Abstract
胆道镜冲洗引流管属于医疗器械制造技术领域。引流管分为头部、体部和尾部,头部呈斜坡形,内有注水通道4;体部为双通道管,内有胆道镜通道5和注水通道6,注水通道4与注水通道6相通;尾部为双通道管,管壁外包裹有硬质塑料管壁,管壁上设有单通道连接头,内有胆道镜通道8和注水通道9,胆道镜通道8与胆道镜通道5相通,注水通道9呈L型,与注水通道6及连接头7相通。本发明的优点是,在胆道镜引导下置入到肝内胆管,促进胆管内碎石、泥沙样结石、胆泥等物质的排出。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械制造技术领域,涉及一种用于清除肝内小结石及胆泥的微创手术器械,具体地说是一种胆道镜冲洗引流管。
背景技术
胆囊及肝内外胆管结石是一种常见病,可诱发急慢性胆囊炎、胆管炎、梗阻性黄疸、胆道肿瘤等并发症。胆结石的传统治疗方式是开腹胆囊切除及肝叶切除,再腹腔镜及胆道镜技术日益发展的今天,腹腔镜下胆囊切开取石及胆道探查取石术,成为胆结石治疗的重要手段。
无论是腹腔镜下胆囊切开取石,还是胆道探查取石,都需要在全麻下完成,取石的工具除了传统的取石钳之外,是胆道镜最为常用。如果操纵时间较长,肝内胆管结石未能取净,为了降低术后胆漏的发生率,术中留置T管,待6-8 周使用胆道镜行经T管瘘道胆道镜取石术。
花生大小的结石,可使用取石网篮直接取出;直径5mm以下的结石,由于网篮套取困难,多使用吸附器进行取石,但是吸附器每次吸走的结石较少,而且反复进出瘘道或胆总管,容易导致胆管水肿发生急性胆管炎,或者瘘道水肿导致引流管置入困难;对于1cm以上的结石,直接取出较为困难,多进行微电极、液电碎石,然后清理结石碎石及胆泥,由于胆道镜钳道较细,碎石及胆泥容易堵塞胆道镜钳道,不仅延长了手术时间,而且容易导致结石残留。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种在胆道镜引导下置入到肝内胆管,促进胆管内碎石、泥沙样结石、胆泥等物质排出的胆道镜冲洗引流管。
本发明装置由头部1、体部2和尾部3构成,头部1呈斜坡形,内有注水通道4;体部2为双通道管,内有胆道镜通道5和注水通道6,注水通道4与注水通道6相通;尾部3为双通道管,管壁上设有单通道连接头7,内有胆道镜通道8和注水通道9,胆道镜通道8与胆道镜通道5相通,注水通道9呈L型,上端与注水通道6相通,下端与连接头7相通;
尾部3在连接头7以下的部分设置有外螺纹;
尾部3管壁外包裹有硬质塑料管10,连接头7以下的硬质塑料管10上设置有外螺纹;
本发明装置长60cm,外径18Fr,其内相通的胆道镜通道5和胆道镜通道8 直径16Fr;
本发明装置长60cm,外径20Fr,其内相通的胆道镜通道5和胆道镜通道8 直径18Fr;
其中,头部1长1cm;
其中,尾部3长5cm;
本发明装置内相通的注水通道4、注水通道6和注水通道9直径2mm;
单通道连接头7上设置有外螺纹。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:
1.本发明装置能够套在胆道镜镜身上,在胆道镜的监视下,置入到有结石的胆管内;
2.本发明装置在往胆管内加压注水的同时,将胆管内含有较小结石及胆泥的冲洗液吸出,进而减少了取石时间。

本发明装置由头部1、体部2和尾部3构成,头部1呈斜坡形,内有注水通道4;体部2为双通道管,内有胆道镜通道5和注水通道6,注水通道4与注水通道6相通;尾部3为双通道管,管壁上设有单通道连接头7,尾部3管壁外包裹有硬质塑料管10,连接头7以下的硬质塑料管10上设置有外螺纹,内有胆道镜通道8和注水通道9,胆道镜通道8与胆道镜通道5相通,注水通道9呈L型,上端与注水通道6相通,下端与单通道连接头7相通,单通道连接头7上设置有外螺纹;
本发明装置长60cm,外径20Fr,其内相通的胆道镜通道5和胆道镜通道8 直径18Fr,其中,头部1长1cm,尾部3长5cm;
本发明装置内相通的注水通道4、注水通道6和注水通道9直径2mm。
胆道探查术中进行取石:将胆道镜11经本装置的胆道镜通道置入至引流管头部1,将本装置和胆道镜11经T管切口、瘘道、腹腔镜戳卡置入到肝内结石所在的部位,退出胆道镜11,单通道连接头7连接加压冲洗管12,尾部3下部连接负压吸引管13,进行胆道冲洗。

1.胆道镜冲洗引流管,其特征在于,由头部(1)、体部(2)和尾部(3)构成,头部(1)呈斜坡形,内有注水通道(4);体部(2)为双通道管,内有胆道镜通道(5)和注水通道(6),注水通道(4)与注水通道(6)相通;尾部(3)为双通道管,管壁上设有单通道连接头(7),内有胆道镜通道(8)和注水通道(9),胆道镜通道(8)与胆道镜通道(5)相通,注水通道(9)呈L型,上端与注水通道(6)相通,下端与连接头(7)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胆道镜冲洗引流管,其特征在于,尾部(3)在单通道连接头(7)以下的部分设置有外螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种胆道镜冲洗引流管,其特征在于,尾部(3)管壁外包裹有硬质塑料管(10),连接头(7)以下的硬质塑料管(10)上设置有外螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种胆道镜冲洗引流管,其特征在于,本发明装置长60cm,外径18Fr,其内相通的胆道镜通道(5)和胆道镜通道(8)直径16Fr。
