Description

Antibacterial dressing with composite function and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical dressings, relates to an antibacterial dressing, and particularly relates to an antibacterial dressing with a composite function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Wounds are the damages to the integrity of the skin, and microorganisms invade the skin when still in opportunity and grow in the wounds, and finally cause wound infection along with the mass propagation of the microorganisms, and the wounds are generally divided into acute infection wounds and chronic infection wounds.
The acute infection wound is mainly characterized by local red, swelling, heat, pain, dysfunction and general symptoms which depend on the infection degree and the constitution. Including pyogenic wound infection (often seen in wound cellulitis, wound suppuration, etc.) and specific wound infection (tetanus, tuberculosis, anaerobic gangrene, etc.).
The symptoms of chronic wound infection are mainly manifested by red swelling, induration, warmth, pain or tenderness around the wound, poor granulation tissue formation, dysesthesia, fragile tissue, suppuration or increased wound secretion, infiltration, edema.
Both acutely infected wounds and chronically infected wounds secrete large amounts of toxins, concentrates, necrotic tissue, etc., thus slowing the rate of healing of the wound.
The medical antibacterial dressing is a wound dressing with antibacterial effect, can cover the surface of damaged skin to play a temporary barrier role, provides antibacterial protection for the damaged skin, prevents wound infection and further promotes wound healing.
An ideal dressing should have the following conditions: (1) can stop bleeding within a few hours; (2) has certain adhesion to tissues; (3) can be easily used; (4) dissolution can be easily controlled during wound debridement.
At present, medical dressings at home and abroad are mainly ordinary absorbent sterile gauze and only have wound protection and no treatment function. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standard, various medical dressings with treatment function are rapidly increased, wherein the medical dressings mainly have the functions of resisting bacteria, promoting healing, preserving moisture and reducing pain. For example, silver ion dressing 'wet silver' of the company Baehmann Germany, silver ion sponge dressing of the company Youtou French and hydrocolloid moisturizing dressing are all the international famous functional dressing brands. In the last decade, functional dressings based on nano-silver and alginate have also developed rapidly. However, medical dressing products with long-acting antibacterial effect and composite functions of moisture retention, adsorption and the like are not reported.
The existing antibacterial medical dressing mainly depends on the antibacterial agent contained on the dressing to sterilize and disinfect the wound. At present, the silver-containing dressing widely applied in the medical field is imported, such as Youge, Mei Pi kang, De Hui silver and the like.
The main defects are as follows: (1) the long-term use of the silver ion dressing can cause the pigmentation of the skin around the wound and the phenomenon of skin blackening. (2) Different silver ion dressings have different types and contents of silver such as silver sulfadiazine, nano silver, silver sulfate and the like, and different silver ions have different toxicity, so that certain damage can be caused to the body after long-term use. (3) Clinically, most infected wounds can generate peculiar smell, and the silver-containing dressing only has an antibacterial effect and does not pay much attention to peculiar smell removal. (4) When the wound surface of an infected wound is cleaned, the wound new tissue can be damaged; (5) frequent dressing change greatly increases the workload of medical workers and brings inconvenience to patients.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that fragile skin around an infected wound is damaged, and the existing antibacterial medical dressing has the defects that a large number of silver ions cause harm to body health, the development speed of the infected wound is high, the infected wound is easy to deteriorate, bad smell is easy to generate, the workload of medical workers is heavy, and pain of a patient is difficult to endure when the dressing is replaced. Large-particle-size silver ions, broad spectrum sterilization. Effectively killing pathogenic bacteria (escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and pseudomonas aeruginosa) and multiple drug-resistant bacteria (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus and vancomycin-resistant enterococcus).

When the antibacterial dressing is used, the dressing is taken out, medical staff assembles the gel layer, the antibacterial layer and the adsorption layer according to the wound condition of a patient and then attaches the gel layer to an infected wound, and after the dressing is used for a certain time according to the actual condition of the patient, the adsorption layer and the antibacterial layer are taken down, and the adsorption layer and the antibacterial layer which are replaced are attached to the gel layer.
