The multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer structure sequentially comprises a slow-release fertilizer layer, a marine organism stimulin layer and a slow-release pesticide layer from inside to outside; the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
insecticide: monosultap 0.16%, chlorpyrifos 0.16%;
marine organism stimulin: 2 percent;
the fertilizer comprises the following effective components: n content 15% (mixture of urea and monoammonium phosphate), P2O5Content 10% (mixture of calcium superphosphate and monoammonium phosphate), K2O content 15% (potassium chloride);
organic fertilizer components: 30% (mixture of sheep manure and chicken manure);
the active ingredients of the microelement fertilizer are as follows: 0.4% of magnesium;
the active ingredients of the beneficial element fertilizer are as follows: silicon, content 0.05%;

The preparation method of the multifunctional pesticide fertilizer comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing marine organism stimulin:
(1) cleaning, impurity removing, drying and crushing waste shrimp and crab shells to serve as raw materials, adding water into the raw materials according to the weight ratio of feed liquid to be 1: 4-10, uniformly mixing, then adding papain, wherein the addition amount of enzyme is 1000-10000U/g based on the weight of the mixture of the whole raw materials and water, stirring for enzymolysis reaction at the temperature of 40-55 ℃ for 2-3 h, heating to 90 ℃ after enzymolysis reaction, preserving heat for 20-30 min for enzyme deactivation treatment, and finally separating first filtrate and first filter residue by a screen mesh of 80-100 meshes through pressurization; (2) calcium removal: adding a phosphoric acid aqueous solution with the volume concentration of 20-50% into the first filter residue obtained by separating in the step (1) according to the weight ratio of the feed liquid of 1: 2-6, mixing uniformly, continuously stirring at the temperature of 30-50 ℃, carrying out hydrolysis reaction for 2-24 h, and filtering through a filter screen with 80-100 meshes to obtain a second filtrate and a second filter residue; (3) adding 35-50% by volume of potassium hydroxide solution into the second filter residue obtained by separating in the step (2) according to the weight ratio of the feed liquid of 1: 2-6, mixing uniformly, continuously stirring and reacting at the temperature of 60-150 ℃ for 2-24 h, filtering through a filter screen of 80-100 meshes to obtain third filtrate and third filter residue, and repeating the above 3 steps on the third filter residue; (4) combining the first filtrate, the second filtrate and the third filtrate obtained in the step (1), the step (2) and the step (3), and adjusting the pH of the filtrate to 6.5 by using phosphoric acid with 20% volume concentration or potassium hydroxide solution with 20% volume concentration to obtain the marine organism stimulin containing chitin, chitosan, small molecular biological peptide, amino acid and phosphorus and potassium;
s2, placing the effective components of the fertilizer, the organic fertilizer components, the fertilizer slow-release agent, the auxiliary agent and the filler in a closed stirring tank, uniformly mixing, adjusting the water content to 15-20%, adding the mixture into centrifugal extrusion and rounding three-in-one granulation equipment for granulation, and preparing the slow-release organic-inorganic compound granular fertilizer;
s3, conveying the slow-release organic-inorganic compound granular fertilizer obtained in the step S2 to a balling coating machine (the rotating speed is 60rpm), and uniformly coating the surface of the slow-release organic-inorganic compound granular fertilizer obtained in the step S2 with a dissolving solution obtained by uniformly mixing the marine organism stimulin prepared in the step S1, the effective components of the trace element fertilizer and the effective components of the beneficial element fertilizer through a spraying system to obtain the granular fertilizer;
s4, coating the pesticide solution on the surface of the granular fertilizer obtained in the step S3 through a spraying system to obtain a granular pesticide fertilizer;
s5, coating the surface of the granular pesticide fertilizer obtained in the step S4 with a resin coating material through a spraying system to obtain the pesticide fertilizer;
s6, the pesticide fertilizer obtained in the step S5 is colored, dried (120 ℃, 3-4h), screened (passing through a secondary screen of 5 meshes and a secondary screen of 10 meshes) and inspected to be qualified to obtain the double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer.

