Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating chilblain
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the field of medicines, and particularly discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating chilblain.
Background art:
chilblain is usually caused by low temperature and dampness in winter, and often occurs in hands, feet, auricles, and nose tip. Mainly related to the repeated exposure of the lesion to low temperature environment and poor protection. It is manifested by itching or swelling pain in local areas, purple-red spots, papules or nodules, which may be accompanied by edema and edema. In the course of disease, the epidermis can be detached, bleeding, erosion or ulcer can appear, and finally paralysis or fibrosis can be formed; chilblain is easy to recur.
The chilblain is a damage caused by low-temperature cold invasion, belongs to non-freezing frostbite and is caused by low-temperature and humid conditions from below 10 ℃ to above the freezing point. It is often seen in winter in areas with low temperature and humidity. It is common to children and women, and is better at the exposed parts of hands, feet, auricles, cheeks, and nose tip. Mainly relates to the repeated and long-term exposure of the lesion part to the low-temperature environment and poor protection. The mechanism of occurrence is not clear, and the blood vessels may be in a contracted or spastic state for a long time due to factors such as low temperature and dampness, blood stasis, and cell metabolic disorder. Then microcirculation changes after rewarming, and continuous dilatation of blood vessels, extravasation of blood cells and body fluid, local blood seepage, extravasated blood, edema and the like occur. Some capillaries and even small arteries and veins are damaged to cause thrombus. In severe cases, blisters and skin necrosis may occur. In addition, vegetative nerve functional disturbance, poor blood circulation at extremities, excessive sweating of hands and feet, lack of exercise, etc. may also be the cause of chilblain. The chilblain is easy to recur and is mainly related to chronic vasculitis of local skin after the chilblain is ill and the resistance of the skin is reduced.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the chilblain is local or systemic injury caused by cold evil invasion of a human body. The disease names are found in sui Qi & lttheory of disease origin, cold rotten swelling and sore, and in historical documents, there are the names of cold rotten sore, cold wind and cold crack. The pathogenesis of the disease is that cold invades the skin, congeals blood vessels, loses yang qi in warmth and passes through, and is formed by stagnation of qi and blood.
The clinical manifestations are cold feeling and needle-prick pain at the affected part, numbness and then loss of sensation. After rewarming, burning, swelling, itching or (and) pain appear, and the itching becomes worse after heating. Skin lesions mostly occur in fingers, backs of hands, faces, pinna, toes, edges of feet, heels and the like, and local skin is pale and cool first, and then red, swollen and hard or purplish red plaques appear. In severe cases, blisters, bleeding, erosion or ulceration, infection, necrosis, etc., may occur, even with the formation of scars.
At present, chilblain is mainly prevented, and winter-proof and waterproof clothes should be worn when people go out in winter. In cold environment, cold protection and warm keeping are required, and particularly, the warm and dry keeping of the exposed parts of hands, feet, ears and the like is very important.
Western medicine treatment has two methods of systemic and local application, the systemic treatment is usually oral or intravenous vasodilating medicines, and the local application is based on the principles of detumescence, anti-inflammation and blood circulation promotion. The western medicines for chilblain at present mainly fall into three categories: vasodilating, anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory agents. Such as nifedipine, a calcium antagonist, 0.2% nitroglycerin ointment, anisodamine; heparin sodium cream, mucopolysaccharide polysulfonate cream; ofloxacin, furacilin ointment, etc. In addition, there are physiotherapy such as He-Ne laser and infrared. In a word, the western medicine treatment method is less, is mostly used for symptomatic treatment, and has the defects of slow effect, poor effect, no radical cure, easy relapse, large side effect, high cost and the like.
The traditional Chinese medicine treatment comprises internal treatment and external treatment. The internal treatment mainly treats the disease based on syndrome differentiation by warming and activating cold, and tonifying yang and activating blood as the principles: modified Dang Gui Siji Tang or Gui Zhi Jia Dang Gui Tang for congealing cold with blood stasis; modified Siqijiashen decoction or Shenfu decoction for cold exuberance and yang decline; modified Simiaoyong' an decoction for stasis-resolving and heat-resolving; modified ren Shen Yan Rong Tang or Bazhen Tang combined with Gui Zhi Tang for qi deficiency and blood stasis. The external treatment is performed by various dosage forms of medicines, such as ointment, tincture, medicinal liquor, powder, decoction and the like, and the common medicines comprise chilblain cream with various components, 10% pepper alcohol immersion liquid, red ganoderma wine, ginger and pepper tincture, yang and decongestant cream and the like, but are not enumerated. In addition, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is also available.
At present, medical science accumulates abundant experience in the aspect of chilblain treatment, and the methods are various and can be called all flowers and all families struggle for singing. The traditional Chinese medicine shows good effect and unique advantages for treating the disease. However, the fish and dragon are mixed, the effect is different, the formula is different, and even in a plurality of formulas, the clinical curative effect cannot be distinguished one by one. The excellent prescription has not been widely accepted and popularized in the industry. The textbook does not recommend an effective medicine, so that the effect of the medicine taken by the patient is not satisfactory. Therefore, an effective drug for treating chilblain is urgently needed to be provided.
For example, Chinese patent publication No. CN103285034A "A medicine for treating chilblain and its preparation method" comprises the following raw materials: iodine: 3-5 parts of potassium iodide: 3-5 parts of glycerol: 8-12 parts of lanolin: 4-6 parts of beeswax: 4-8 parts of vaseline: 50-70 parts of borneol: 1.5-5.5 parts of eugenol: 0.5-1.5 parts of methyl salicylate: 4-6 parts of horn powder or ox horn powder or antler powder with the fineness of less than 150 meshes: 1-3 parts.
