For further explanation of the embodiments of the present invention, with respect to a method for establishing a connection between an image forming apparatus and a terminal provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further provides the following specific implementation manners:
the implementation mode is as follows:
fig. 3 is an application scene architecture diagram for establishing a connection between an image forming apparatus and a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention;
as shown in fig. 3, a second device (for example, the image forming apparatus shown in fig. 3) is connected to a second server (here, the second server manages a corresponding server for the image forming apparatus, for example, a cloud print server shown in fig. 3) through a network, and a first device (a user terminal, for example, a mobile phone 1, a mobile phone 2, and a PC (personal computer) shown in fig. 3) is connected through the network, and logs in to the first server (for example, a wechat server, or a server capable of implementing a communication function, such as a QQ server, through a first application program using a first account).
The second device can establish connection with the first server through the first application program and establish connection with the second server through the second application program.
With reference to fig. 4, a detailed description is given to a specific flow of the first implementation manner by taking the first server as a wechat server, the first application program as a wechat application program, the second server as a cloud print server, and the second application program as a cloud print application program, where the specific flow of the first implementation manner may include:
step S11, the second device inputs a second account to the WeChat server through the WeChat application program, and then step S12 is executed;
step S12, the WeChat server verifies the second account and returns a verification result, if the verification result is passed, the step S13 is executed;
step S13, the second device logs in the second account on the WeChat application program, and then step S14 is executed; after the wechat application logs in the second account, a wechat function, such as a function of searching for nearby friends, may be run.
Step S14, the second device sends a search request through the WeChat application program, the search request is used for searching the surrounding WeChat account (first account), wherein, the WeChat server judges whether the search request carries the positioning information, if not, the step S15 is executed, if yes, the step S17 is executed;
step S15, the WeChat server reminds the second device to start the positioning function through the WeChat application program, and then step S16 is executed;
step S16, after the second device starts the positioning function, the second device sends the searching request again through the WeChat application program, the searching request comprises the positioning information of the image forming device, and then step S17 is executed;
step S17, the WeChat server searches the surrounding WeChat account (first account) according to the positioning information, feeds back the found account information of the first account to the WeChat application program of the second equipment, and then executes step S18, wherein the first equipment can log in the first account in the WeChat application program;
step S18, the second device runs the cloud printing application to establish connection with the image forming apparatus management and control server, and then executes step S19;
step S19, the cloud printing application program of the second device sends request information for calling the WeChat account (second) to the WeChat application program, and then step S20 is executed;
step S20, the WeChat application program of the second device returns confirmation information to the cloud printing application program, and then step S21 is executed;
step S21, the cloud printing application of the second device generates a first message, and then executes step S22;
step S22, the cloud printing application program of the second device sends a first message to the WeChat application program, and then step S23 is executed;
step S23, the WeChat application program of the second device sends a first message to the WeChat server based on the account information of the first account, and then step S24 is executed;
step S25, the WeChat server forwards the first message to a first account which is logged on the WeChat application program by the first device;
in an implementation manner, the first message may be a friend addition request, the friend addition request may further carry remark information, and the remark information may be operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or description information of the image forming apparatus. The operator information may include one or more of an applet link corresponding to an operator, public number information corresponding to the operator, a two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, a link of the two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, and application information corresponding to the operator.
For example, when the first device receives a friend addition request, the first device may display an interface as shown in fig. 5, and after the user clicks [ new friend +1 ] shown in fig. 5, the interface as shown in fig. 6 may show remark information to the user, where the remark information may include, for example, a two-dimensional code corresponding to an operator or an applet website. In this case, the cloud printing application may directly log in the cloud printing server by using a WeChat account (a first account), or may require the user to register an account corresponding to the cloud printing server, or be associated with the cloud printing application through an ID of the device or a mobile account, or the like.
Of course, when the friend addition request does not carry the operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or the description information of the image forming apparatus, after the first account corresponding to the first device requests through the friend, the WeChat application program may send the operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or the description information of the image forming apparatus to the first account through the second account, so that the first account may establish a connection with an operator server (e.g., a cloud print server) according to the received operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or the description information of the image forming apparatus.
