As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the urine collecting device for bedridden patients according to the present invention comprises a bed frame hook 2, a support rod 4, a main urinary catheter 3 and a urine collecting bag 6.
The supporting rod 4 plays a supporting role, and meanwhile, as a horizontal reference, a metal flat bar or a material such as nylon can be used. One side of the supporting rod 4 is fixedly provided with at least two bed frame hooks 2 with downward notches for being hung at the edge of a bed fence of a sickbed. The frame of the sickbed is usually made of angle steel or channel steel, and the width of the notch of the frame hook is consistent with that of the frame, so that the frame hook can be just hung on the frame. The lower part of the supporting rod 4 is connected with the main urinary catheter 3 through a traction rope or a connecting plate 5, the connecting plate is preferably arranged on the whole surface, the connecting plate is vertically arranged and is parallel to the bedside, the lower edge of the connecting plate 5 is an inclined line of 5-25 degrees, and the main urinary catheter 3 is arranged along the inclined line, so that the main urinary catheter 3 and the supporting rod 4 are in the same vertical plane.
The lower end of the main urinary catheter 3 is a closed blind end, and the high end is provided with a main catheter joint 7 for connecting the urine drainage catheter 1; the main pipe joint 7 recommends the use of the same joint as the urine bag joint 34, which is convenient for the patient to use the multi-urine bag device of the invention to switch with a single urine bag, and can conveniently connect and insert the urine guide pipe 1 at any time, thereby facilitating the patient to change the single urine bag to get out of bed.
A plurality of urine collecting bags 6 are hung below the main urinary catheter 3 at intervals, 4 urine collecting bags are arranged in the embodiment of fig. 1, as shown in fig. 3, a branch hole 10 is arranged at the communication part of the urine bag pipe 9 and the main urinary catheter 3, and a branch pipe 35 communicated with the main urinary catheter 3 is led out downwards from the branch hole 10. The urine collection bag 6 is communicated with the main urinary catheter 3 through a urinary bag tube 9, a urinary bag joint 34 and a branch tube 35 in sequence. The lower end of the urine bag pipe 9 extends into the urine collecting bag, and the upper end is connected with the urine bag joint 34. The urine bag connector 34 is provided with a shut-off valve 15 for easily disconnecting the tube, and when the urine collection bag 6 is removed, the tube is forcibly closed, the tube is separated, the urine collection bag is removed, and the branch tube 35 is closed after the urine collection bag is removed.
In order to make a plurality of urine collecting bags sequentially receive urine, a valve 11 is arranged in the main ureter 3 below the branch hole 10, as shown in fig. 3, the valve 11 is semicircular, as shown in fig. 4, and the circular arc edge of the valve is hermetically connected with the inner side wall below the main ureter. The valve 11 serves to block the flow of liquid at the branch hole 10. Only when the bifurcation orifice 10 is blocked will urine flow past the valve 11 to the next valve 11 or to the end blind. When the branch hole 10 is communicated with the urine collection bag 6, the valve 11 adjacent to the current branch hole 10 can block all urine from flowing into the urine collection bag 6 corresponding to the current branch hole 10.
In order to prevent the urine collection bag from falling off, a reinforcing sleeve 12 for fusing the urine bag tube 9 and the main urinary catheter 3 together is provided at the joint of the urine bag tube 9 and the main urinary catheter 3 to enhance the load-bearing force.
As shown in fig. 5, the urine bag connector 34 and the main pipe connector 7 respectively comprise two parts of a connecting groove body 20 and a connecting valve 8 which can be separated.
As shown in fig. 6, the upper portion of the connecting tank body 20 is a cylindrical connecting groove 25 with an open top end, and the connecting valve 8 is inserted into the connecting groove 25 and is not easy to be detached. The connecting channel 20 may be made of a material that does not leak, for example, plastic, nylon, or metal. The bottom of the connecting groove 25 is provided with a bottom plate 23, the bottom plate 23 is provided with a fan-shaped connecting groove through hole 24, the fan-shaped circle center of the connecting groove through hole 24 is coincided with the axle center of the connecting groove 25, and the circle center angle is smaller than 180 degrees. The lower part of the connecting trough body 20 is a pipe joint 5 with an opening at the bottom end, and a pipe joint 26 is used for hermetically connecting the drainage pipe below, so that the connecting trough through hole 24 is communicated with the connected drainage pipe.
As shown in fig. 7, the connection valve 8 has a cylindrical shape as a whole, and a lower portion is detachably fitted into the connection groove 25. The connecting valve 8 consists of a lower valve body 14 at the lower part, an upper valve body 28 at the middle part and a pipe connection 26 at the upper part, the pipe connection 26 is used for connecting the drainage pipe at the upper part in a sealing way. The upper pipe joint 26 is inseparable from the upper valve body 28, and the lower valve body 14 and the upper valve body 28 are rotatable about the axis independently of each other.
