When one or more of (1) the smoke detector 11 is activated, (2) the temperature detector 12 is activated, (3) the highest temperature of the BMS15 battery pack is out of limit, (4) the temperature signal of the BMS15 battery pack is disconnected, and (5) the BMS15 communication is disconnected, the on-site audible and visual alarm 10 and the centralized control room audible and visual alarm 18 corresponding to the partition are operated. When the audible and visual alarm of the corresponding partition acts, if the centralized control platform confirmation button 16 of the corresponding partition is manually pressed to confirm, and the centralized control platform reset button 17 of the corresponding partition is not pressed, the liquid supply pump group 3 is automatically and remotely started, the liquid supply valve 2 and the pressure regulating valve 4 are opened, and the partition valve 7 of the corresponding partition is automatically and remotely opened to extinguish the fire.

Claims (1)

1. A control method of a marine battery spraying fire extinguishing system comprises a fire extinguishing agent box, a liquid supply valve, a liquid supply pump group, a pressure regulating valve, a test valve, a safety valve, a partition valve, a manual alarm button, a fine fog spray nozzle, a field audible and visual alarm, a smoke detector, a temperature detector, a flame detector, a field control box, a battery management system, a centralized control platform confirmation button, a centralized control platform reset button, a centralized control platform audible and visual alarm and an automatic spraying fire extinguishing controller which are arranged in each partition;
the fire extinguishing agent box is internally provided with a fire extinguishing agent used for battery fire extinguishing, and a liquid supply valve, a liquid supply pump group and a pressure regulating valve which are sequentially connected form a fire extinguishing agent control pipeline, and the fire extinguishing agent box is connected with partition valves of each partition through the fire extinguishing agent control pipeline; the fire extinguishing agent control pipeline is simultaneously and respectively connected with the test valve and the safety valve for overhauling and safety pressure relief; the smoke detector, the temperature detector and the flame detector of each subarea respectively detect smoke, temperature and flame light above the subarea battery, the output activating signals and the manual alarm button state signals of the smoke detector, the temperature detector and the flame detector of each subarea are sent into the site control box of the subarea, and the site control box sends the signals to the spray fire extinguishing controller; the battery management system sends the temperature and disconnection state signals of each battery pack of the partition to the spraying fire extinguishing controller; the field control box receives the partition alarm signal from the spray fire extinguishing controller and sends the partition alarm signal to the field audible and visual alarm of the corresponding partition; the centralized control console confirmation button and the centralized control console reset button signals are sent to a spraying fire extinguishing controller, the spraying fire extinguishing controller outputs control signals to control a fire extinguishing agent control pipeline and a corresponding partition valve to be conducted or closed, the spraying fire extinguishing controller outputs alarm signals to a corresponding centralized control console audible and visual alarm and a corresponding partition site audible and visual alarm, and when the fire extinguishing agent pipeline is conducted and the corresponding partition valve is opened, the corresponding partition fine fog spray heads spray fire extinguishing the batteries in the partition; the spray fire extinguishing controller is provided with a three-position selection switch, and the three-position selection switch corresponds to three gear signals of emergency, semiautomatic and automatic; the method is characterized by comprising the following three control modes:
1) When the spraying fire-extinguishing controller is powered off or the three-position selector switch is in an emergency gear, the marine battery spraying fire-extinguishing system is in an emergency working mode, and when the marine battery spraying fire-extinguishing system is in the emergency working mode: when a fire is found in a certain subarea, manually opening each valve body in the fire extinguishing agent control pipeline at the pump group and starting a liquid supply pump group in the fire extinguishing agent control pipeline, and manually opening a subarea valve of the subarea where the fire is happened at the subarea valve to perform emergency fire extinguishing;
2) When the three-position selector switch of the spray fire extinguishing controller is in a semi-automatic working mode, any one of the following 2.1) and 2.2) causes the fire extinguishing agent control pipeline to be conducted, and the partition valve corresponding to the partition is opened for spray fire extinguishing:
2.1 When the manual alarm button of a certain partition is pressed or the remote spray command from the remote control system is activated, the on-site audible and visual alarm and the centralized control room audible and visual alarm of the corresponding partition are acted; at the moment, if a reset button of a centralized control console of a corresponding partition is not pressed, automatically and remotely starting a liquid supply pump group, opening a pressure regulating valve of a liquid supply valve, and automatically and remotely starting partition valves of the corresponding partition to extinguish a fire;
2.2 When one or more of six alarms including (1) smoke detector activation, (2) temperature detector activation, (3) flame detector activation, (4) maximum temperature out-of-limit detection by a battery management system, (5) disconnection of a temperature signal detection by the battery management system and (6) communication disconnection detection by the battery management system occur in a certain partition, the on-site audible and visual alarm and the audible and visual alarm of a centralized control room corresponding to the partition are operated; when the audible and visual alarm of the corresponding subarea acts, if the centralized control platform confirming button of the corresponding subarea is manually pressed to confirm, and the centralized control platform resetting button of the corresponding subarea is not pressed, automatically and remotely starting the liquid supply pump group, opening the pressure regulating valve of the liquid supply valve, and automatically and remotely starting the subarea valve of the corresponding subarea to extinguish fire;
3) When the three-position selector switch of the spray fire-extinguishing controller is in an automatic working mode, any one of the following 3.1) -3.3) can enable the fire-extinguishing agent control pipeline to be conducted, and the partition valve corresponding to the partition is opened for spray fire extinguishment:
3.1 When the manual alarm button of a certain partition is pressed, or a remote spray command from a remote control system is activated, or a flame detector is activated, the on-site audible and visual alarm and the audible and visual alarm of a centralized control room of the corresponding partition are acted; at the moment, if a reset button of a centralized control console of a corresponding partition is not pressed, automatically and remotely starting a liquid supply pump group, opening a pressure regulating valve of a liquid supply valve, and automatically and remotely starting partition valves of the corresponding partition to extinguish a fire;
3.2 When two or more than two of four alarms of (1) smoke detector activation, (2) temperature detector activation, (3) maximum temperature out-of-limit detection by a battery management system and (4) disconnection of a temperature signal detection by the battery management system occur in a certain partition, the on-site audible and visual alarm and the audible and visual alarm of a centralized control room of the corresponding partition are operated; at the moment, if a reset button of a centralized control console of a corresponding partition is not pressed, automatically and remotely starting a liquid supply pump group, opening a pressure regulating valve of a liquid supply valve, and automatically and remotely starting partition valves of the corresponding partition to extinguish a fire;
3.3 When one or more of five alarms including (1) smoke detector activation, (2) temperature detector activation, (3) maximum temperature out-of-limit detection by a battery management system, (4) disconnection of a temperature signal detection by the battery management system and (5) communication disconnection detection by the battery management system occur in a certain partition, the on-site audible and visual alarm and the audible and visual alarm of a centralized control room corresponding to the partition are operated; when the audible and visual alarm corresponding to the subarea acts, if the centralized control platform confirming button corresponding to the subarea is manually pressed to confirm, and the centralized control platform resetting button corresponding to the subarea is not pressed, the liquid supply pump group is automatically started remotely, the pressure regulating valve of the liquid supply valve is opened, and the subarea valve corresponding to the subarea is automatically started remotely to extinguish the fire.