In addition, after the first account corresponding to the first device requests through the friend, the first account may send the file to be printed to an operator server (e.g., a cloud print server) or an image forming apparatus, so that the image forming apparatus completes a print job for the file to be printed.
It should be noted that, in the above process, the wechat server and the wechat application are replaceable, as long as the server and the application that can implement the above functions are both available, for example, the wechat server may be replaced by a QQ server, and the wechat application may be replaced by a QQ application; the wechat server may be replaced with a mobile operator server supporting a fifth generation communication technology, the wechat application may be replaced with a mobile communication application, and the like.
It should also be noted that, in the above steps, step S18 may be executed before or after any step from step S11 to step S17, which is not limited by the present invention.
It can be understood that, in the cloud printing application program according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first message carrying the information related to the image forming apparatus is sent by the first device located near the cloud printing application program and found by the wechat application program, so that a user using the first device can find the image forming apparatus and establish connection with the cloud printing server corresponding to the image forming apparatus, and the problems that the image forming apparatus is difficult to find and the connection with the image forming apparatus is established in the prior art are solved.
The cloud printing server can also control the image forming device or a terminal device connected with the image forming device to automatically log in a first server (such as a WeChat server) by using different second account numbers respectively in different time periods, and then automatically push information related to the image forming device to surrounding users through the second account numbers; therefore, the success rate of receiving the first message by the surrounding first account is improved. In addition, the cloud print server can also control the same second account number, and log in the first server (such as a wechat server) on different image forming devices or terminal equipment connected with the image forming devices respectively in different time periods, so that the second account number does not need to be set for each image forming device or terminal connected with the image forming device, the cost of registering the account number is saved, and the management and control of the cloud print server are facilitated.
The implementation mode two is as follows:
fig. 7 is a diagram of another application scene architecture in which the image forming apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention establishes a connection with a terminal;
as shown in fig. 7, a second device (e.g., an image forming apparatus) is connected to a first server (a cloud print server) through a network, a first device (a user terminal, such as a mobile phone and a PC shown in fig. 7) is connected through the network, and logs in to the first server through a first application using a first account, the first cloud server manages own accounts belonging to a cloud print platform, such as a first cloud print account a and a second cloud print account B, and the cloud print accounts can be logged in through the cloud print application on the image forming apparatus and the first device (e.g., the mobile phone, the PC, and the like), respectively, so as to establish connection with the cloud print server.
With reference to fig. 8, a specific process of the second implementation may include:
step S31, the second device inputs a second account to the cloud print server through the cloud print application program, and then executes step S32;
step S32, the cloud print server verifies the second account, returns a verification result, and if the verification result is passed, executes step S33;
step S33, the second device logs in the second account on the cloud printing application program, and then step S34 is executed;
step S34, the second device sends a search request through the cloud printing application program, wherein the search request is used for searching for a surrounding cloud printing account (first account), the cloud printing server judges whether the search request carries positioning information, if not, the step S35 is executed, and if yes, the step S37 is executed;
step S35, the cloud printing server reminds the second equipment to start the positioning function through the cloud printing application program, and then step S36 is executed;
step S36, after the second device starts the positioning function, the second device sends the search request again through the cloud printing application program, the search request comprises the positioning information of the image forming device, and then step S37 is executed;
step S37, the cloud print server searches for a surrounding cloud print account (first account) according to the positioning information, feeds back the found account information of the first account to the cloud print application program of the second device, and then executes step S38;
step S38, the cloud printing application of the second device generates a first message, and then executes step S39;
step S39, the cloud printing application program of the second device sends a first message to the cloud printing server, and then executes step S40;
at step 40, the wechat server forwards the first message to a first account that the first device is logged into on the cloud print application.
In an implementation manner, the first message may be a friend addition request, the friend addition request may further carry remark information, and the remark information may be operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or description information of the image forming apparatus. The operator information may include one or more of an applet link corresponding to an operator, public number information corresponding to the operator, a two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, a link of the two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, and application information corresponding to the operator.
