Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to a fastening tape and a processing method thereof, in particular to a manufacturing method of a dust-removing deodorizing regenerated fiber fastening tape.
Background art:
the closed environments of vehicles and the like, such as the indoor closed environments of the interior of a high-speed rail carriage, the interior of an airplane cabin, the interior of an automobile and the like, are closed for a long time, and due to the activities of personnel and the operation of machine equipment, a large amount of dust and peculiar smell, particularly nitrogen and sulfur containing stink, can be generated in the indoor environment of a person during work or rest, the air quality of the environment is seriously influenced, and the respiratory health and mental health of the person are influenced.
The invention content is as follows:
the invention aims to provide a manufacturing method of a dust-removing deodorizing regenerated fiber fastening tape.
This and other objects of the invention will be further apparent and elucidated by the following detailed description and description.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a manufacturing method of a dust-removing deodorizing regenerated fiber fastening tape, which adopts the fastening tape with the functions of emitting negative ions and absorbing micropores on fastening pieces such as seats, backrests, curtains and the like of vehicles and the like, when the fastening tape is pressed, pulled, rubbed, and the ambient temperature and humidity change, the fastening tape emits negative ions, the negative ions can be combined with most dust (positive ions with positive charges), the neutralized dust can fall on the ground, and the dust in the ambient air can be purified. Meanwhile, the fastening tape with the micropore adsorption function can continuously adsorb peculiar smell and purify air. Many deodorizing fabrics on the market achieve the aim of deodorization by eliminating bacteria generated by the fabrics, and cannot clean and purify the surrounding air environment.
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a dust-removing deodorizing regenerated fiber fastening tape, which comprises the steps of weaving, cleaning, negative ion function finishing and coating finishing, wherein the weaving step comprises the following steps: half of the terry yarns are 140D/60-100 f multiplied by 2 bamboo charcoal nylon yarn doubled yarns, half of the terry yarns are 280D/6-18f regenerated nylon yarns, the terry yarns are arranged in a mode of 140D/60-100 f multiplied by 2 bamboo charcoal nylon yarn doubled yarns and 280D/6-18f regenerated nylon yarns in a circulating mode; in the ground texture, 140D/10-30 f regenerated nylon yarns are adopted as ground warps, and 170D/10-30 f regenerated nylon yarns are adopted as ground wefts; the height of the terry is 1.8-2.2 mm, and the arrangement rule of ground warp and terry yarn is 1 terry yarn: 4-5 ground warps are woven into the hair side fastening tape, and the hook side fastening tape still adopts the common nylon hook side fastening tape.
As the single fiber linear density of the commercially available bamboo charcoal nylon yarn is generally 1.5-2D, the fiber is thin, the bamboo charcoal nylon fiber is used as the looped pile, the stiffness of the looped pile is small, the looped pile is prone to falling caused by extrusion in the processing and manufacturing process and the using process, and the strength of the fastening tape is small, so that the fastening tape can not meet the national standard requirement. Therefore, one half of the terry yarns adopt 280D/6-18f regenerated nylon yarns, the single fiber linear density is not less than 20D, the terry stiffness is large, the terry does not fall down when being extruded in the processing and manufacturing process and the using process, the fastening tape has high strength, and can meet the national standard requirements. The regenerated nylon is adopted, so that the resource utilization and the carbon emission reduction are facilitated, and the environment is facilitated.
Further, the manufacturing method of the dust removal and deodorization regenerated fiber fastening tape comprises the steps of weaving, cleaning, negative ion function finishing and coating finishing, wherein the weaving step comprises the following steps: half of the terry yarns are made of 140D/70-94 f multiplied by 2 bamboo charcoal nylon yarn doubled yarns, half of the terry yarns are made of 280D/10-14 f regenerated nylon yarns, the terry yarns are arranged in a mode of one 140D/70-94 f multiplied by 2 bamboo charcoal nylon yarn doubled yarn and one 280D/10-14 f regenerated nylon yarn in a circulating mode; in the ground texture, 140D/20-24 f regenerated nylon yarns are adopted as ground warps, and 170D/20-24 f regenerated nylon yarns are adopted as ground wefts; the height of the terry is 1.8-2.2 mm, and the arrangement rule of ground warp and terry yarn is 1 terry yarn: 4-5 ground warps are woven into the hair surface fastening tape.
