Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic locking jacking device for a pantograph, which comprises a mounting seat, wherein a fixed frame and an air cylinder are fixed on the mounting seat, the middle part of a locking arm is hinged with the fixed frame through a rotating shaft, the locking arm is connected with a push rod of the air cylinder, and a reset spring is arranged between the locking arm and the fixed frame; the upper end of the locking arm is provided with a limiting hook, the lower end of the locking arm is provided with a top block, and a fixing rod is arranged between the limiting hook and the rotation angle of the top block. The mounting seat is mounted on the bottom frame of the pantograph, and the fixing rod is connected with the pantograph limiting component. The movement of the pantograph can be limited to realize the locking function when no compressed air is supplied; meanwhile, compressed air is introduced to provide initial pantograph lifting force for the pantograph, and the pantograph lifting is facilitated to be completed. The pantograph of the locomotive or the motor train unit can be lifted abnormally due to the fact that the pantograph of the locomotive or the motor train unit is impacted by pressure waves and cannot be lifted due to freezing, and driving safety, reliability and normal operation of the locomotive or the motor train unit are guaranteed.

The locking device can be arranged on the chassis of the pantograph and can limit the movement of the pantograph to realize the locking function when compressed air is not supplied; meanwhile, compressed air is introduced to provide initial pantograph lifting force for the pantograph, and the pantograph lifting is facilitated to be completed.
The air source of the device comes from the main air supply pipeline of the pantograph, and the air cylinder can work under small air pressure, so that the locking function can be preferentially released when the pantograph works.
By adopting the return spring, the device can be restored to the locking arm state after the working air pressure is reduced.

When the pantograph is ready to be lifted, compressed air from a pantograph air circuit enters the air cylinder 1 and then pushes the push rod 3 upwards, the locking arm 5 rotates anticlockwise around the rotating shaft 7 under the action of the push rod 3, the locking arm 5 is separated from the fixing rod 4, the unlocking function is realized, and the pantograph is in an unlocking state and does not influence the normal lifting of the pantograph; meanwhile, the force generated by the jacking block 8 can directly act on the bow head jacking pipe, and the jacking function is realized.
After the bow is lowered, compressed air in the air cylinder 1 is exhausted, meanwhile, the locking arm 5 rotates clockwise around the rotating shaft 7 under the action of the reset spring 6, and the locking arm 5 clamps the fixing rod 4, so that the locking function is realized.
In summary, the automatic locking and jacking device for the pantograph of the invention has the advantages of meeting the manufacturing requirements by the existing process, being simple in assembly process and convenient to install, and realizing the function of locking the standby pantograph in operation.