Of course, when the friend addition request does not carry the operator information and/or the description information of the image forming apparatus corresponding to the image forming apparatus, the wechat application may send the operator information and/or the description information of the image forming apparatus corresponding to the image forming apparatus to the first account through the second account after the first account corresponding to the first device passes the friend request.
In other embodiments, the first message may also be a mail or a short message carrying operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or carrying description information of the image forming apparatus.
It can be understood that, by searching for a nearby first device and then sending a first message carrying information about an image forming apparatus to the first device, the cloud printing application program according to the embodiment of the present invention enables a user using the first device to find the image forming apparatus and establish a connection with the image forming apparatus, thereby solving the problem in the prior art that the user is difficult to find and establish a connection with the image forming apparatus.
Referring to fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for establishing a connection between an image forming apparatus and a terminal, where the method is applied to a server, such as a cloud print server and a wechat server listed above, and the method includes:
step S51: receiving a search request of the electronic equipment, wherein the search request comprises positioning information of the image forming device;
step S52: searching for a first device with a distance smaller than or equal to a preset value from the image forming device based on the positioning information, and feeding back identification information of the first device to the electronic equipment;
step S53: receiving indication information of the electronic equipment, wherein the indication information comprises a first message, and the indication information is used for indicating that the first message is sent to the first equipment and sending the first message to the first equipment according to the indication information.
The electronic device may be the second device described above, and the second device may be an image forming apparatus, or may be a terminal device that establishes a communication connection with the image forming apparatus, is located near the image forming apparatus, or is installed/provided on the image forming apparatus.
In one implementation, the identification information of the first device is account information of the first device logged in a client corresponding to the first server.
In one implementation, the first information carries operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or description information of the image forming apparatus.
In one implementation manner, the operator information includes one or more of an applet link corresponding to an operator, public number information corresponding to the operator, a two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, a link of the two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, and application information corresponding to the operator.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first device whose distance from the image forming apparatus is smaller than or equal to the preset value is searched through the positioning information of the image forming apparatus, and then the first message is sent to the first device, so that a user around can find the existence of the image forming apparatus immediately, and further, the user can establish a connection (direct connection or indirect connection through a server) with the image forming apparatus conveniently.
Referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of the invention further provides an image forming apparatus 10, including:
a first sending module 101 configured to send a search request to the first server, the search request including positioning information of the image forming apparatus;
a first receiving module 102, configured to receive identification information of a first device that is found by a first server based on positioning information of an image forming apparatus, where a distance between the first device and the image forming apparatus is smaller than or equal to a preset value; and
a second sending module 103 configured to send the first information to the first device through the first server according to the identification information of the first device.
In one implementation, the identification information includes account information of a first account, where the first account is logged in on a first server through a first application program of a first device, and correspondingly, the second sending module 103 may include:
the first sending unit is configured to generate a first message according to the account information of the first account and send the first message to the first device through the first server.
In one implementation, the first message is an instant messaging request message.
In one implementation, the image forming apparatus 10 may further include:
the second receiving module is configured to receive instant messaging confirmation information returned by the first server so as to establish an instant messaging connection channel with the first equipment, wherein the instant messaging confirmation information is generated based on the operation of the first equipment according to the instant messaging request information and is sent to the first server; and
and the third sending module is configured to send a second message to the first device through the instant messaging connection channel, wherein the second message comprises operator information corresponding to the image forming device and/or mode information for establishing connection with the image forming device and/or description information of the image forming device.
In one implementation manner, the operator information includes one or more of an applet link corresponding to an operator, public number information corresponding to the operator, a two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, a link of the two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, and application information corresponding to the operator.
In one implementation, the image forming apparatus 10 may further include:
the third receiving module is configured to receive the printing instruction information and the file to be printed, which are sent by the first equipment; and
and the first printing module is configured to print the file to be printed according to the printing instruction information.
In one implementation, the image forming apparatus 10 may further include:
a first login module configured to establish a connection with a second server through a second application and login to the first server on the first application using a second account.
The second transmitting module may include:
and the calling unit is configured to generate a first message by the second application program, call the first application program and send the first message to the first account through the second account.

