As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the household floor cleaning machine in the present embodiment includes all the technical features of embodiment 2, in addition, the sweeping part 10 includes a third motor 26, a first dust collecting box 23, a second dust collecting box 24 and a rolling brush 25; the first dust collecting box 23 and the second dust collecting box 24 are provided with accommodating cavities with one ends open, the open end of the first dust collecting box 23 is just opposite to the open end of the second dust collecting box 24, the roller brush 25 is arranged between the open end of the first dust collecting box 23 and the open end of the second dust collecting box 24, the roller brush 25 is fixed on an output shaft of the third motor 26, and the shell of the third motor 26, the first dust collecting box 23 and the second dust collecting box 24 are all fixed on the front side of the bottom of the longitudinal linear sliding table 13.
In the embodiment, the sweeping part 10 is specifically configured to: the dust collecting device consists of a rolling brush 25 in the middle, dust collecting boxes on two sides and a direct current motor, wherein in work, when the dust collecting box on the left side lands, the rolling brush 25 rotates clockwise, the dust collecting box on the right side lands, the rolling brush 25 rotates anticlockwise, and the sweeping device 10 is fixed in front of the lower part of the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the household floor cleaning machine in the present embodiment includes all the technical features of embodiment 3, in addition, the mopping portion 12 includes a mopping connecting beam 27, a first mopping plate 28, a second mopping plate 29 and a wiping cloth 30; a first dragging plate 28 and a second dragging plate 29 are respectively and horizontally fixed at the two ends of the mopping connecting beam 27 forwards, and cleaning cloth 30 is fixed on the lower surfaces of the first dragging plate 28 and the second dragging plate 29; when the mopping portion 12 slides to the mopping position, the first mopping plate 28 and the second mopping plate 29 are respectively located at two side positions of the mopping portion 10.
In the present embodiment, the mopping portion 12 is specifically configured as: the mop comprises two rectangular platforms which are arranged in parallel at left and right and a connecting and fixing device thereof, cleaning cloth 30 is adhered below the platforms, and a mopping part 12 is fixed on a longitudinally-arranged sliding block 17 of a longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13 and can move up and down along with the sliding block.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the household floor cleaning machine in this embodiment includes all the technical features of embodiment 4, in addition, a power supply 3, a controller, a speed-adjusting rotating handle and four photoelectric switches 31, wherein the power supply 3 is fixed on a carrying platform 5, and the power supply 3, the speed-adjusting rotating handle, the photoelectric switches 31, the first motor 7 and the second motor 8 are all electrically connected to the controller; the speed-regulating rotating handle is arranged on the left side of the handrail 1 and is used for controlling the starting, the stopping and the speed regulation of the first motor 7 and the second motor 8; two photoelectric switches 31 are respectively fixed on two sides of the bearing platform 5, and the photoelectric switch 31 on one side of the bearing platform 5 is used for controlling the first motor 7 or the second motor 8 on the other side of the bearing platform 5 to be switched to a power-off state when an obstacle is detected; the cleaning device also comprises three limit switches, wherein a cleaning position is arranged at the upper end of the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13, a water squeezing level is arranged below the cleaning position, a mopping position is arranged at the lower end of the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13, and the cleaning position, the water squeezing level and the mopping position are all fixed with the limit switches; the device also comprises a travel switch, a return-to-zero proximity switch and a stop proximity switch; travel switches are respectively arranged at two travel ends of the transverse linear sliding table 11, when the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table 11 is contacted with the travel switch at one travel end of the transverse linear sliding table 11, the third motor 26 rotates clockwise, and when the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table 11 is contacted with the travel switch at the other travel end of the transverse linear sliding table 11, the third motor 26 rotates anticlockwise; the return-to-zero proximity switch is arranged at the initial position of the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table 11 and used for ensuring that the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table 11 is started from a zero point when the machine is started; the proximity switch sets up the intermediate position at the removal end stroke of horizontal sharp slip table 11 during stopping for the removal end that is used for guaranteeing horizontal sharp slip table 11 when shutting down is located the central point of its stroke and puts, is used for guaranteeing to indulge and puts sharp slip table 13 and be vertical state simultaneously.
In this embodiment, the control system is specifically divided into the following sections:

2. the control system of the stepping motor of the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table consists of a controller, a driver and three limit switches, wherein the two limit switches are respectively fixed at the upper part and the lower part of the side surface of the sliding table and can control the mopping part 12 to be at a mopping position and a cleaning position; the wringing position limit is a set of wringing position limit switch system, the limit switch is a long-arm switch and is positioned at one side of the host, and the mopping part 12 and the cleaning box are respectively provided with a contact; when the mopping part 12 descends to the squeezing water level, the mopping part contact presses down the cleaning tank contact, then the cleaning tank contact triggers the squeezing water level limit switch, and the longitudinal motor 14 stops;
3. the motor control system of the sweeping part consists of a controller and four travel switches, the four travel switches are used for ensuring that the conversion of the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the conversion of the moving direction of a host, every two of the four travel switches are respectively fixed at two ends of the travel of a transverse sliding block 16 of a transverse linear sliding table 11, when the transverse sliding block 16 touches two travel switches on the left side, a transverse motor 15 rotates clockwise, otherwise, the transverse motor 15 rotates anticlockwise;
4. the control system of the stepping motor of the transverse linear sliding table comprises a driver, a controller, a return-to-zero proximity switch and a relay, a stop proximity switch, a push-pull electromagnet and a relay; the left-right swing of the longitudinal linear sliding table 13 is controlled by the left-right movement of a transverse sliding block 16 on the transverse linear sliding table 11, and the movement mode of the transverse sliding block 16 is controlled by a stepping motor control system of the transverse linear sliding table 11; the controller has two sets of programs, wherein the first set is an automatic control program, and the second set is a manual control program; the automatic control program is used for controlling the left-right movement direction, distance, speed and left-right pause time of the transverse sliding block 16; the manual control program manually controls the stop time of the transverse sliding block 16 on the left side or the right side under the condition that the moving distance and the moving speed of the transverse sliding block 16 are fixed; the stepping motor control system is provided with a return-to-zero proximity switch, the return-to-zero proximity switch ensures that the transverse sliding block 16 is started from a zero point when the stepping motor control system is started, and the sliding block returns to zero when the stepping motor control system starts to work, namely, the sliding block moves to a left starting point; the stepping motor control system is also provided with a stop proximity switch, the stop proximity switch consists of a micro direct current electromagnet and a relay, and the stop proximity switch ensures that the transverse sliding block 16 is positioned at the center of the stroke when the stepping motor control system is shut down, so that the whole work part can be freely dragged away from the host machine when the work is finished, and the longitudinal linear sliding table 13 is vertical to facilitate subsequent cleaning;
5. cleaning mode of mopping part: the mopping part 12 moves up and down under the control of a stepping motor of the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13, when the cleaning cloth 30 needs to be cleaned, the mopping part 12 is lifted to a cleaning position (controlled by a travel switch) and pushed into a cleaning box, a water supply button is pressed, and four high-pressure nozzles are aligned with the cleaning cloth 30 for cleaning; after the cleaning is finished, the mopping part 12 is lowered to a wringing platform (limited by a limit switch system), and the power of the stepping motor is combined with the fixing action of a wringing anti-slipping straight rod on the host machine and an anti-slipping cross rod 38 on the cleaning box to squeeze out the excess water of the cleaning cloth 30; in addition, the water supply system is controlled by an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the cleaning box, a button is arranged on the handrail 1, a power transmission and power connection contact device is arranged between the host and the cleaning box, and when the host approaches the cleaning box, the contact electromagnetic valves at two sides are communicated with the power supply of the host; the electromagnetic valve control system of the cleaning part consists of a button switch and a contact device between the host and the cleaning box, and when the mopping part 12 is pushed into the cleaning box, the power supply of the host sends electricity to the electromagnetic valve through the contact device;
6. the host touch-preventing system comprises a photoelectric switch 31 and a relay which are arranged on the left and right, when the host moves to the left, the photoelectric switch 31 on the left detects that an obstacle is triggered at a certain distance, the motor of the right power part is controlled to be powered off, the host pauses, otherwise, the motor of the left power part is powered off, and the host pauses.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the household floor cleaning machine in the present embodiment includes all the technical features of embodiment 5, and in addition, includes a cleaning tank, where the cleaning tank includes a tank body 32, a first water squeezing platform 33, a second water squeezing platform 34, a first high-pressure nozzle 35, a second high-pressure nozzle 36, a solenoid valve, a water squeezing limit contact 37, an anti-slip cross bar 38, and an electrical contact 39; a first high-pressure nozzle 35 and a second high-pressure nozzle 36 which are connected with each other are arranged in the middle of the box body 32, a first water squeezing platform 33 is arranged outside the first high-pressure nozzle 35, a second water squeezing platform 34 is arranged outside the second high-pressure nozzle 36, the first high-pressure nozzle 35 is over against the first water squeezing platform 33, the second high-pressure nozzle 36 is over against the second water squeezing platform 34, the first high-pressure nozzle 35 and the second high-pressure nozzle 36 are both communicated with the electromagnetic valve, an anti-slip cross rod 38 is fixed at the lower part of the box body 32, a water squeezing limit contact 37 is fixed above the side wall of the box body 32, and an electric contact 39 is fixed below the side wall of the box body 32; when the mopping part 12 is positioned above the first wringing platform 33 and the second wringing platform 34, the power supply 3 supplies power to the electromagnetic valve through the electric contact 39, and the first high-pressure nozzle 35 and the second high-pressure nozzle 36 correspondingly clean the mopping part 12 above the first wringing platform 33 and the second wringing platform 34 respectively; when the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13 drives the mopping part 12 to move to the water squeezing position, the lower end of the main machine is inserted into the lower end of the anti-slip cross rod 38, and the mopping part 12 abuts against the first water squeezing platform 33 and the second water squeezing platform 34 to squeeze water.
In the embodiment, the cleaning part comprises a cleaning box, an electromagnetic valve and a high-pressure nozzle; two rows of high-pressure nozzles are arranged in the middle, water squeezing platforms are arranged on two sides, a water outlet is arranged on one side, the electromagnetic valve is fixed outside the tank body, a water squeezing anti-slip cross rod 38 is arranged on the lower portion of the cleaning tank, an electric contact 39 corresponding to a power transmission contact of the host is arranged on the lower portion of one side of the cleaning tank, and a water squeezing limiting contact 37 is arranged on the upper portion of the other side of the cleaning tank.
The cleaning process of this example is: when the mopping part 12 enters the box body, the electromagnetic valve power supply button is pressed, the four nozzles aim at the cleaning cloth 30 to carry out high-pressure cleaning, the button cleaning is released, the stepping motor control switch of the longitudinal linear sliding table 13 is pressed, the longitudinal sliding block 17 drives the mopping part 12 to descend to the water squeezing platform, the water squeezing anti-skidding straight rod on the host machine is inserted into the lower surface of the water squeezing anti-skidding cross rod 38 of the cleaning box to squeeze out part of water in the cleaning cloth 30 through up-down resultant force, and the lifting button is pressed to return the cleaning position of the mopping part 12.
The beneficial effects in this embodiment are: the mopping part 12 is pushed to the cleaning box, the cleaning and water squeezing processes are completed by pressing the button, labor is not needed, cleaning cloth does not need to be repeatedly disassembled and assembled, and troubles are reduced.
