The inner tracks of the first conveying mechanism 4016 and the second conveying mechanism 4025 are provided with continuously driven rollers, and meanwhile, the right side of the middle part of the first conveying mechanism 4016 starts to contract and move by a width, and the left side of the middle part of the second conveying mechanism 4025 starts to open and move by a width; can realize the spacing removal to the bamboo hat.

The pattern sticking straight rod 6018 and the L-shaped pattern sticking rod 6021 are offset by ten to thirty degrees relative to the transverse axis of the second fixing frame 6019, and can form dislocation with a convex part of the bamboo hat, so that the movement of the bamboo hat is prevented from being hindered.

A sliding door is arranged on the left side of the collecting box 2, a sponge block is arranged at the bottom in the collecting box 2, and the middle of the top of the sponge block is in a sunken V shape; the sliding door can be convenient for take out the bamboo hat, and the sponge piece can be convenient for keep the shock attenuation effect when collecting and stacking the bamboo hat.

A bamboo article production plant as claimed in claim 3, characterised by a first guide rail plate (4017), a first side support plate (4018), a first sponge varnishing mould (4019) and a second guide rail plate (4020); two groups of third guide rail plates (4021), two groups of second side support plates (4022), two groups of second sponge painting molds (4023) and two groups of fourth guide rail plates (4024) are respectively arranged in the middle left side and the middle right side of the bottom of the first conveying mechanism (4016) and the second conveying mechanism (4025) in a combined mode; meanwhile, the middle parts of the opposite surfaces of the two groups of first sponge painting dies (4019) and the two groups of second sponge painting dies (4023) are respectively provided with an inwards concave cambered surface, and the inwards concave cambered surfaces of the two groups of first sponge painting dies (4019) are larger than the inwards concave cambered surfaces of the two groups of second sponge painting dies (4023).
5. A bamboo article production apparatus as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the bonding rod (6018) and the L-shaped bonding rod (6021) are offset by ten to thirty degrees with respect to the transverse axis of the second mount (6019).
6. Bamboo article production plant according to claim 5, characterised in that the inflated shape of the profiled bladder (4014) corresponds to the inner deep recesses of a bamboo hat.

A bamboo article production device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the collecting box (2) is provided with a sliding door at the left side, and a sponge block is provided at the bottom inside the collecting box (2), and the top middle part of the sponge block is in a shape of a V which is recessed.
