将信息与授权人员的一个或多个已知特征进行比较,
确定是否存在授权人员的已知特征;并且
如果存在授权人员的已知特征,则允许授权人员进入车辆。
该方法可以进一步包含向车辆发送用于将对车辆未知的新人员视为授权人员的指令的步骤。
向车辆发送指令的步骤包含从已经有权使用车辆的车辆用户的移动设备向车辆发送消息。
该方法可以进一步包含将新人员的电子身份数据下载到车辆用户的移动设备上,然后该身份数据由车辆用户发送给车辆以使车辆可以通过该身份数据识别新人员的步骤。
新人员的身份数据可以是他们的移动设备的电子特征。例如,它可以包含新人员的智能电话的蓝牙(RTM)身份。
根据另一种布置,提供一种系统,该系统被配置为执行前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,该系统包含:
至少一个传感器,该传感器被配置为收集与车辆的环境有关的信息;以及
控制器,该控制器被配置为与传感器通信。
根据未在权利要求的范围内的另一种布置,提供一种控制安全系统的方法,该方法包含:
从中央服务器和/或已经有权使用安全系统的用户的移动设备向该安全系统发送该安全系统的新授权用户的授权电子身份;

确定是否存在授权电子身份,并且如果是,则确定正在接近的人员是新的授权用户;并且
充分地禁用安全系统以允许新的授权用户访问。
授权电子身份可以包含新授权用户的移动设备(例如智能电话或平板电脑)的蓝牙(RTM)特征。
该安全系统可以是车辆安全系统。
记录接近安全系统的人员的电子身份的步骤可以包含使用车辆上现有或专用传感器来读取接近车辆的人员的电子身份。
为了避免说明书中不必要的重复劳动和重复文本,仅关于本发明的一个或多个方面或实施例描述了某些特征。然而,应当理解的是,在技术上可行的情况下,关于本发明的任何方面或实施例描述的特征也可以与本发明的任何其他方面或实施例一起使用,前提是特征与本发明的其他方面或实施例的组合在权利要求的范围内。

具体实施方式
为了读者的利益,定义贯穿本公开使用的许多术语是有用的。
“指示可能攻击的已知特征”是与对车辆的潜在攻击相关联的任何特征或信号,如当尚未发起对车辆的潜在攻击和/或攻击者尚未参与攻击车辆的行动但可能准备攻击时,由车辆的传感器检测到或由潜在的攻击者发出的特征或信号。这些特征可通过使用车辆的至少一个传感器进行检测来识别。例如,在距车辆一定距离处的潜在攻击者手中的撬棍可以具有多个特征,其中一个特征可以是反射无线电波时的某个特征,其中另一个特征可以通过能够识别物体的摄像机识别。
“已知攻击模式特征”是与攻击车辆的模式相关联的任何特征或信号,如当攻击已经被发起和/或攻击者参与攻击车辆的行动时,由车辆的传感器检测到或由攻击者发出的特征或信号。这些特征可通过使用车辆的至少一个传感器进行检测来识别。继续以撬棍为例,当撬棍被楔入车门周围的间隙中并且力被施加到杆时,设置在车辆内的加速度计将能够检测车辆的运动。类似地,位于车辆内或附接到车辆车身的音频传感器可以检测与撬棍被楔入车门相关联的声音和车辆车身响应于由撬棍施加的力而变形的声音。
“已知入侵者特征”是与车辆内的攻击者存在相关联的任何特征或信号,如当攻击者已经获得进入车辆内部并且可能参与从中偷盗物品的行动时,由车辆的传感器检测到或由攻击者发出的特征或信号。这些特征可通过使用车辆的至少一个传感器进行检测来识别。例如,已知入侵者特征可以包括当已知不存在车辆的合法乘员和/或通过非法手段(例如由指示可能攻击的已知特征或已知攻击模式特征所限定的手段)已实现进入车辆时对车辆内的车体热量的检测。
“已知背景特征”是与车辆环境内无害的日常活动相关联的任何特征或信号。这些特征可通过使用车辆的至少一个传感器进行检测来识别。例如,已知背景特征可以包括由附近的建筑工地、雷声隆隆、车辆进行维护或行人在停车时经过车辆所引起的声音和振动。已知背景特征不会对车辆造成威胁。
