Abstract
The invention discloses a supply chain financial system and a method based on a block chain, which comprises the following steps: the order management module is used for managing order requirements on the upstream of a supply chain downstream to match with optimal resources for production, and comprises a project requirement submodule, a requirement decomposition submodule and an order summarizing submodule; and the contract management module is used for confirming both trading and financing parties when the trading or financing action in the supply chain occurs. The invention mainly relieves the capital pressure of small and micro enterprises such as contractors, suppliers and the like in supply chain finance, ensures the integrity and authenticity of information by using an informationized new technology, leads a capital party to control and supervise the supply chain more easily, and ensures the return of capital, thereby reducing the practical difficulty and risk of supply chain finance, effectively promoting the development of supply chain finance, activating market economy and constructing a more perfect economic credit system.

The fund management module is used for controlling all fund flow and debt flow in a supply chain and providing sufficient financial support for a supplier, and comprises an accounts receivable management sub-module, a financing application sub-module, a financing and paying sub-module, a money return sub-module and a profit distribution sub-module.
Preferably, the order management module, the contract management module, the material management module and the fund management module use a blockchain system as a bottom technical support to ensure the authenticity of data information.

The embodiment is based on the block chain technology, a distributed accounting mode is adopted, all key behaviors and data generated by all parties in supply chain financial activities are recorded, the intelligent contract technology of the block chain enables contracts in the supply chain financial process to be more smooth and convenient, and the fairness and the safety of the system are guaranteed through the public execution process and the data.
First, a blockchain system for a supply chain financial system is established, wherein the blockchain system comprises a plurality of nodes consisting of a core enterprise, an e-commerce platform, a fund party, a host bank and a borrower bank.
And then respectively establishing a corresponding supply chain financial system for each distributed block link point, wherein the supply chain financial system comprises an order management module, a contract management module, a material management module and a fund management module.

According to the supply chain financial system and method based on the block chain, optimization and improvement are performed aiming at the problems that data storage evidence is difficult, data transmission is opaque, and management and control are unreasonable and not in place in supply chain finance, and authenticity and safety of information are guaranteed. the fund management module is used for managing and controlling all fund flow and debt flow in a supply chain and comprises an accounts receivable management submodule, a financing application submodule, a financing and paying submodule, a refund submodule and a profit allocation submodule.
2. The supply chain financial system of claim 1, wherein: the order management module, the contract management module, the material management module and the fund management module use a block chain system as bottom technical support.

The blockchain-based supply chain financial system of claim 1, wherein: the contract management module records the generated contract content to the blockchain system, generates and executes the intelligent contract through the blockchain, and automatically executes the contracted operation when the intelligent contract condition is met.
