一种树脂组合物、预浸料及其层压板
技术领域
本发明属于覆铜板技术领域,特别是涉及一种树脂组合物、预浸料及其层压板。
背景技术
近年来PCB行业不断发展,对高性能覆铜板的需求越来越大。例如应用于多层板、HDI、LED光源等各类高端产品时,除了要求材料耐热性能好,Tg高,对覆铜板的遮光性及颜色也提出了新的要求。而黑色板材因其遮光性及应用价值大于其他色泽,发展潜力巨大。
常规黑色覆铜板通常使用炭黑或黑色填料或其他黑色添加剂。不足之处在于其基本成分为石墨,颗粒粒径大,电导率高,容易吸附粉料,不易加工,而且压合后的层压板绝缘性能差,容易产生微短甚至直接导电现象。另外覆铜板因树脂基体多采用酚醛树脂或者环氧树脂,填料部分常采用碳酸钙或硅微粉等,当应用于高端产品后,在户外场景使用时(如户外广告牌)也逐渐暴露出耐老化性不佳的问题。而且板材的耐老化性难以与板材的耐热性能取得较好平衡。这些因素严重阻碍了其开发应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种树脂组合物、预浸料及其层压板,该树脂组合物通过不同类型的环氧树脂复配,不同类型的填料复配,所制得的板材,遮光性佳,绝缘性能优异,Tg高,耐热性能提升的同时改善了耐老化性;还改进了加工性不佳的问题。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种树脂组合物,按照重量份计,包含以下组分:

其中,所述环氧树脂I为双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、双酚S型环氧树脂、酚醛改性环氧树脂、异氰酸酯改性环氧树脂、多官能团改性环氧树脂的一种或几种的组合。
所述环氧树脂II为DCPD改性环氧树脂、脂环族类环氧树脂、联苯型环氧树脂、萘环型环氧树脂、氟化环氧树脂、间苯二酚型环氧树脂中的一种或几种的组合。所述环氧树脂II相对于环氧树脂I都具有较好的耐热性能。
优选的,所述环氧树脂I由双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂、四官能团环氧树脂和异氰酸酯改性环氧树脂组成。
优选的,所述环氧树脂II为联苯型环氧树脂。
所述填料I为结晶型二氧化硅、熔融二氧化硅、球型二氧化硅、硅酸钙、碳化硅、碳酸钙、氧化铝、氮化铝、氮化硼、二氧化钛、钛酸钡、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或几种的组合。
所述填料II为氢氧化铝、氟化钙、硫酸钡、勃姆石、滑石粉、三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。所述填料II相对于填料I能够显著提高产品的耐老化性能。
优选的,所述填料II的CTI>400。
优选的,所述填料I为结晶型二氧化硅和二氧化钛的组合;所述填料II选自氢氧化铝、硫酸钡和勃姆石中的任意一种。
优选的,所述环氧树脂II与填料II的重量比为2:1。环氧树脂II与填料II在以上重量份配比的情况下能够既具有优异的耐热性能,又具有较好的耐老化性能。如果环氧树脂II含量过高,则耐老化性能无法达到要求,且力学性能会降低;如果环氧树脂II含量过低,则板材耐热性提升不明显。
进一步地,所述固化剂为邻甲酚型酚醛树脂、线型酚醛树脂、双酚A型酚醛树脂、苯酚型酚醛树脂、芳香胺类固化剂、羧胺类固化剂、脂环胺类固化剂、多元胺类固化剂、芳香族酸酐固化剂、脂肪酸酐固化剂、卤化酸酐固化剂中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步地,所述固化促进剂为2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑、2-乙基咪唑、2-苯基咪唑、2-甲基咪唑、1-苄基-2-甲基咪唑、十一烷基咪唑、三乙醇胺、二甲基苯胺、有机金属盐中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步地,所述黑色添加剂为苯胺类黑色添加剂、金属络合黑色添加剂、绝缘炭黑、酸性黑、阳离子硫BK、三氮添加剂中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步地,所述其他添加剂为偶联剂、分散剂、增韧剂、消泡剂、溶剂中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步地,所述树脂组合物还包括阻燃剂,阻燃剂为有卤阻燃剂,可选自含氯阻燃剂、含溴阻燃剂、十溴二苯醚、十溴二苯乙烷、溴化环氧树脂、四溴双酚A中的一种或几种的组合。阻燃剂也可为无卤阻燃剂,可选自氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、聚磷酸铵、聚磷酸酯、三聚磷腈类阻燃剂中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明还提供一种预浸料,所述预浸料由上述树脂组合物胶液浸渍或充分均匀涂覆于增强材料干燥上制得。所述增强材料可以选择E型玻璃布,所述干燥温度为130~170℃。
本发明还提供一种层压板,所述层压板由上述预浸料六片叠合在一起,上下各放一张铜箔,置于真空热压机中压制得到。所述压制工艺为:在1.5~3MPa压力下,150~220℃温度下压合1~5小时。
本发明具有以下技术特点:
1)本发明的树脂组合物采用了两种类型的环氧树脂进行复配,环氧树脂I和环氧树脂II,有效提高了层压板的耐热性能和绝缘性能。
2)本发明的树脂组合物采用了不同的两种填料进行复配,结合了不同填料的性质,改善了层压板的耐老化性能,且浸料和层压板粉尘吸附性大的缺点,具有良好的加工性。
3)本发明选择引入CTI>400的填料,保证板材优异的耐老化性能,同时通过树脂组合物配方协调作用,兼顾综合性能。

