the preparation method of the medical sanitary non-woven fabric comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, mixing the terylene and the viscose in the raw materials, extruding and hot-melting the raw materials after the raw materials are mixed, injecting the raw materials into spinning equipment for spinning after the extrusion and hot-melting are finished, and manufacturing the raw materials into cloth blanks with different sizes for later use; the fabric blank prepared from the raw materials has a skin-friendly effect, so that the fabric blank can be prevented from polluting the skin wound, and is soft and free from scraping the skin;
s2: putting pure water in raw materials into a reaction kettle, heating to 25-30 ℃, putting plant essence extracts, chitosan, nano-silver, hyaluronic acid and calcium alginate in the raw materials into the reaction kettle for mixing reaction after the pure water is heated, putting cloth blanks with different sizes prepared in S1 into the reaction kettle for soaking for 30-40 minutes in the raw material reaction process, and taking out the cloth blanks and putting the cloth blanks into a sterile dish after the soaking is finished; the prepared cloth blank is soaked in the mixed liquid, so that the cloth blank has certain antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and the healing effect of the cloth blank on skin wounds is further improved;
s3: sequentially putting the dopamine mixed solution, the hydrogel and the medical iodine in the raw materials into a reaction kettle in S2 for mixing, after mixing, adhering the mixture in the reaction kettle on part of cloth blanks and gluing, and after gluing, putting the cloth blanks into a sterile dish for standing for 40-60 minutes; the mixed raw materials are adhered to the cloth blank, so that the surface of the cloth blank can be provided with a repairing layer, and the healing degree of the wound and the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects can be further improved;
s4: bonding the fabric blank containing the medicine prepared in the step S3 with the rest fabric blank to obtain medical sanitary non-woven fabric after bonding, placing the obtained non-woven fabric into a sterilizing device for sterilization, and placing the non-woven fabric into a sterile bag after sterilization; the obtained nonwoven fabric can be sterilized completely to prevent infection of wound caused by bacteria contained in the nonwoven fabric.

Experimental group 4
6 parts of plant essence extract, 4 parts of medical iodine, 7 parts of nano-silver, 4 parts of hyaluronic acid, 5 parts of calcium alginate and 7 parts of chitosan, and according to the preparation method of the medical sanitary non-woven fabric, the bleeding amount and the fungus number of the wound are detected after the traditional non-woven fabric is used.

Table 2 shows that, as shown in experiment groups 1 and 2, the amount of bleeding and the amount of fungi in the wound were significantly increased in the absence of the plant essence extract in the raw material, as shown in experiment groups 1 and 3, the amount of bleeding and the amount of fungi in the wound were significantly increased in the absence of hyaluronic acid in the raw material, and as shown in experiment groups 1 and 4, the amount of bleeding and the amount of fungi in the wound were significantly increased in the case of manufacturing the conventional medical hygienic nonwoven fabric using the manufacturing method of the present invention.
In conclusion, the use of the plant essence extract and the hyaluronic acid can accelerate the wound hemostasis speed, and simultaneously can improve the antibacterial effect of the non-woven fabric, and meanwhile, the medical sanitary non-woven fabric prepared by the method can further improve the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the medical sanitary non-woven fabric after being matched with the method, and simultaneously has the effects of quickly stopping bleeding and accelerating wound healing.

Claims (3)

1. A preparation method of medical sanitary non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: the feed is prepared from the following raw materials:
20-25 parts of terylene, 15-18 parts of viscose fiber, 3-5 parts of pure water, 5-7 parts of plant essence extract, 2-3 parts of dopamine mixed solution, 3-5 parts of hydrogel, 3-5 parts of medical iodine, 6-8 parts of nano silver, 6-8 parts of chitosan, 3-5 parts of hyaluronic acid and 4-6 parts of calcium alginate;
the preparation method of the medical sanitary non-woven fabric comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, mixing the terylene and the viscose in the raw materials, extruding and hot-melting the raw materials after the raw materials are mixed, injecting the raw materials into spinning equipment for spinning after the extrusion and hot-melting are finished, and manufacturing the raw materials into cloth blanks with different sizes for later use;
s2: putting pure water in raw materials into a reaction kettle, heating to 25-30 ℃, putting plant essence extracts, chitosan, nano-silver, hyaluronic acid and calcium alginate in the raw materials into the reaction kettle for mixing reaction after the pure water is heated, putting cloth blanks with different sizes prepared in S1 into the reaction kettle for soaking for 30-40 minutes in the raw material reaction process, and taking out the cloth blanks and putting the cloth blanks into a sterile dish after the soaking is finished;
s3: sequentially putting the dopamine mixed solution, the hydrogel and the medical iodine in the raw materials into a reaction kettle in S2 for mixing, after mixing, adhering the mixture in the reaction kettle on part of cloth blanks and gluing, and after gluing, putting the cloth blanks into a sterile dish for standing for 40-60 minutes;
s4: bonding the fabric blank containing the medicine prepared in the step S3 with the rest fabric blank to obtain medical sanitary non-woven fabric after bonding, placing the obtained non-woven fabric into a sterilizing device for sterilization, and placing the non-woven fabric into a sterile bag after sterilization;
wherein the non-woven fabric comprises a protective layer (1) and a dressing layer (2); the protective layer (1) is in a sterile state and is formed by soaking in an antibacterial disinfectant; the two sides of the protective layer (1) are fixedly connected with evenly arranged gelatin layers (11); a sliding groove (12) is formed in the inner wall of the protective layer (1); first air holes (13) are uniformly distributed in the inner wall of the protective layer (1) above the sliding groove (12), and the first air holes (13) are communicated with the outside; the dressing layer (2) is connected in the sliding groove (12) in a sliding way; the dressing layer (2) is prepared by mixing a plurality of Chinese herbal medicines and an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent and then adhering the mixture on a cloth blank by utilizing a hydrogel; the top end face of the chute (12) is fixedly connected with uniformly arranged sacks (14) in the inner wall of the protective layer (1), and the sacks (14) are filled with an antibacterial agent diluent; the bag (14) is made of a biological membrane material; the inner wall of the dressing layer (2) is fixedly connected with water absorption rods (21) which are uniformly arranged, and the water absorption rods (21) correspond to the sacks (14) one by one; first micropores (22) which are uniformly distributed are formed in the inner wall of the water absorption rod (21);
a chute (23) is formed in the inner wall of the dressing layer (2), and the water absorption rod (21) is fixedly connected with the bottom end face of the chute (23); through holes which are uniformly distributed are formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the launder (23), and the through holes are communicated with the outside; second air holes (24) are uniformly distributed in the inner wall of the bottom of the dressing layer (2), and the second air holes (24) are communicated with the outside; the end surface of the top of the launder (23) is fixedly connected with uniformly arranged arc-shaped layers (25), and the arc-shaped layers (25) are designed to be elastic; each second air hole (24) part corresponds to the arc-shaped layer (25) one by one;
the inner wall of the dressing layer (2) is fixedly connected with water absorbing strips (15) which are uniformly arranged, and second micropores (16) which are uniformly arranged are formed in the water absorbing strips (15); the bottom of each water absorbing strip (15) is designed to be arc-shaped, and the part of the water absorbing strip extends out of the dressing layer (2); the other end of each water absorption strip (15) extends to the upper surface of the protective layer (1).
