The linear motion of the cutting and sealing electric cylinder B8 and the linear motion of the heat sealing electric cylinder B18 are both driven by electric power, so that the noise is reduced, and the reliability is improved.
The tableware bag-discharging device C scans the bar code of the sales order B4 through the code scanning mechanism to confirm the number of the tableware bags.
The tableware bag outlet device C can reasonably adjust the size of parts and is also suitable for small packaging bags.
The length and width of the bag storage hopper C4 and the bag falling hopper C5 are determined by the length and width of the tableware bag; the height and the width of the outlet of the bag falling hopper C5 are designed according to the thickness and the width of the tableware bags, so that the tableware bags can sequentially slide out of the bag falling hopper C5; an inclined baffle C6 is fixed inside the bag falling hopper C5, so that the tableware bags can be arranged to have certain regularity; the separation distance of the oblique separation sheets C6 is determined by the length of the tableware bag.
The materials of the rubber roller C14 and the friction plate C11 are selected according to the friction coefficient of the tableware bag, and the friction coefficient of the friction plate C11 and the tableware bag is smaller than the friction coefficient of the rubber roller C14 and the tableware bag and larger than the friction coefficient between the tableware bags.
An outlet shutter C2 is fixed to the front side of the glue roller block C12, below which corresponds to the packing station B2, so that the cutlery bag can smoothly drop onto the packing station B2.
The operation process of the take-out automatic packaging device comprises the following steps:
1) the staff places the lunch box D with rice and vegetables on the table 2E on the packing table B2 and inserts the corresponding takeout note B4 into the label fixing mechanism;
2) the code scanning mechanism scans the bar code on the takeout bill B4 through a code scanner B25, reads the number of the dishes to drive the dish bag discharging device C;
3) the tableware bag discharging device C sends out the tableware bags with corresponding parts and falls to the packing platform B2;
4) after the safety grating B11 detects that no hand is operated inside the bag making machine B, starting the bag making machine B;
5) the cutting and sealing plate B6 and the heat sealing plate B14 are driven by a cutting and sealing electric cylinder B8 and a heat sealing electric cylinder B18, so that a cutting and sealing roller B26 and a heat sealing roller B32 move relatively in the track of the supporting block B22;
6) in the process that the cutting sealing plate B6 and the heat sealing plate B14 push the packaging film B10 to move relatively, the packaging film B10 is cut into a notch with a fixed length through the left cutter mechanism and the right cutter mechanism;
7) the heat sealing plate B14 and the cutting sealing plate B6 are in relative motion contact, so that a packaging film B10 wrapping the lunch box D and the tableware bag is extruded, heat-sealed and cut to finally obtain a portable three-side packaging bag B34; in the process of extruding and heat-sealing the packaging film B10, the packaging film B10 in the round hole of the torn edge of the takeaway order B4 is heat-sealed, so that the takeaway order B4 is heat-sealed and fixed on one side of the packaging bag B34;
8) after bag making is finished, the cutting and sealing plate B6 and the heat sealing plate B14 are reset under the driving of a cutting and sealing electric cylinder B8 and a heat sealing electric cylinder B18;
9) the staff takes out the packaging bag B34 with the out-of-band sales order B4 from the packaging table B2 and places the packaging bag on the table 1A for the take-out of the sales staff;
10) the waste film B16 of the packaging film B10 after the bag cutting is recovered under the rolling of a film feeding roller B12, a film clamping roller pair B1, B3, B13, B15 and a film collecting roller B17, and at the moment, the packaging film B10 conveys a new packaging film B10 under the rolling of a film feeding roller B9, a film feeding roller B12, a film clamping roller pair B1, B3, B13 and B15 to prepare for bag making and packaging of the next lunch box D and the tableware bags;
11) and finishing an automatic packaging process of take-out.
In the automatic takeout packaging process, the operation process of the tableware bag discharging device C comprises the following steps:
