Claims (10)

1. A control method of a rice mill is characterized in that the rice mill comprises a temperature measuring device for detecting the temperature in a rice milling cavity, an air outlet device for blowing air to the rice milling cavity and a pressure regulating device for controlling the opening and closing pressure of a switch door plate at a rice outlet of the rice milling cavity, and the control method of the rice mill comprises the following steps:
when the rice milling machine starts rice milling operation, acquiring temperature parameters measured by the temperature measuring device to determine real-time temperature parameters in the rice milling cavity;
and controlling the air outlet device and the pressure regulating device to work according to the relation between the real-time temperature parameter and the preset temperature parameter.
2. A control method of a rice mill as claimed in claim 1, wherein said temperature measuring means comprises an inlet temperature sensor and an outlet temperature sensor for detecting a feed inlet and a discharge outlet of said rice mill, respectively;
when the rice milling machine starts rice milling operation, the step of acquiring real-time temperature parameters in a rice milling cavity comprises the following steps:
when the rice milling machine starts rice milling operation, acquiring the temperature at an inlet measured by an inlet temperature sensor and the temperature at an outlet measured by an outlet temperature sensor;
and taking the difference value between the outlet temperature and the inlet temperature as the real-time temperature parameter.
3. A control method of a rice mill as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air outlet means comprises an air blower;
according to the relation between the real-time temperature parameter and the preset temperature parameter, the step of controlling the work of the air outlet device and the pressure regulating device comprises the following steps:
when the real-time temperature parameter is larger than the preset temperature parameter, controlling the air jet fan to increase the air jet volume so as to reduce the temperature in the rice milling cavity;
and when the real-time temperature parameter is smaller than the preset temperature parameter, controlling the air injection fan to reduce the air injection quantity so as to stabilize the temperature in the rice milling cavity.
4. The control method of a rice mill as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressure adjusting means comprises an elastic pressing member abutting against said opening and closing door panel, and a driving means driving said elastic pressing member, said elastic pressing member moving in a direction approaching or moving away from said opening and closing door panel;
according to the relation between the real-time temperature parameter and the preset temperature parameter, the step of controlling the work of the air outlet device and the pressure regulating device comprises the following steps:
when the real-time temperature parameter is greater than the preset temperature parameter, controlling the driving device to drive the elastic pressing piece to move towards the direction far away from the switch door plate, and reducing the pressure on the switch door plate so as to reduce the pressure value in the rice milling cavity;
when the real-time temperature parameter is smaller than the preset temperature parameter, the driving device is controlled to drive the elastic pressing piece to move towards the direction close to the switch door plate, and the pressure on the switch door plate is increased so as to increase the pressure value in the rice milling cavity.
5. A control apparatus of a rice mill, characterized by comprising a memory, a processor, and a control program of the rice mill stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the control program of the rice mill being configured to realize the steps of the control method of the rice mill according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. A rice mill, comprising:
the rice milling machine comprises a rice milling machine body, wherein a rice milling cavity is formed in the rice milling machine body, the rice milling cavity is provided with a discharge port and a feed port, and a movably arranged switch door plate is arranged at the discharge port;
the temperature measuring device is used for detecting the temperature in the rice milling cavity;
the air outlet device is arranged on the rice milling machine body and used for blowing air into the rice milling cavity;
the pressure regulating device is arranged on the rice mill body and used for regulating the opening and closing pressure of the switch door plate; and the number of the first and second groups,
the control device is electrically connected with the temperature measuring device, the air outlet device and the pressure regulating device, and the control device is the rice mill control device according to claim 5.

A rice mill as claimed in claim 6, wherein said temperature measuring means includes discharge temperature sensors and feed temperature sensors mounted to said discharge outlet and said feed inlet respectively for sensing the temperature at the inlet and the temperature at the outlet respectively.
8. The rice mill as claimed in claim 6, wherein a mounting opening is further provided through the rice milling chamber;
the rice milling machine further comprises a rice milling roller, the rice milling roller comprises a rice milling end and a mounting end which are oppositely arranged, the mounting end is rotatably mounted to the mounting opening, the rice milling end extends into the rice milling cavity, and a ventilation channel is formed in the rice milling roller;
the air outlet device comprises an air injection fan which is communicated to the ventilation channel and used for supplying air to the rice milling cavity.
9. The rice mill as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pressure adjusting means comprises:
the elastic pressing piece is movably arranged on the rice mill body along the direction close to or far away from the switch door plate, and one end of the elastic pressing piece is pressed against the switch door plate; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the driving device is connected to the other end of the elastic pressing piece in a driving mode and drives the elastic pressing piece to move.
10. The rice mill as claimed in claim 9, wherein said pressure adjusting means further comprises a displacement sensor for detecting a displacement amount of said elastic pressing member.
