Abstract
The invention discloses a ceramic powder melamine resin, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-40% of melamine-formaldehyde resin prepolymer, 5-10% of paper pulp, 15-50% of ceramic powder, 0.5-1.0% of curing agent and 1-2% of flow agent. The ceramic powder melamine resin and the preparation method thereof are adopted, so that the cost of materials is reduced, the product characteristics are improved, and the waste is recycled in an environment-friendly manner.

Preferably, the curing agent is one or more of phthalic anhydride, sulfamic acid ammonia or ethanolamine sulfate.
Preferably, the flow agent is polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight between 1000-8000.
Preferably, the particle size of the ceramic powder is 400-1200 meshes.
A preparation method of ceramic powder melamine resin comprises the following steps:
s1, batching: weighing the raw materials according to the component ratio;
s2, pretreatment of ceramic powder: firstly, dividing waste ceramics into plain porcelain and colored porcelain, washing the waste ceramics to remove dust and impurities on the surface of the waste ceramics, drying the washed waste ceramics, grinding and sieving the washed waste ceramics in a grinder to obtain 1200-mesh ceramic powder with the particle size of 400-plus-one-screen ceramic;
s3, mixing: putting the melamine-formaldehyde resin prepolymer, paper pulp, a curing agent and a flowing agent into a container, mixing and stirring for 20-60 minutes, then putting the container into a dryer with the temperature of 70-80 ℃ for drying, putting the dried mixture and ceramic powder into a ball mill for ball milling for 5-7 hours to obtain ceramic melamine resin powder;
s4, molding: and (3) placing the ceramic melamine resin powder into an injection molding machine for molding, or placing the ceramic melamine resin powder into an extruder for molding after heating and preheating.
Preferably, in the step S2, the drying temperature of the waste porcelain is 80-90 ℃, the drying time is 4-6 hours, and the water content of the dried waste porcelain is lower than 40%.

The hardness of the product produced by adopting the component proportion and the preparation method reaches more than 2H, the degradability reaches more than 70 percent, and the undegraded part is environment-friendly ceramic powder, so that the product has the advantages of higher surface hardness, higher impact strength than that of fired ceramics and more environment friendliness.