The working principle of the whole device of the above embodiment is as follows: pushing the main machine to a position to be cleaned, lowering the mopping part 12 to a mopping position, turning on a power supply, pressing a start button, returning the slider of the transverse linear sliding table 11 to zero, grounding the left working part at the moment, and finishing preparation work; starting a stepping motor working button of the transverse linear sliding table 11, starting the transverse sliding block 16 to move left and right and driving the lower part of the longitudinal linear sliding table 13 to swing left and right, and if a motor of the power part is started at the same time, mopping and sweeping can be carried out; the working handrail is controlled, and the main machine can move forwards or backwards; when the cleaning machine needs to be cleaned, the zero setting button is pressed, the sliding block of the transverse linear sliding table 11 is stopped at the center, the longitudinal linear sliding table 13 is in a vertical state, and the working part is lifted off the ground to push the main machine to the cleaning box for cleaning.
In the working process, the lower part of the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13 swings left and right to drive the working part to land and work left and right alternately, the rubber wheel of the power part on the left side rotates clockwise all the time, the rubber wheel of the power part on the right side rotates anticlockwise all the time, the main machine is driven to move left and right along with the alternate landing of the left and right rubber wheels, and the floor mopping part 12 and the floor sweeping part 10 land and move synchronously with the power part to finish the floor mopping and sweeping work.
In some improved embodiments, the power of the lower part of the longitudinally arranged linear sliding table 13 swinging left and right is replaced by a brake hand brake and a brake cable; and when the right brake cable is tightened, the lower part of the longitudinally-arranged linear sliding table 13 swings to the right side, and otherwise, the brake cable swings to the left side.
In some improved embodiments, the brake wire is provided with a motor for assisting power, so that manual force can be reduced.
In some modified embodiments, the floor sweeping part 10 may be replaced with a dust suction device.
In some modified embodiments, the wipe 30 that is mopped 12 may be replaced with a collodion head.
In some improved embodiments, the four travel switches of the sweeper portion 10 can be replaced by proximity switches, or one motor can be replaced by two motors without the proximity switches.

A household floor cleaning machine according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a power source (3), a controller, a speed-adjusting rotating handle and four photoelectric switches (31), wherein the power source (3) is fixed on the carrying platform (5), and the power source (3), the speed-adjusting rotating handle, the photoelectric switches (31), the first motor (7) and the second motor (8) are all electrically connected with the controller; the speed-regulating rotating handle is arranged on the left side of the handrail (1), and is used for controlling the starting, the stopping and the speed regulation of the first motor (7) and the second motor (8); two photoelectric switches (31) are respectively fixed on two sides of the bearing platform (5), and the photoelectric switches (31) on one side of the bearing platform (5) are used for controlling the first motor (7) or the second motor (8) on the other side of the bearing platform (5) to be switched to a power-off state when an obstacle is detected.

The household floor cleaning machine according to claim 5, further comprising three limit switches, wherein a cleaning position is arranged at the upper end of the longitudinal linear sliding table (13), a water squeezing level is arranged below the cleaning position, a mopping position is arranged at the lower end of the longitudinal linear sliding table (13), and the limit switches are fixed at the cleaning position, the water squeezing level and the mopping position.

The household floor cleaning machine of claim 6, further comprising a travel switch, a return-to-zero proximity switch, and a stop-and-go proximity switch; the travel switches are respectively arranged at two travel ends of the transverse linear sliding table (11), when the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table (11) is contacted with the travel switch at one travel end of the transverse linear sliding table (11), the third motor (26) rotates clockwise, and when the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table (11) is contacted with the travel switch at the other travel end of the transverse linear sliding table (11), the third motor (26) rotates anticlockwise; the return-to-zero proximity switch is arranged at the initial position of the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table (11) and is used for ensuring that the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table (11) is started from a zero point when the machine is started; the stop proximity switch is arranged in the middle of the stroke of the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table (11) and used for ensuring that the moving end of the transverse linear sliding table (11) is positioned in the center of the stroke when the shutdown is performed and simultaneously ensuring that the longitudinal linear sliding table (13) is in a vertical state.
