The tongue position correction body is connected with the lingual side of the shell-shaped body, and the arrangement of the position can effectively prevent bad tongue habits, such as tongue stretching, tooth licking, finger sucking, tongue sinking, primary tongue spitting and the like. Referring to fig. 9, the shell-shaped dental appliance of example 4 is designed in a similar manner to the shell-shaped dental appliance of example 1, except that: the correcting part 21 is designed to be partially positioned on the bearing part 22 and partially positioned at the lingual gingival margin of the anterior dental area of the shell-shaped body 10 or at the lingual adjacent gingival margin, more specifically, the correcting part 21 is designed to cover the lingual gingival margin of the anterior dental area of the shell-shaped body 10 or at the lingual adjacent gingival margin, with a part of the bottom surface thereof being in contact with the shell-shaped body 10 and another part of the bottom surface being in contact with the bearing part 22; in addition, a part of the correcting part 21 can be completely arranged on the bearing part 22, and the shell-shaped dental appliance can effectively limit the specific position of the tongue body, so that the bad habit of spitting the tongue or licking the teeth of a patient can be prevented, and the tongue body can be effectively prevented from sinking; and the two positions do not influence the beauty of the patient, and the invisible correction is true.

When the lower jaw wears the first shell-shaped tooth appliance, the tongue correction body 20 is positioned between the gingival margin at the tongue side of the shell-shaped body 10 or the position close to the gingival margin and the lingual frenulum of the oral cavity of the lower jaw, so that the abnormal pressure of the tongue body on the lower dental arch caused by bad habits can be eliminated, the lower jaw with the functional protrusion retreats, and the anti-jaw of the front teeth is corrected; in addition, the pressure of the tongue body on the teeth can be effectively relieved by using tongue spur correction on the medical record of jaw opening; meanwhile, the upper jaw wears the shell-shaped tooth appliance wrapping the upper jaw, the shell-shaped tooth appliance wrapping the upper jaw can be a shell-shaped tooth appliance wrapping only the upper jaw teeth, and can also be a shell-shaped tooth appliance with an appliance function, so that the upper jaw teeth are gradually repositioned to the target position from the initial position.
In some embodiments of the invention, a series of different sets of tooth correction kits can gradually move teeth from an initial position to a target correction position, wherein the initial position is a relative position of a digital model acquired when a patient is hospitalized, the target correction position is a position reflection of a final correction effect according to the intraoral conditions requested by the patient by a doctor and a medical designer, and the intraoral conditions of different patients are different due to individual differences, so that the teeth are gradually moved from the initial position to the target position, and a series of different sets of tooth correction devices are needed to wear and correct the teeth in the process.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another tooth correcting system which comprises a plurality of groups of tooth correcting sleeves, wherein the plurality of groups of tooth correcting sleeves are provided with geometrical shapes which enable the tongue bodies to be adjusted to the tongue righting positions. The set of orthodontic kits of the present embodiment will be described in detail below.
The set of teeth correction comprises a first shell-shaped teeth correction device and a second shell-shaped teeth correction device, wherein the first shell-shaped teeth correction device is the shell-shaped teeth correction device in the embodiments 1-4, and the second shell-shaped teeth correction device is the shell-shaped teeth correction device worn by the first shell-shaped teeth correction device on the jaw, so that the upper and lower jaw teeth are worn simultaneously. Specifically, when the first shell-shaped tooth appliance is worn on the upper jaw, the tongue correction body 20 is positioned between the lingual gingival margin or the adjacent gingival margin of the shell-shaped body 10 and the maxillary oral mucosa folds and folds, so that bad habits of tongue stretching, tooth licking, finger sucking, primary tongue spitting and the like can be effectively corrected; meanwhile, the lower jaw is worn with a shell-shaped dental appliance wrapping the lower jaw, and the shell-shaped dental appliance wrapping the lower jaw can be a shell-shaped dental appliance wrapping only the lower jaw teeth. When the lower jaw wears the first shell-shaped tooth appliance, the tongue correction body 20 is positioned between the gingival margin at the tongue side of the shell-shaped body 10 or the position close to the gingival margin and the lingual frenulum of the oral cavity of the lower jaw, so that the abnormal pressure of the tongue body on the lower dental arch caused by bad habits can be eliminated, the lower jaw with the functional protrusion retreats, and the anti-jaw of the front teeth is corrected; in addition, the pressure of the tongue body on the teeth can be effectively relieved by using tongue spur correction on the medical record of jaw opening; meanwhile, the upper jaw wears the shell-shaped tooth appliance wrapping the upper jaw, and the shell-shaped tooth appliance wrapping the upper jaw is a shell-shaped tooth appliance wrapping the upper jaw teeth only.
