Therefore, the linear movement of the frictioning component 2 can be realized, and the frictioning action is convenient to carry out.
Specifically, the rotating frame 4 is a frame plate having a "U" shape in cross section, and has two rotating plates 41 parallel to each other. The frictioning bearing frame 11 is positioned in the rotating frame 4, and a left vertical plate and a right vertical plate of the frictioning bearing frame 11 are respectively matched with the two rotating plates 41 of the rotating frame 4 through a sliding rail and a sliding block to form a sliding connection relationship. The opposite surfaces of the two rotating plates 41 are respectively and vertically provided with a rotating shaft 42. The center axes of the two rotary shafts 42 overlap. The displacement driving assembly 5 is positioned above the frictioning bearing frame 11 and is arranged on the rotating frame 4 through a mounting plate, the output end of the displacement driving assembly 5 is connected with the upper transverse plate of the frictioning bearing frame 11, and the displacement driving assembly drives the frictioning bearing frame 11 to linearly move so as to drive the frictioning head 22 to linearly move. The displacement drive assembly 5 in this embodiment may employ an air cylinder.
Referring back to fig. 1, further, the glue wiping mechanism in this embodiment further includes a rotation driving assembly. The output end of the rotary driving component (not shown) is connected with the rotary frame 4, and the rotary frame 4 is driven to rotate by the rotary driving component to drive the frictioning component 2 to rotate. Specifically, the rotation driving assembly drives the rotation shaft 42, so that the rotation shaft 42 rotates to drive the rotation frame 41 to rotate, and the glue wiping head 22 rotates to facilitate the glue wiping action. In particular applications, the rotary drive assembly may employ a combination of a motor, a drive pulley, a timing belt, and a driven pulley, wherein the driven pulley is mounted on the shaft 42.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a glue wiping mechanism in another embodiment. The difference of the glue wiping mechanism in this embodiment is that: the tape deck adjusting member 32 is slidably connected to the wipe carrier 11 and acts on the tape deck adjusting member 32, which rotates the tape deck 31. Specifically, the tape deck adjuster 32 is located above the guide block 331, and has a rectangular plate shape with two ends slidably connected to the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate of the wipe carrier 11, respectively. The end of the adjusting member 32 is provided with a sliding groove 321 along the height direction of the rubbing carrier 11, and the rubbing carrier 11 is provided with a sliding column 111. The sliding column 111 is slidably connected in the sliding slot 3211. The lower side of the deck tape adjuster 32 is connected to the vertical end of the guide block 331. The adjustment of the tape transport member 31 can be completed by shifting the tape transport adjusting member 32 up and down, and in specific application, the tape transport adjusting member 32 can be shifted by manual shifting or other existing driving elements, which is not limited herein.
In summary, in the adhesive tape wiping mechanism in this embodiment, when the adhesive tape is fed, the feeding adjustment member acts on the feeding member, so that the feeding end of the feeding member is exposed out of the adhesive tape wiping assembly, thereby avoiding friction between the wiping cloth and the adhesive tape wiping assembly. And the tape-moving frame can limit the position of the tape-moving wiping cloth, so that the wiping cloth and the wiping head are prevented from being staggered, the wiping head is exposed and directly performs the wiping action, and the subsequent wiping quality is influenced by the residual glue. In addition, the linear movement and the rotary motion of the glue wiping component can be realized by the matching of the displacement driving component and the rotary driving component, so that the power running track of the glue wiping head is flexible, and the glue wiping effect is further improved.
The above is merely an embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art.
