Abstract

一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其包括若干模块屏(100),若干该模块屏(100)拼装在一起形成一大型显示屏,每一块该模块屏(100)都包括若干块单元屏(200)、拼接框(300)以及控制箱(400),若干块该单元屏(200)拼装在该拼接框(300)中组成一块该模块屏(100),该控制箱(400)设置在该模块屏(100)背面,该控制箱(400)同时控制若干块该单元屏(200)的工作方式。

一种集成式控制LED显示系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED显示屏,特别是指一种方便拼接的LED显示系统,其包括若干单元屏,拼装的时候,特定数量的该单元屏拼装在一拼接框中组成一模块屏,若干该模块屏横向或纵向拼装在一起形成一大型显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏是一种平板显示器,其是由若干个小型的LED模块面板拼接组成的,其是用来显示文字、图像、视频、录像信号等各种信息的设备。
目前LED显示屏已经被广泛使用在了户外广告展示、产品图像展示等诸多领域中了。
在具体使用的时候,工作人员一般会将若干个小型LED显示屏彼此拼装在一起形成一大型整体显示屏向外界显示文字、图像、视频等信息,这种大型整体显示屏能够提升显示屏的尺寸,进而提升显示、展示效果。
如图1所示,为大型整体显示屏的主视图,该大型整体显示屏是由若干个显示箱体1拼接而成的。
如图2所示,每一个该显示箱体1都包括外框体2、若干模组3、电源盒4,其中,若干该模组3安装在该外框体2上,该电源盒4连接在该显示箱体1背面,该电源盒4中用以设置IC、PCB等电子元件,若干该模组3通过电路线5同时与该电源盒4固定连接。
上述传统的小型LED显示屏在使用的时候还存在着如下的缺点。
第一、每一个小型LED显示屏都需单独配置外框体2以及电源盒4才能够使其实现显示屏的功能,其整体结构非常复杂。
第二、每一个小型LED显示屏都需单独配置连接锁才能够实现显示屏之间的拼装。
第三、因为每一个小型LED显示屏都具有独立的电源盒4,所以在完成拼装后需要利用外接线路(电源线、信号线)将不同的电源盒4连接在一起才能够完成整体的电源、信号连接,其线路布置异常复杂,同时连接工作非常复杂。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于:提供一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其利用同一结构形式的若干块该单元屏(200)组成该模块屏(100),而后将若干该模块屏(100)横向或纵向拼装在一起形成该大型显示屏,其整体拼装方式简单,便于装配、拆卸。
本发明的第二个目的在于:提供一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其将组成该模块屏(100)的若干个该单元屏(200)的电源控制模块以及信号控制模块统一集中设置在该控制箱(400)中,能够大大简化单个该单元屏(200)的结构,使该单元屏(200)标准化,并且方便单独进行安装和拆卸,同时,该控制箱(400)实现了电路、电子元件集中设置,集中进行散热处理,集中进行电磁屏蔽,并统一进行集中防护。
本发明的第三个目的在于:提供一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其通过该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)将不同的该模块屏(100)的该控制箱(400)连接在一起,能够大大简化连线构成,大大降低装配连线难度。