The splicing surfaces of the lower valve body 14 and the upper valve body 28 are the top surface of the lower valve body and the bottom surface of the upper valve body 28, and are smooth planes or tightly attached curved surfaces. The splicing surface is perpendicular to the axis, is lower than the top end of the connecting groove and is arranged in the connecting groove 25. The lower valve body 14 and the upper valve body 28 are respectively vertically provided with a lower valve body through hole 17 and an upper valve body through hole 31, the shapes of the lower valve body through hole 17 and the upper valve body through hole 31 on the splicing surfaces are consistent, and the outlines of the lower valve body through hole 17 and the upper valve body through hole 31 on the splicing surfaces coincide when the lower valve body and the upper valve body are vertically aligned.
As a preferable example of the shapes of the lower and upper valve body through holes 17 and 31, the lower and upper valve body through holes 17 and 31 are shaped in conformity with the shape of the coupling groove through hole 24 or are completely covered by the coupling groove through hole 24. Therefore, when the upper valve body is rotated, the upper valve body through hole 31 and the lower valve body through hole 17 are completely opened when they are overlapped, or may be completely closed when they are completely displaced, or partially closed when they are partially displaced.
In order to make the connecting groove 25 not easy to separate when connecting the connecting valve 8, the upper part of the connecting groove 25 is provided with a guide ring 19 vertical to the central axis, and the bottom part is provided with an annular positioning groove 22 vertical to the central axis. The diameter of the guide ring 19 is larger than the cross-sectional outer contour of the connecting groove 25, and is an eccentric circular ring which is not concentric with the connecting groove 25. The guide ring 19 protrudes from the outer side wall of the connecting groove at one side of the connecting groove 25, and the inner side wall of the guide ring 19 at the other side opposite to the connecting groove 25 is tangent to the inner side wall of the connecting groove.
The axial length of the connecting groove 25 must not be too long or too short, and in general the axial length of the connecting groove 25 corresponds to the diameter of the connecting groove 25. Not only ensures the stability of connection, but also is convenient for disengaging operation.
The diameter of the positioning groove 22 is larger than the cross section outline of the connecting groove, and is an eccentric circular groove which is not concentric with the connecting groove 25. The positioning groove 22 is not a complete ring, and projects axially aligned on the projecting side of the guide ring 19 from the outer side wall of the connecting groove 25, and the inner side wall on the other side opposite to the connecting groove 25 is provided with a stop 21 having a bottom projecting toward the axial center in an arcuate shape.
In fig. 5, the guide ring 19 and the positioning groove 22 are both biased to the left with respect to the axial center of the coupling groove 25. The guide ring 19 and the positioning groove 22 serve to engage the guide key 18 and the positioning ring 16, respectively, of the connecting valve 8.
As shown in fig. 7, the positioning ring 16 is disposed at the bottom of the lower valve body 14 and is perpendicular to the central axis of the lower valve body 14, one side of the positioning ring 16 protrudes from the outer side wall of the lower valve body 14, a limiting surface 15 is disposed on the inner side wall of the other side opposite to the lower valve body 14, the bottom of the limiting surface is arched toward the central axis, the height of the positioning ring 16 is 1-4 mm smaller than that of the positioning groove 22, the outer diameter of the positioning ring 16 is 0.5-2 mm smaller than that of the positioning groove 22, and the length of the limiting surface 15 is 0-1 mm smaller than that of the limiting table 21, so that the positioning ring 16 can be completely embedded into the positioning groove 22, and due to the arrangement of the limiting table 21 and the limiting surface 15, the positioning ring 16 cannot rotate in the positioning groove 22.
Spacing face 15 of holding ring 16 is the inclined plane of tilt up, and an inclined plane is also established to the upper portion of spacing platform 21, and when spacing face 15 and spacing platform 21 vertical alignment, spacing face 15 of holding ring 16 can be followed spacing platform 21 gliding, and the protrusion end of holding ring is slided into the bulge of constant head tank 22 simultaneously, behind 16 embedding constant head tank 22 of holding ring, unable rotation, also unable vertical relative constant head tank 22 removes. However, when there is no resistance above the lower valve body 14, the stopping surface 15 of the positioning ring 16 can slide out along the inclined surface of the stopping block 21, and the positioning ring 16 is taken out of the positioning groove 22. When the upper part of the lower valve body 14 is subjected to the removal resistance, the lower valve body cannot be removed.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, an operation ring 27 perpendicular to the central axis is arranged on the upper portion of the upper valve body 28, the axis of the operation ring 27 coincides with the axis of the upper valve body, the outer diameter of the operation ring 27 is 5-25 mm larger than the outer diameter of the upper valve body 28, and the operation ring 27 is located outside the connection groove 25. The operation ring 27 is exposed from the connecting groove 25, and the upper valve body can be rotated by holding the operation ring 27. The outer surface of the operating ring 27 may thus be provided with anti-slip threads.