上面定义的已知特征可以使用本发明的方法和/或系统通过机器学习从先前编程的知识和由所有车辆使用的现实世界中获取。例如,可以将指示与距车辆大约五米处的角磨机有关的可能攻击的已知特征预先编程到例如控制器中。如果使用角磨机攻击使用本发明的方法和/或系统的任何车辆,则控制器可以获悉在攻击发生之前不久检测到的特征与角磨机有关。可以使用本发明的方法将该知识分配给所有车辆,以使将来可以更好地识别角磨机的特征。类似地,如果特征被错误地分类,例如被分类为无害的,即已知背景特征,但是随后发生了对车辆的攻击,则该错误的分类可以被纠正以用于将来的发生。该学习过程同样适用于其他形式的车辆攻击,例如,使用撬棍或远程黑客攻击以及其他已知特征。以这种方式,已知特征的集体知识和准确性随着该方法和/或系统的使用而增加,并且由攻击者使用的新技术或方法被迅速地获取。
图1示出了车辆100,该车辆100包含控制器112和多个传感器110。该控制器112和传感器110可以无线地或以常规的有线连接来连接。在图1中,传感器110被示为固定在车辆内部内,然而至少一个传感器110可以在车辆的外部附接到车身上。
一个或多个传感器110可以是用于检测车辆环境中的物体和/或动作的任何合适的类型。传感器110可以是专用传感器,或者可以执行诸如停车辅助的附加功能。传感器110可以包含任何合适类型的传感器,例如加速计、振动传感器、运动传感器、温度传感器、门锁传感器、倾斜传感器、麦克风、音频传感器、无线信号检测器、GPS设备、用于执行面部或物体识别的具有硬件和软件的摄像机、激光雷达、雷达、自动车牌识别系统(ANPR)、射频检测器、蓝牙(RTM)检测器、陀螺仪、无源红外(PIR)传感器、用于确定移动设备(即移动电话)的身份的检测器、或其任意组合。多种不同类型的传感器110可以设置在车辆上,并且它们中的一些或全部可以在用于车辆保护的方法和系统中使用。
在使用中,当车辆100无人看管时,例如在停车时,至少一个传感器被配置为连续地运行。该传感器例如可以是被配置为检测车辆环境内的运动的PIR传感器。供选择地,该传感器可以是被配置为检测车体热量或发动机热量的存在的温度传感器,或者还可以是被配置为检测对车门的锁定系统进行远程黑客攻击的存在的无线信号检测器。
将参照图5a-c描述本发明的方法500、520、540。在步骤502,由至少一个连续运行的传感器收集的信息被容纳在车辆100内的控制器112接收。在步骤504,控制器112将来自至少一个连续运行的传感器的信息与指示可能攻击的已知特征进行比较。
图2示出了示例性场景,在该场景中,人114存在于车辆100的环境内。还存在物体116,该物体116可以例如包含撬棍或撬杆。人114可以拥有物体116。至少一个连续运行的传感器收集与车辆环境有关的信息,包括人114和物体116。
由至少一个连续运行的传感器收集的信息在步骤502通过控制器112接收。在步骤504,控制器112将信息与指示可能攻击的已知特征进行比较,并且在步骤506确定是否存在指示可能攻击的已知特征。控制器112可以另外将该信息与已知背景特征进行比较,以便消除由至少一个传感器收集的任何无害的特征。在图2的情况下,拥有先前被认为能够实现进入车辆100的物体116的人114的存在在步骤526通过控制器112确定为指示可能攻击的已知特征。因此,在步骤508,控制器112将车辆100的至少一个系统置于高度警戒状态。
在步骤508将至少一个系统置于高度警戒状态可以包括:激活至少一个另外的传感器,例如摄像机、加速计、振动检测器或任何其他传感器或来自以上列表的传感器的组合;将通知发送到远离车辆的位置;和/或执行步骤以进一步保护车辆。后者可以包含激活任何死锁(如果存在的话),切断对发动机的燃料供应或施加额外的车轮制动。
如图5a所示,在将车辆100的至少一个系统置于高度警戒状态之后,控制器112可以另外采取许多补充步骤510。这些步骤510可以包括将通知发送到远离车辆100的位置,例如车主的移动电话、本地执法机构、私人保安公司和车辆100的车队经理中的至少一个。该通知可以包含至少一个实时传感器输出,例如摄像机,或车辆已检测到指示可能攻击(包括可疑的攻击方法)的已知特征的状态指示。另外,这些补充步骤510可以包括采取行动以向潜在攻击者表明车辆100知道他们的动作。例如,此行动可以是使车辆的内部和外部照明灯打开和/或闪烁、使喇叭发声或从扬声器发出口头警告信号。在自主或半自主车辆中,车辆100可以驶离环境。