具体实施方式
如图3至7所示,一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其包括若干模块屏(100),
如图5所示,若干该模块屏(100)拼装在一起形成一大型显示屏,该大型显示屏通电发光对外显示文字、图像、视频等信息。
在具体实施的时候,若干该模块屏(100)可以采用横向拼装、纵向拼装等多种方式拼装在一起形成大型显示屏,
每一块该模块屏(100)都包括若干块单元屏(200)、拼接框(300)以及控制箱(400),
若干块该单元屏(200)拼装在该拼接框(300)中组成一块该模块屏(100),
该控制箱(400)设置在该模块屏(100)背面,该控制箱(400)同时控制若干块该单元屏(200)的工作方式,
具体描述为,该控制箱(400)同时为若干块该单元屏(200)提供电力供给,该控制箱(400)同时控制若干块该单元屏(200)的点亮方式以及图像显示方式等,
如图6所示,该控制箱(400)包括引入线缆(410)以及引出线缆(420)。
如图7所示,该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)连接在该箱体(430)两侧。
如图5、7所示,若干块该模块屏(100)横向或者纵向拼装在一起形成该大型显示屏时,该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)连接在不同的该模块屏(100)之间。
通过该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)将不同的该模块屏(100)的该控制箱(400)连接在一起。
该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)中都集成有电源线以及信号线。
在具体实施的时候,该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)的端部都设置有便插头(460),以方便连接。
具体描述为,当若干该模块屏(100)横向或者纵向拼装在一起形成该大型显示屏时,一块该模块屏(100)的引出线缆(420)与另外一个该模块屏(100)的引入线缆(410)相连接以将不同的该模块屏(100)的该控制箱(400)连接在一起。
本发明首先,利用同一结构形式的若干块该单元屏(200)组成该模块屏(100),而后将若干该模块屏(100)横向或纵向拼装在一起形成该大型显示屏,其整体拼装方式简单,便于装配、拆卸。
另外,本发明将组成该模块屏(100)的若干个该单元屏(200)的电源控制模块以及信号控制模块统一集中设置在该控制箱(400)中,能够大大简化单个该单元屏(200)的结构,使该单元屏(200)标准化,并且方便单独进行安装和拆卸,同时,该控制箱(400)实现了电路、电子元件集中设置,集中进行散热处理,集中进行电磁屏蔽,并统一进行集中防护。
最后,本发明通过该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)将不同的该模块屏(100)的该控制箱(400)连接在一起,能够大大简化连线构成,大大降低装配连线难度。
在具体实施的时候,该控制箱(400)还包括箱体(430)、元件模块(440)以及若干连接插口(450)。

该连接插口(450)与组成该模块屏(100)的该单元屏(200)的该引出线(240)一一对应。
该引出线(240)对应插接在该连接插口(450)上。
在具体实施的时候,每一块该单元屏(200)上都设置有固定锁(250),通过该固定锁(250)能够将该单元屏(200)固定在该拼接框(300)上。
如图4所示,每一块该单元屏(200)都包括板式底板(210)、LED灯板(220)以及面罩(230)。
如图3所示,每一块该单元屏(200)背面都连接有该引出线(240)。
该板式底板(210)、该LED灯板(220)以及该面罩(230)都为板状。
该LED灯板(220)固定在该板式底板(210)上,该面罩(230)罩设在该LED灯板(220)前方。
该单元屏(200)整体为平板状。
该引出线(240)与该单元屏(200)的LED灯板(220)相连接。
该引出线(240)中集成有电源线以及信号线。
该引出线(240)用以为该单元屏(200)的该LED灯板(220)提供电力供给,同时对该单元屏(200)的该LED灯板(220)进行各种信号的传输,比如,控制信号、数据信号等。
在具体实施的时候,该LED灯板(220)可以由多块LED灯板拼接而成。

1.一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其特征在于:包括若干模块屏(100),若干该模块屏(100)拼装在一起形成一大型显示屏,
每一块该模块屏(100)都包括若干块单元屏(200)、拼接框(300)以及控制箱(400),若干块该单元屏(200)拼装在该拼接框(300)中组成一块该模块屏(100),
该控制箱(400)设置在该模块屏(100)背面,该控制箱(400)同时控制若干块该单元屏(200)的工作方式。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其特征在于:该控制箱(400)包括引入线缆(410)以及引出线缆(420),
若干块该模块屏(100)拼装在一起形成该大型显示屏时,该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)连接在不同的该模块屏(100)之间,
通过该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)将不同的该模块屏(100)的该控制箱(400)连接在一起。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其特征在于:该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)中都集成有电源线以及信号线。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其特征在于:该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)的端部都设置有便插头(460)。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其特征在于:该引入线缆(410)以及该引出线缆(420)连接在该箱体(430)两侧。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种集成式控制LED显示系统,其特征在于:该控制箱(400)还包括箱体(430)、元件模块(440)以及若干连接插口(450),其中,该元件模块(440)设置在该箱体(430)中,