Experimental example 10.16% Release Rate test of Dursban-Shap double-control Marine Biopeptide multifunctional pesticide Fertilizer
The double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer prepared in the embodiments 1-8 and the comparative example 2 is used as a test reagent fertilizer, and the commercially available 0.5% monosultap imidacloprid (pesticide-fertilizer mixed) granules are used as a control, 10g of the test particle pesticide fertilizer is accurately weighed and placed in a liquid filter bag, the opening of the liquid filter bag is sealed, the liquid filter bag is placed in a 150mL beaker, 100mL of deionized water is added, the liquid filter bag is completely immersed in the deionized water, and then the beaker is placed in a thermostat at 25 ℃. After 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 days, 1mL of the solution was taken from the central part of the vessel (after shaking in order to make the solution in the vessel uniform), and was supplemented with the same amount of deionized water so that the total volume of the liquid was kept constant. According to the methods specified in GB28128-2011 and GB/T8572-2010, the contents of monosultap and total nitrogen in the release solution are respectively measured by adopting a high performance liquid chromatography method and a titration method, and the dissolution rate is calculated. The results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As shown in the experimental results in table 1, the monosultap dissolution rate of the commercially available 0.5% monosultap and imidacloprid (pesticide-fertilizer mixture) granules is highest at the same time point, the monosultap dissolution rate of the comparative example 2 is inferior, and the monosultap dissolution rates of the examples 1 to 8 are small (wherein the dissolution rate of the example 6 is the minimum), so that the pesticide component of the organic-inorganic double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer prepared by the invention has a good slow release effect; as can be seen from examples 3, 5 and 6, the thickness of the coating material on the pesticide can be controlled by adjusting the amount of the resin coating material, and the length of the slow release time of the pesticide active ingredient can be controlled, so that the gradient release of the pesticide active ingredient can be realized according to the actual needs of crop pest control.

The experimental results in table 2 show that the nitrogen dissolution rate of the commercially available 0.5% monosultap imidacloprid (pesticide-fertilizer mixture) granules is highest, the nitrogen dissolution rate of the comparative example 2 is inferior, and the nitrogen dissolution rates of the examples 1 to 8 are low (wherein the dissolution rate of the example 6 is minimum), so that the fertilizer component of the organic-inorganic double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer prepared by the invention has a good slow release effect; as can be seen from examples 3, 7 and 8, the amount of the fertilizer slow-release agent affects the length of the slow-release time of the fertilizer active ingredient (nitrogen); similarly, it can be seen from examples 3, 5 and 6 that the content of the resin coating material also affects the release time of the fertilizer active ingredient (nitrogen), and the higher the content of the resin coating material is, the lower the nitrogen dissolution rate of the fertilizer, and in conclusion, the nitrogen dissolution rate is related to the content of the fertilizer, the content of the fertilizer release agent and the content of the resin coating material.
The results in tables 1 and 2 are combined to show that the double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer has good slow release effect, has double controlled release of pesticide and fertilizer, and can adjust the duration according to the actual needs (namely different growth cycles) of crops.
Experimental example 20.16% field test of double-machine double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer for killing single chlorpyrifos
The double-machine double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer prepared in the examples 1-8 and the comparative example 2 is used as a test pesticide fertilizer, the commercially available 0.5% monosultap imidacloprid (pesticide-fertilizer mixed) granules are used as a positive control, and 10 pesticide application areas and 1 non-fertilizer non-pesticide application area are used as blank controls in the test. As shown in the experimental results in table 3, compared with the pesticide fertilizer of comparative example 2 and the commercially available 0.5% monosultap imidacloprid (pesticide-fertilizer mixture) granules, the 0.16% monosultap chlorpyrifos-containing organic-inorganic double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer prepared in examples 1 to 8 has better control effect on sugarcane borers and better pesticide effect duration, wherein the control effect of example 4 is the best. As can be seen from the tests on the effect of the sugarcane borers in the examples 3, 5 and 6, under the condition that other components are consistent, the control effect of the pesticide active ingredient on the sugarcane borers is realized by adjusting the dosage (namely the thickness) of the resin coating material, but the more the dosage of the resin coating material is (namely the thicker the better the thickness is), the better the effect is, and the more the dosage is, the proper dosage is needed.

The experimental results in table 4 show that, compared with the pesticide fertilizer of comparative example 1 and the commercially available 0.5% monosultap imidacloprid (pesticide-fertilizer mixed) granules, the 0.16% monosultap chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos dual-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer prepared in examples 1 to 8 has better promotion effects on the germination rate, the tillering rate, the plant height, the stem diameter, the effective stem per mu and the yield per mu of sugarcane. The dual-organic double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer prepared by the invention has better fertilizer effect, and good growth promotion and yield increase effects.
The results in tables 3 and 4 are combined to show that the pesticide fertilizer prepared in example 4 is optimal in pesticide effect and fertilizer effect, and the dual-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer provided by the invention has good fertilizer effect and pesticide effect, good growth promoting and yield increasing effects, dual controlled release of fertilizer and pesticide, and gradient release of fertilizer and pesticide active ingredients according to the requirement of crops on fertilizer and the actual need of pest control. On the basis of meeting the requirements of crop nutrition and pest control, the problem of phytotoxicity to crops can be solved. In addition, the organic matter and the marine organism stimulin can improve acidified and hardened soil, improve and repair crop root system cells, stimulate root system elongation growth, promote tillering, improve absorption and utilization rate of fertilizer and water of crops and increase stress resistance of crops.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. The double-machine double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer is characterized by being of a core-shell structure and sequentially comprising a slow release fertilizer layer, a marine biological stimulator hormone layer and a slow release pesticide layer from inside to outside, wherein the multifunctional pesticide fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.05-2.5 percent of pesticide, 0.1-15 percent of marine organism stimulin, 30-48 percent of fertilizer effective component, 10-40 percent of organic fertilizer component, 0.02-1.5 percent of trace element fertilizer effective component, 0.02-0.1 percent of beneficial element fertilizer effective component, 0.1-3 percent of fertilizer slow release agent, 0.1-2 percent of auxiliary agent, 0.4-2 percent of resin coating material and the balance of filling agent.
2. The dual-machine dual-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the slow release fertilizer layer is 2-3 mm, the thickness of the marine biological stimulant layer is 0.2-0.5 mm, and the thickness of the slow release pesticide layer is 0.2-0.5 mm.

The dual-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer according to claim 3, wherein the resin coating material comprises at least one of polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, alkyd resin, unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, urea resin, melamine resin and silicone resin.

The dual-control marine organism peptide multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer according to claim 3, wherein the pesticide comprises at least one of monosultap, dimehypo, monosultap, imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, clothianidin, dinotefuran, chlorantraniliprole, flubendiamide, lambda-cyhalothrin, chlorpyrifos, phoxim, abamectin, diazinon and fosthiazate.
7. The double-machine double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer as claimed in claim 6, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
monosultap 0.16%, chlorpyrifos 0.16%, marine organism stimulin 15%, N content 15%, and P2O5Content 10%, K215% of O content, 30% of chicken manure and sheep manure mixture, 0.4% of magnesium, 0.05% of silicon, 0.2% of oxalic acid, 0.2% of carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.8% of polyurethane resin; the balance being filler.
8. The preparation method of the dual-computer dual-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing the fertilizer effective components, the organic fertilizer components, the fertilizer slow-release agent, the auxiliary agent and the filler to prepare the slow-release organic-inorganic compound granular fertilizer;
s2, coating the surface of the slow-release organic-inorganic compound granular fertilizer prepared in the step S1 with a dissolving solution obtained by uniformly mixing the marine organism stimulin, the trace element fertilizer effective components and the beneficial element fertilizer effective components to prepare a granular fertilizer containing a marine organism stimulin layer;
s3, coating the surface of the granular fertilizer containing the marine organism stimulin layer obtained in the step S2 with a pesticide solution to obtain a granular pesticide fertilizer;
s4, coating the surface of the granular pesticide fertilizer obtained in the step S3 with a resin coating material;
s5, the granular pesticide fertilizer obtained in the step S4 is colored, dried, screened and checked to obtain the double-machine double-control marine biological peptide multifunctional pesticide fertilizer.