因此,本发明的方法500能够预见在攻击实际开始之前可能发生攻击,包括攻击的可能手段。这给车辆100提供了增强抵抗这种攻击的防御的机会,并且如果已经通知了车主,则给车主他们自己确定在车辆100的环境内发生的情况的机会,并且可能自己采取行动,例如通过联系警察。还具有额外的益处,即可以防止攻击而不使车辆100或其内容物遭受损坏。
在步骤508已经将车辆100的至少一个系统置于高度警戒状态之后,控制器112继续进行到方法步骤520(图5b)。在步骤522,控制器112继续从至少一个连续运行的传感器接收信息。如果至少一个另外的传感器被置于高度警戒状态,则在步骤522控制器112从每个激活的传感器接收信息。例如,现在可以激活车辆100的多个传感器110中的每个传感器,全部收集与车辆100的环境有关的信息,这意味着控制器112现在从多个传感器110中的每个传感器接收信息。
在步骤524,控制器112将其在步骤522从至少一个传感器接收的信息与与已知攻击模式特征(例如,在步骤526由控制器112已经确定的与指示可能攻击的已知特征相关的已知攻击模式特征)有关的信息进行比较。如上所述,这些攻击模式特征可以以与指示可能攻击的已知特征的情况类似的方式通过机器学习来学习。该控制器112可以另外将该信息与已知背景特征进行比较,以便消除由至少一个传感器收集的任何无害的特征。然后,在步骤526,控制器112确定是否存在已知攻击模式特征。
在图3的情况下,其中拥有物体116(该物体116已经被认为是能够实现进入车辆100的武器)的人114正试图通过该物体116获取进入车辆100,在步骤522由至少一个传感器收集并且由控制器112接收的信息与在车辆上发生的动作有关。例如,如果角磨机被攻击者正在使用来实现进入车辆100的内部,则攻击模式的振动将通过安装在车辆100内/上的振动传感器来检测。然后,由振动传感器收集的信息将在步骤522通过控制器112接收,以用于在步骤524与已知攻击模式特征进行比较。
如果控制器112确定存在已知攻击模式特征,则控制器112在步骤528激活附加车辆系统,并且将其配置为抵抗具有已知攻击模式特征的攻击。例如,如果检测到黑客攻击,则控制器112可以激活被配置为对攻击者使用的系统进行黑客抵抗的车辆系统。作为另一个示例,如果车辆100正被人亲自攻击,例如借助于撬棍,则在步骤528,控制器112可以激活频闪灯,该频闪灯被配置为使攻击者虚弱。在确定了已知攻击模式的存在之后,现在已知在车辆100上正在发生攻击。
在这个阶段,控制器112可以另外采取多个补充步骤510,如先前公开的。这些步骤可以包括将通知发送到远离车辆100的位置,和/或发送用于表明车辆100意识到攻击者的动作的行动。由于车辆现在已经确定实际上确实在发生攻击,而不是很可能发生,因此由控制器112采取的补充步骤510的性质可以更加确定。例如,车辆100可以使其喇叭连续地发声,使其照明灯连续地闪烁并且向攻击者连续地发出大声的口头警告。控制器112可以激活设置在车辆内的其他传感器。在自主或半自主车辆中,车辆100可以驶离环境。
在确定存在已知攻击模式并且在步骤528激活附加车辆系统之后,控制器112可以继续进行到方法步骤540(图5c)。控制器112继续从至少一个传感器接收信息,如上所述,在步骤544将信息与通过机器学习获得的已知入侵者特征进行比较。控制器112可以另外将该信息与已知背景特征进行比较,以便消除由至少一个传感器收集的任何无害的特征。例如,在图4的场景中,人114已非法获取进入车辆100的内部,车辆100内的热传感器收集与车辆内部的热状况有关的信息。该信息在步骤542通过控制器112接收,并且然后在步骤544与已知的入侵者特征进行比较。如果基于接收到的信息通过控制器112确定存在已知入侵者特征,则控制器112在步骤548激活附加车辆系统用以驱逐、吓跑或阻止入侵者继续其活动。这可以采取频闪灯、可以喷射到入侵者上的污渍识别流体的形式,或者如果是自主或半自主车辆,则车辆100可以开始驶离环境。