As shown in fig. 9, a guide key 18 is convexly arranged on the outer side wall of one side of the upper valve body 28, the maximum radial distance from the center of the circle of the guide key 18 is smaller than the radius of the inner side wall of the guide ring 19 by 0.2-3 mm, and the guide key 18 is arranged in the guide ring 19. When the upper valve body 28 is placed integrally with the lower valve body 14 in the connecting groove 25 and the valve body is parallel to the axis of rotation of the connecting groove, the axis of rotation of the upper and lower valve bodies and the axis of rotation of the connecting groove do not coincide but are biased toward the outwardly protruding side of the positioning ring 16. At this time, since the upper valve body 28 can rotate independently of the lower valve body 14, the guide key 18 can rotate circumferentially within the guide ring 19.
The outer side wall of the upper valve body 28 directly above the guide key 18 is provided with a protruding identification key 32. The identification key 32 may visually identify the position of the guide key 18 on the surface. When the guide key 18 is located at the position where the radial projection of the guide ring 19 is most protruded from the coupling groove 25, the upper valve body through hole 31 is aligned with the lower valve body through hole 17. When the guide key 18 is turned to the leftmost side in fig. 5, i.e., a position where the guide ring 19 is tangent to the connection groove 25, the upper valve body 28 can be moved out vertically without hindrance.
It can be seen that if the upper body 28 and the lower body 14 are to be moved out of the connecting groove, the upper body must first be rotated to a position in which the guide key 18 can be moved out of the way, which is precisely the position in which the upper body passage opening 31 is completely offset from the lower body passage opening 17 to close the passage. Therefore, the valve body passage can be firstly closed, and then the connecting valve can be separated from the connecting groove.
There are many ways to keep the upper valve body 28 and the lower valve body 14 coaxially attached and to allow the upper valve body 28 to rotate independently, for example, a sleeve may be added to limit the relative positions of the upper valve body 28 and the lower valve body 14, as an example of the connection between the upper valve body 28 and the lower valve body 14 in fig. 7, 8 and 9.
As shown in fig. 8, a cylindrical valve body rotating shaft 13 which is coaxial with the lower valve body 14 and is higher than the top surface is arranged on the top surface of the lower valve body 14, a connecting disc 33 with the diameter being 3-6 mm larger than the valve body rotating shaft is further arranged on the valve body rotating shaft 13, and the axis of the connecting disc 33 is overlapped with that of the valve body rotating shaft 13. The shape of the valve body through hole is changed from a fan shape to a fan shape by the position of the valve body rotating shaft, but the whole size is small, the upper valve body 28 and the lower valve body 14 are attached without external auxiliary components, and the upper valve body 28 can rotate relative to the lower valve body 14.
As shown in fig. 9, a coaxial rotating shaft cylinder 29 with an opening at the bottom is arranged in the upper valve body 28, the rotating shaft cylinder 29 is provided with a connecting cavity 30 with a diameter larger than that of the rotating shaft cylinder by 3-6 mm, the rotating shaft cylinder 29 and the connecting cavity 30 are just sleeved outside the valve body rotating shaft 13 and the connecting disc 33, and the connecting disc 33 is overlapped with the axis of the valve body rotating shaft 13. The connecting disc 33 and the connecting cavity 30 have the function that the connecting disc cannot move vertically relative to the connecting cavity after being embedded. Technically, the valve body rotating shaft 13 can be made of a deformable material, or the valve body 28 can be divided into two vertically aligned halves and manufactured respectively.
When in use and connecting the pipeline, the upper and lower drainage tubes are respectively inserted into the tube joints 26 and are hermetically connected. If the upper and lower drainage tubes need to be separated, the operation ring 27 of the upper valve body 28 needs to be rotated firstly, the identification key 32 is rotated to the back of the protruding part of the guide ring 19, then the valve body is forcibly rotated towards the protruding part of the positioning groove 22 in the direction vertical to the axis, and the limiting surface 15 and the limiting table 21 of the connecting valve can be separated, and the connecting valve 8 is separated from the connecting groove 25. After separation, the liquid in the drainage tube above cannot flow out. When the combination is needed, the operation is reversed, the connecting valve 8 is inserted into the connecting groove 25 after the limiting surface 15 and the limiting platform 21 are axially aligned, the axis of the connecting valve is parallel to the axis of the connecting groove 25, and then the pipeline is conducted when the operation ring 27 is rotated to enable the identification key 32 to rotate to the protruding part of the guide ring 19.
When the urine drainage tube is connected with the urine bag, the connecting valve 8 is connected with the pipeline, when the urine bag needs to be taken down for pouring urine, the connecting valve 8 needs to be closed firstly, so that the connecting valve can be separated from the connecting groove, the urine bag can be taken out for pouring urine independently, and at the moment, the urine drainage tube is closed. The conduction pipeline can be connected again after the urine bag is poured out, or the urine bag can be replaced.
The main pipe joint 7 is the same as the urine bag joint 34, so that the main pipe joint can be separated and directly connected with the urine bag joint, and only one urine bag is carried to move when a patient goes to bed and moves.
