The invention discloses an air bag-based elevator anti-falling safety device which comprises a first bearing plate, wherein a second bearing plate is arranged on the upper side of the first bearing plate, a buffering corrugated cylinder is fixedly connected between the second bearing plate and the first bearing plate, a buffering space is formed among the first bearing plate, the buffering corrugated cylinder and the second bearing plate, the first bearing plate is fixedly connected with the first bearing plate, a third bearing plate is arranged on the upper side of the first bearing plate, the third bearing plate is positioned in the buffering space, and an elastic buffering assembly is arranged between the third bearing plate and the first bearing plate. The elevator control system is arranged at the bottom of the elevator shaft, is independent from the elevator control system, cannot normally play a role due to the failure of the elevator control system, has multiple safety guarantees, can provide multiple buffers when the elevator car accidentally falls, can absorb most of energy, and reduces the impact on the elevator car and passengers in the elevator car.

Specifically, the buffering corrugated cylinder 4 is made of metal, the buffering corrugated cylinder 4 has high strength, deformation can be achieved only by absorbing high energy, and specifically, a proper material can be selected according to factors such as the type and height of the elevator, and the buffering corrugated cylinder can be made of steel or alloy.
The buffering corrugated cylinder 4 is provided with corrugations, so that the buffering corrugated cylinder 4 cannot deform uncontrollably when bearing impact force, and the buffering corrugated cylinder 4 or other structures can be prevented from being extruded into an elevator car due to large impact force to hurt passengers.

Referring to fig. 3 to 4, the elastic buffering assembly includes a telescopic rod 10 and a compression spring 11 sleeved on the telescopic rod 10, the telescopic rod 10 is used for controlling the third bearing plate 9 to move only up and down, and the third bearing plate is not prone to tilting, and the compression spring 11 can provide elasticity, so that the third bearing plate 9 can have a good elastic buffering effect, and the compression spring 11 is a strong spring.

The gas generator 14 is required to have reliable operation, stable performance, good durability and environmental protection, and the type of the gas generator 14 may be a mixed gas type gas generator, a liquid gas type gas generator, a compressed air energy storage type gas generator or a nitrocellulose type gas generator.
Preferably, the gas generator 14 is sodium azide free gas generator, consuming less than 40% of the sodium azide gas generant, and is capable of generating an equivalent amount of gas.

The buffer air bag 15 is covered with the protective cover 16, the protective cover 16 is an elastic protective cover, when the buffer air bag 15 is in an uninflated state, the buffer air bag 15 can be protected, and the normal ejection of the buffer air bag 15 cannot be influenced.
Referring to fig. 3, a storage battery 12 is fixedly connected to the first bearing frame 2, a connection lead 13 is electrically connected between the storage battery 12 and the airbag module, the storage battery 12 can supply power to the airbag module through the connection lead 13, and the third bearing plate 9 does not press the storage battery 12 under the protection of the telescopic rod 10, so that the safety of the storage battery 12 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the upper end of the second bearing plate 5 is fixedly connected with a second bearing frame 6, the second bearing frame 6 is fixedly connected with a shaft rod 7, the shaft rod 7 is provided with a buffer roller 8, the buffer roller 8 can rotate around the shaft rod 7, when the buffer roller 8 receives impact, a certain buffer effect is achieved, and meanwhile, if the shaft rod 7 is broken by impact, the impact energy is easily converted into the kinetic energy of the rotation of the buffer roller 8.
Preferably, the shaft rod 7 is provided with a steel layer and a rubber layer in sequence from inside to outside, wherein the rubber layer also has a certain buffering effect.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the first carriage 2 is provided with a plurality of moving wheels 3, so that the moving wheels 3 can be moved conveniently during transportation.
In use, as shown in figure 3, in an initial state, the device of the invention is placed just below the elevator shaft; referring to fig. 5, when the upper end of the car is impacted by the car, the buffering bellows 4 deforms to absorb energy, when the second bearing plate 5 contacts the airbag sensor 18 to relieve the impact force, the gas generator 14 can be triggered to inflate the buffering airbag 15, so that the buffering airbag 15 bounces, the elasticity and the strength of the buffering airbag 15 are large enough to buffer again, and the supporting rod 17 is not easy to cause large damage, has elasticity and cannot break;
when the buffering corrugated cylinder 4 continues to deform, the compression spring 11 can play a role in buffering, and after the accidental treatment is finished, the practical and relevant equipment pulls the buffering corrugated cylinder 4, so that the buffering corrugated cylinder 4 can be restored to the original state, and the reuse is facilitated.