在步骤506、526、546确定存在已知特征的每个阶段,无论是指示可能攻击的已知特征、已知攻击模式特征还是已知入侵者特征,控制器112都可以在经过一段时间不活动后超时或返回到先前步骤。例如,如果在步骤506确定存在指示可能攻击的已知特征,则附加车辆系统将保持高度警戒状态持续一定的时间长度,例如五分钟。如果在该时间长度之后该方法没有进行到下一个阶段,因为通过控制器112尚未对已知特征进行进一步的确定,则处于高度警戒状态的系统将返回到方法500的步骤502,以便保持车辆电池寿命。
一旦确定正在发生攻击,或者入侵者在车辆100内,则控制器112可以在步骤550开始记录多个传感器的输出以提高逮捕攻击者的机会。这些记录的输出可以被存储在存储装置上。这些记录的输出可以是任何合适的类型,例如,与步态分析、面部识别、攻击者之间语音的语音记录、车辆的视频记录、ANPR、用于识别攻击时在场的电子设备(例如移动电话和附近车辆)的本地环境的扫描有关。后者可以通过侦测附近设备并记录它们的身份(例如蓝牙(RTM)身份)来执行。由于蓝牙(RTM)具有相对低的有效范围,因此在攻击时,可被蓝牙(RTM)检测到的任何装置都可以已知位于车辆的大约十米范围内。类似地,车辆攻击通常使用其他车辆实施,因此可以识别在攻击时在附近检测到的任何车辆,例如使用ANPR。
至少一个记录的传感器输出可以被发送到远离车辆的装置,例如执法计算机。所记录的传感器输出可以与其他车辆攻击相关联,以识别负责多种车辆攻击的任何攻击者。然后,此信息可以被执法部门使用来提高逮捕攻击者和证明攻击者有罪的机会。
可能的是,可以获悉单个攻击者的特征,包括其独特的举止和特点。如果本方法另外用于车辆领域之外的保护,例如在家庭或商店安全系统中,则这可能是特别有用的。
因此,本发明的方法是一种车辆保护的手段,其在车辆攻击之前先发制人地作用,在车辆攻击期间抵抗地和主动地作用,并且在车辆攻击之后有利地起作用。
参照图6,系统600包含被配置为收集与车辆100的环境有关的信息的多个传感器110,以及被配置为与多个传感器110通信的控制器112。该系统600可以另外包含频闪灯、扬声器、喇叭和存储设备(未显示)。该系统600可以被配置为实施本发明的方法500、520、540。
除了攻击保护之外,本发明的系统和方法可以具有额外的应用。
在特定的车辆中,通常需要多个人在一段时间内访问车辆。通常,只有车辆的驾驶员才具有一组钥匙,这意味着在这些情况下,可以将车辆保持解锁以避免需要钥匙来锁定和解锁车辆的不同人员的不便。
本发明的系统和方法能够通过使用对车辆未知的新人员的非接触和/或远程授权来避免这些问题。驾驶员可以能够远程地允许访问车辆,例如,通过使用移动设备上的应用暂时禁用系统,或者通过解锁至少一个车门来实现。另外,面包车允许进入许多授权人员是可能的。这些授权人员可能会凭借其电话身份而被系统识别(例如,驾驶员可能会记录每个授权人员电话的蓝牙(RTM)特征,或者系统可能会通过先前已存在于车辆中而获悉其电话身份)。供选择地,每个人员的独特特点和/或举止可以通过本发明的系统,借助于多个传感器110获取,以为每个授权人员创建已知特征。与有权访问车辆的授权人员相关联的这些特征中的任何一个被称为授权人员的已知特征。
以此方式,当人接近合法需要访问的车辆时,该人被允许访问而无需使用钥匙或操作解锁装置。该系统允许合法需要获取进入的人进入车辆的能力被称为“代表进入”。
例如,代表进入在进行装载和卸载时或在访问存储在其中的设备时在由多个商人和女商人使用的商用车辆中特别有用。当人携带工具接近面包车时,本发明的系统和方法将识别该人已被驾驶员授权,并且该工具不会对车辆构成威胁。然后,车辆可以解锁车辆的至少一个车门,从而允许进入。
本领域技术人员应当理解的是,尽管已经参照一个或多个示例性示例以示例的方式描述了本发明,但是本发明不限于所公开的示例,并且可以在不脱离如所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的范围的前提下构造替代示例。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于保护车辆的方法,所述方法包含:
从传感器接收信息;
将所述信息与指示可能攻击的已知特征进行比较;
确定是否存在指示可能攻击的已知特征;并且
