in addition, the user upwards abuts against the side wall on the upper side of the pedal cavity 341 with feet, so that the clamping blocks 331 on the adjusting block 33 are separated from the first adjusting grooves 12, then leftwards and rightwards abut against the side wall in the left and right directions of the pedal cavity 341, the clamping blocks 331 on the adjusting block 33 are clamped in different first adjusting grooves 12, the position of the hammering rod relative to the cushion 111 of the seat 1 is changed, and then the hammering rod 32 is driven to hammer the cushion 111 of the seat 1 in a stepping mode;
when the user needs to massage the waist, the user holds the operating handle 4121, and manually rotates the second folding rod 412 to drive the patting rod 42 to synchronously rotate, so as to drive the patting block 43 to perform patting massage operation on the cushion 111 on the backrest of the seat 1, so as to relieve fatigue and soreness of the waist of the user.
When the back beating massage operation is not required, the first turnover rod 312 can be turned over to the lower side of the seat 1, then the two ends of the clamping rod 313 in the length direction are respectively clamped in the clamping holes 3111 of the first fixing rod 311 and the first turnover rod 312, and the first turnover rod 312 is further fixed on the first fixing rod 311, so that the pedal rod 31 below the seat 1 does not occupy the space at the front end below the seat 1, and the user is prevented from being stumbled by the pedal rod 31.
When the waist pressing massage operation is not required, the second folding rod 412 is made to abut against the first abutting surface 4111, and at this time, the second folding rod 412 is just parallel to the backrest of the seat 1, thereby realizing the retraction of the second folding rod 412.
