Abstract

本发明涉及屋面覆盖层,它包括承重的基层、隔气层、隔热保温层和防水层,隔热保温层是由铺设的废泡塑预制块或废泡塑粒与粘结剂、水的混合料现铺而成。其施工方法是:先在承重基层上铺隔气层,然后将去污后的废泡塑粉碎为颗粒状,再与水、粘接剂混合后,放入模具制成预制块,将干固后的预制块铺在隔气层上,或直接将混合料铺在隔气层上,构成隔热保温层,最后在隔热保温层上铺防水层。

废泡塑隔热保温层屋面及施工方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及屋面覆盖层,特别是组合屋面覆盖层。
背景技术:
现有房屋的平顶屋面中,有相当一部分平顶屋面主要由承重的基层、隔气层、保温隔热层和防水层组合而成,其中保温隔热层一般由20-25cm厚的加气砼预制块、水泥珍珠岩或防水珍珠岩构成,采用以上几种材料作保温隔热层时,其铺设厚度大,每平方米要增140kg左右的荷载,投资也较多,隔热保温效果还不够理想;现有的坡顶屋面中有相当一部分是将瓦覆盖在挂瓦板上,在挂瓦板的槽中也不填保温隔热材料,这种层面,保温隔热性能差,冬天房子里冷,夏天房子里热。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:提供一种废泡塑隔热保温层屋面及其施工方法,这种屋面的隔热保温层比较薄、轻,导热系数小,保温隔热性能好,每平方米建设耗资少,将废泡塑利用,又减少了白色污染。
本发明的技术方案是:废泡塑隔热保温层屋面包括承重的基层、隔气层、隔热保温层和防水层,隔热保温层是由铺设的废泡塑预制块或废泡塑粒与粘结剂、水的混合料现铺而成。平顶屋面的承重基层由钢筋砼预制板或现烧钢筋砼板构成,承重的基层与隔气层之间还有找平层,找平层用水泥石灰砂浆或水泥砂浆铺设,目的是使承重基层上表面平整,便于做好隔气层。隔气层用油毡或沥清铺设。隔热保温层与防水层之间还有找平层,该找平层用水泥石灰砂浆或水泥砂浆铺设,目的是使隔热保温层表面平整,便于做好防水层,构成隔热保温层的废泡塑预制块或废泡塑粒与粘结剂、水混合料的厚度分别为6-10cm。粘结剂为水泥浆或水泥石灰浆、沥清、坡顶屋面的承重基层由钢筋砼预制挂瓦板构成,隔气层和隔热保温层做在挂瓦板的槽中,隔气层用油毡或沥清铺设而成。
废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法是:先在承重基层上铺隔气层,隔气层采用油毡或沥清铺设,然后将废泡塑粉碎为颗料状,粒径为1-60mm,再与水粘接剂按比例混合成混合料,放入模具制成预制块,将干固后的预制块铺在隔气层上,或直接将混合料铺在隔气层上,构成隔热保温层,最后在隔热保温层上铺设水层。还可在承重的基层上铺找平层后,再在找平层上铺隔气层。还可在隔热保温层上铺找平层后,再在找平层上铺防水层。粘结剂为水泥砂浆或石灰砂浆、沥清,废泡塑粒与粘结剂和水的重量配比为1∶2.5-3.5∶3.5-4.5,即用1份废泡塑粒,2.5-3.5份的水泥,3.5-4.5份水(重量)或者用1份的废泡塑粒,2.5-3.5份的沥清(重量),采用沥青作粘结剂时,不用水,废泡塑是指用过的泡塑快餐盒及各种泡塑包装材料等。
本发明的主要优点是:能将废弃的泡塑快餐盒及各种泡塑包装材料充分利用,变废为宝,有利于解决白色污染问题,又能解决屋面隔热保温问题,还能降低隔热保温屋面的造价,一举多得,泡塑密度小,导热系数小,因此废泡塑隔热保温层只要6cm厚就相当20cm厚加气砼隔热保温效果,而且减少了屋面的负荷,实践证明:其社会、经济效益均比较好。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:
废泡塑隔热保温层平顶屋面(见图1)包括承重的基层6、隔气层4、隔热保温层3和防水层1,隔热保温层3铺在隔气层4上,防水层1覆盖在隔热保温层3上。
实施例2:
与实施例1的不同点是:承重的基层6与隔气层4之间还有找平层5(见图2),隔热保温层3与防水层1之间还有找平层2。
实施例3:
废泡塑隔热保温层坡顶屋面(见图3)的承重基层6是钢筋砼预制挂瓦板,挂瓦板槽内铺有隔气层4,隔气层4上铺有泡塑隔热保温层3,泡塑隔热保温层3上铺防水层,防水层1是挂瓦。
实施例4:
与实施例3的不同点是:承重的基层6与隔气层4之间还有找平层5(见图4)。
实施例5:
废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法是:先在承重基层6上用油毡或沥清铺设隔气层4(见图1),然后将废泡塑粉碎为颗粒状,粒径为1-60cm,再用1份废泡塑粒,2.5-3.5份的水泥、3.5-4.5份的水(重量)充分混合,混合时先将水泥与水混合成浆,再放废泡塑粒混合均匀后投入模具中制成预制块,块厚6-10cm,将干固后的预制块铺在隔气层4上,或直接将废泡塑粒、水、水泥的混合料铺在隔气层4上,铺设厚度6-12cm,构成隔热保温层3,最后在隔热保温层3上铺防水层1。
实施例6:
与实施例5的不同点是:在承重的基层6上用水泥砂浆或水泥石灰砂浆做找平层5,再在找平层5上铺隔气层4(见图2)。
实施例7:
与实施例5或6的不同点是:在隔热保温层3上用水泥砂浆或水泥石灰砂浆做找平层2,再在找平层2上铺防水层1(见图2)。
实施例8:
与实施例5或6、7的不同点是:承重基层6为钢筋砼挂瓦板构成,隔气层5、隔热保温层3均做在挂瓦板的槽中,防水层1为挂瓦(见图3)。

Claims (10)

1、废泡塑隔热保温层屋面包括承重的基层、隔气层、隔热保温层和防水层,其特征是:隔热保温层是由铺设的废泡塑预制块或废泡塑粒与粘结剂、水的混合料现铺而成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面,其特征是:承重的基层与隔气层之间还有找平层。
3、按照权利要求1所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面,其特征是:隔热保温层与防水层之间还有找平层。
4、按照权利要求1或2、3所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面,其特征是:构成隔热保温层的废泡塑预制块或废泡塑粒与粘结剂、水混合料的厚度分别为6-10cm。
5、废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法,其特征是:先在承重基层上铺隔气层,然后将废泡塑粉碎为颗粒状,再与水、粘接剂按比例混合成混合料,放入模具制成预制块,将干固后的预制块铺在隔气层上,或直接将混合料铺在隔气层上,构成隔热保温层,最后在隔热保温层上铺防水层。
6、按照权利要求5所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法,其特征是:在承重的基层上铺找平层后,再在找平层上铺隔气层。
7、按照权利要求5所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法,其特征是:在隔热保温层上铺找平层后,再在找平层上铺防水层。
8、按照权利要求5所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法,其特征是:粉碎的废泡塑粒粒径为1-60mm。
9、按照权利要求5所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法,其特征是:废泡塑粒与粘结剂和水的重量配比为1∶2.5-3.5∶3.5-4.5。
10、按照权利要求5所述的废泡塑隔热保温层屋面的施工方法,其特征是:粘结剂为水泥砂浆或石灰砂浆、水泥石灰浆、沥清。