In some embodiments of the invention, a series of different sets of tooth correction kits can gradually move teeth from an initial position to a target correction position, wherein the initial position is a relative position of a digital model acquired when a patient is hospitalized, the target correction position is a position reflection of a final correction effect according to the intraoral conditions requested by the patient by a doctor and a medical designer, and the intraoral conditions of different patients are different due to individual differences, so that the teeth are gradually moved from the initial position to the target position, and a series of different sets of tooth correction devices are needed to wear and correct the teeth in the process.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the shell-shaped dental appliance, the shell-shaped dental appliance designed based on the design method of the embodiment 1-5 is correspondingly prepared, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: a preparation method of firstly carrying out hot press molding and then cutting or a direct 3D printing method.
In an embodiment, the manufacturing module in the manufacturing method may be an additive manufacturing machine, and the shell-shaped dental appliance is manufactured by using an additive manufacturing technology, that is, the obtained finite element digital model of the dental appliance meeting the requirements is directly printed into the shell-shaped dental appliance by using a 3D printing technology, and the 3D printing technology may be SLA (stereo lithography) or DLP (digital light projection).
In another embodiment, the manufacturing module in the manufacturing method can also be a 3D printing device, a film pressing device, a cutting device, a polishing device, and a cleaning and disinfecting device, and the specific manufacturing process includes firstly directly printing a digital finite element model of the digital dental model meeting the requirements by a 3D printing technology, secondly performing film pressing operation on the printed 3D dental model, and finally performing cutting, polishing, cleaning, disinfecting and the like on the film-pressed dental appliance to finally manufacture the shell-shaped dental appliance.

designing a shell-shaped tooth appliance body: the shell-shaped tooth appliance body is designed based on the digital dental model, can improve bad habits of the tongue body and adjust the tongue body to the tongue orthodontics, and comprises a shell-shaped body designed based on the digital dental model and a tongue orthodontics body at least partially connected with the anterior tooth area of the shell-shaped body;
designing a tongue correction body: the tongue position correcting body is designed based on the digital sublingual fold part, the tongue position correcting body is arranged in a fit mode or a gap mode with the sublingual fold part, a correcting part capable of improving bad habit of a tongue body and adjusting the tongue body to be in a tongue correcting position and a bearing part for bearing the correcting part are arranged on the tongue position correcting body, and the correcting part is designed in a mode that a correcting end of the correcting part extends towards the tongue body.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the orthodontic body is configured to be coupled to the lingual gingival margin or lingual gingival margin adjacent to the lingual gingival margin of the anterior tooth area on each of the left and right sides of the orthodontic body.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the shell-shaped orthodontic body and the lingual orthotic body are integrally formed.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the shell-shaped orthodontic body and the lingual orthotic body are provided separately.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the carrier portion further comprises a mounting portion for mounting the correction portion.
11. The method of designing a shell-shaped dental appliance of claim 10, wherein the mounting portion is a mounting block for adhesion or a mounting hole for passing the correction portion through the carrier portion.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the free end of the correction portion is rounded.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the shell-like body is designed with one or more geometries that gradually change the dentition from an initial position to a target correction position.
14. The method of claim 1, wherein the carrier portion further comprises a plurality of air holes arranged regularly or irregularly.
15. A method for manufacturing a shell-shaped dental appliance, which is characterized in that the shell-shaped dental appliance designed by the method for designing a shell-shaped dental appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 14 is manufactured correspondingly, and the specific manufacturing method comprises the following steps: the shell-shaped dental appliance enables teeth to gradually change from an initial position to a target position based on the designed shell-shaped dental appliance, a series of corresponding digital dental models of the teeth are subjected to 3D printing, a series of solid dental models are prepared, shell-shaped dental appliances containing tooth shapes are obtained on the solid dental models in a hot press molding mode, and then the shell-shaped dental appliance containing the tooth shapes is obtained by cutting along a gum line or a position close to the gum line.