如果存在指示可能攻击的已知特征,则将所述车辆的至少一个系统置于高度警戒状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中将所述车辆的至少一个系统置于所述高度警戒状态的步骤包含以下中的至少一个:
激活至少一个另外的传感器;
将通知发送到远离所述车辆的位置;和
执行步骤以进一步保护所述车辆。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述方法另外包含:
将所述信息与已知攻击模式特征进行比较;
确定是否存在已知攻击模式特征;并且
如果存在已知攻击模式特征,则激活附加车辆系统并且将所述附加车辆系统配置为抵抗具有所述已知攻击模式特征的攻击。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述方法另外包含:
将所述信息与已知入侵者特征进行比较;
确定是否存在已知入侵者特征;并且
如果存在已知入侵者特征,则激活附加车辆系统并且将所述附加车辆系统配置为驱逐入侵者。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中当所述至少一个车辆系统处于所述高度警戒状态时,所述方法进一步包含以下中的至少一个:
将至少一个实时传感器输出传送到远程位置;
记录至少一个传感器输出;
采取行动以引起所述车辆的注意;和
采取行动以抵抗所述攻击。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述传感器被固定在所述车辆内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述传感器在所述车辆无人看管时连续地运行。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的方法,其中机器学习用于获悉以下中的至少一个:
指示可能攻击的特征;
攻击模式特征;和
入侵者特征。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中在自主或半自主车辆中,所述车辆被配置为在确定存在以下中的至少一个的情况下从环境驶离:
指示可能攻击的已知特征;和
已知攻击模式特征。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述传感器包括以下中的至少一个:音频传感器、运动传感器、射频传感器、加速计、振动传感器、无源红外传感器、蓝牙传感器和摄像机。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述方法另外包含:
将所述信息与授权人员的已知特征进行比较,
确定是否存在授权人员的已知特征;并且
如果存在授权人员的已知特征,则允许所述授权人员进入所述车辆。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,进一步包含向所述车辆发送用于将对所述车辆未知的新人员视为授权人员的指令的步骤。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中向所述车辆发送指令的步骤包含从已经有权使用所述车辆的车辆用户的移动设备向所述车辆发送消息。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述方法进一步包含将所述新人员的移动设备的电子特征下载到所述车辆用户的所述移动设备上,然后所述移动设备的所述特征通过所述车辆用户发送到所述车辆以使所述车辆能够通过他们的移动设备的所述特征识别所述新人员的步骤。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述新人员的所述移动设备的所述特征是他们的移动设备的蓝牙特征。
16.一种系统,所述系统被配置为执行前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述系统包含:
多个传感器,所述多个传感器被配置为收集与所述车辆的环境有关的信息;以及
控制器,所述控制器被配置为与所述多个传感器通信。
