the placing box (95) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the second supporting rod (93) through a bolt; the rotatable buffering fixing seat structure (7) comprises a rotating ring (71), a connecting plate (72), a supporting plate (73), a first fixing plate (74), an extrusion plate (75) and a pulling rod (76), wherein one end of the connecting plate (72) is welded at the periphery of the outer wall of the rotating ring (71) respectively; the other ends of the connecting plates (72) are respectively welded in the middle positions of the inner walls of the supporting plates (73); the first fixing plates (74) are respectively welded at the left side and the right side of the upper end of the supporting plate (73); the pulling rod (76) is respectively in threaded connection with the outer wall of the extrusion plate (75); the pressing plate (75) is arranged between the first fixing plates (74); three connecting plates (72) are arranged.