实施例A
一、树脂组合物的制备
按重量份计,取25份环氧树脂Ⅰa、5份环氧树脂Ⅰb、10份环氧树脂Ⅰc、10份环氧树脂Ⅱa、25份固化剂a、2份固化剂b、0.3份固化促进剂、0份改性黑色添加剂a、0.5份黑色添加剂b、0.2份硅烷偶联剂、15份填料Ⅰa、20份填料Ⅰb、0份填料Ⅱa、5份填料Ⅱb、0份填料Ⅱc。用有机溶剂溶解,搅拌分散均匀,调节树脂组合物的固含量为65wt%,制得黑色树脂组合物胶液。
二、制备预浸料
将上述树脂组合物胶液浸渍或充分均匀涂覆于增强材料上,增强材料为E型玻璃布,并在130~170℃烘箱中烘烤制得预浸料。
三、制备覆铜箔层压板
取上述制得的预浸料六片叠合在一起,上下各放一张铜箔(1OZ),置于真空热压机中压制得到覆铜箔层压板。其中,具体的压制工艺为:在1.5~3MPa压力下,150~220℃温度下压合1~5小时。
实施例B~C与比较例D~H的黑色树脂组合物、预浸料及覆铜箔层压板的制备方法同实施例1,具体组分比例如表1所示。
需要增加实施例和比较例以体现出环氧树脂II和填料II超出1-15重量份的效果不好,树脂II与填料II在2:1的情况下效果最好。

实施例A-C和比较例D-I制得的覆铜箔层压板进行性能检测,具体检测内容和标准如下所示,检测结果见表2。

热分解温度(Td),测试方法采用热重分析仪;
耐浸焊性,测试方法按照IPC-TM-6502.4.12;
相对漏电起痕指数(CTI),测试方法采用漏电起痕试验仪;
落锤冲击,测试方法采用半球式落锤试验机。

从表2可以看出,实施例A、B、C为本发明的预浸料具有良好的绝缘性以及优良的High Pot性能,制得的覆铜箔层压板综合性能优异,其覆铜箔层压板绝缘性能优异,黑度高,颜色一致性好,遮光性佳,Tg高,CTI大,具有良好的耐老化性和耐热性能,在两者性能之间取得了很好的平衡。而且本发明的树脂组合物通过引入新的填料和树脂,改变配比,改善了预浸料和层压板粉尘吸附性大的缺点,具有良好的加工性,非常适合于高黑度高Tg、绝缘性优异且要求耐老化性高的多层印制电路。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种树脂组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份计,包含以下组分:

其中,所述环氧树脂I为双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、双酚S型环氧树脂、酚醛改性环氧树脂、异氰酸酯改性环氧树脂、多官能团改性环氧树脂的一种或几种的组合;
所述环氧树脂II为DCPD改性环氧树脂、脂环族类环氧树脂、联苯型环氧树脂、萘环型环氧树脂、氟化环氧树脂、间苯二酚型环氧树脂中的一种或几种的组合;
所述填料I为结晶型二氧化硅、熔融二氧化硅、球型二氧化硅、硅酸钙、碳化硅、碳酸钙、氧化铝、氮化铝、氮化硼、二氧化钛、钛酸钡、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或几种的组合;
所述填料II为氢氧化铝、氟化钙、硫酸钡、勃姆石、滑石粉、三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述填料II的CTI>400。
3.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂II与填料II的重量比为2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述固化剂为邻甲酚型酚醛树脂、线型酚醛树脂、双酚A型酚醛树脂、苯酚型酚醛树脂、芳香胺类固化剂、羧胺类固化剂、脂环胺类固化剂、多元胺类固化剂、芳香族酸酐固化剂、脂肪酸酐固化剂、卤化酸酐固化剂中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述固化促进剂为2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑、2-乙基咪唑、2-苯基咪唑、2-甲基咪唑、1-苄基-2-甲基咪唑、十一烷基咪唑、三乙醇胺、二甲基苯胺、有机金属盐中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述黑色添加剂为苯胺类黑色添加剂、金属络合黑色添加剂、绝缘炭黑、酸性黑、阳离子硫BK、三氮添加剂中的一种或几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述其他添加剂为偶联剂、分散剂、增韧剂、消泡剂、溶剂中的一种或几种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述树脂组合物还包括阻燃剂。
9.一种预浸料,其特征在于,所述预浸料由权利要求1-8任一项所述的树脂组合物胶液浸渍或充分均匀涂覆于增强材料干燥上制得。
10.一种层压板,所述层压板由如权利要求9所述的预浸料六片叠合在一起,上下各放一张铜箔,置于真空热压机中压制得到。