a first receiving module 301 configured to receive a search request of an electronic device, the search request including positioning information of an image forming apparatus;
a first search module 302 configured to search for a first device having a distance to the image forming apparatus smaller than or equal to a preset value based on the positioning information, and feed back identification information of the first device to the electronic device; and
the first sending module 303 is configured to receive indication information of the electronic device, where the indication information includes a first message, and the indication information is used to indicate that the first message is sent to the first device, and the first message is sent to the first device according to the indication information.
In one implementation, the identification information includes information of a first account, where the first account is logged in on the first server through a first application of the first device. .
In one implementation, the first information carries operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or description information of the image forming apparatus.

sending a search request to a first server, wherein the search request comprises positioning information of the image forming device;
receiving identification information of a first device searched by the first server based on the positioning information of the image forming device, wherein the first device is a device with a distance from the image forming device smaller than or equal to a preset value;
and sending first information to the first equipment through a first server according to the identification information of the first equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identification information comprises account information for a first account, wherein the first account is logged on the first server through a first application of the first device;
the sending, by the first server, first information to the first device according to the identification information of the first device includes:
and generating a first message according to the first account information, and sending the first message to the first device through the first server.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first information carries operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or description information of the image forming apparatus.
4. A method according to any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein the first message is an instant messaging request message.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving instant messaging confirmation information returned by the first server to establish an instant messaging connection channel with the first equipment, wherein the instant messaging confirmation information is generated based on the operation of the first equipment according to the instant messaging request information and is sent to the first server;
and sending a second message to the first equipment through the instant messaging connection channel, wherein the second message comprises operator information corresponding to the image forming device and/or mode information for establishing connection with the image forming device and/or description information of the image forming device.

The method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the operator information includes one or more of an applet link corresponding to the operator, public number information corresponding to the operator, a two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, a link of the two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, and application information corresponding to the operator.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving printing instruction information and a file to be printed, which are sent by the first equipment;
and printing the file to be printed according to the printing instruction information.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to said sending the lookup request to the first server, the method further comprises:
establishing a connection with a second server through a second application, logging on the first server on the first application using a second account, and by allowing the second application to invoke a user interface module of the first application;
the sending, by the first server, first information to the first device according to the identification information of the first device includes:
and the second application program generates a first message, calls a user interface module of the first application program, and sends the first message to the first account through the second account.
9. A method for establishing connection between an image forming device and a terminal is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a search request of an electronic device, wherein the search request comprises positioning information of the image forming device;
searching for a first device with a distance smaller than or equal to a preset value from the image forming device based on the positioning information, and feeding back identification information of the first device to the electronic device;
receiving indication information of the electronic equipment, wherein the indication information comprises a first message and is used for indicating that the first message is sent to the first equipment;
and sending the first message to the first equipment according to the indication information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the identification information comprises information of a first account, wherein the first account is logged on the first server through a first application of the first device.
11. The method according to claim 9, wherein the first information carries operator information corresponding to the image forming apparatus and/or description information of the image forming apparatus.

The method of claim 11, wherein the operator information is one or more of applet link corresponding to the operator, public number information corresponding to the operator, two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, link of the two-dimensional code corresponding to the operator, and application information corresponding to the operator.
13. An image forming apparatus, comprising:
a first transmitting module configured to transmit a search request to a first server, the search request including positioning information of the image forming apparatus;
a first receiving module configured to receive identification information of a first device found by the first server based on the positioning information of the image forming apparatus, wherein the first device is a device whose distance from the image forming apparatus is less than or equal to a preset value; and
and the second sending module is configured to send the first information to the first equipment through the first server according to the identification information of the first equipment.
14. A terminal device, connected to an image forming apparatus, for acquiring positioning information of the image forming apparatus, comprising:
a first transmitting module configured to transmit a search request to a first server, the search request including positioning information of the image forming apparatus;
a first receiving module configured to receive identification information of a first device found by the first server based on the positioning information of the image forming apparatus, wherein the first device is a device whose distance from the image forming apparatus is less than or equal to a preset value; and
and the second sending module is configured to send the first information to the first equipment through the first server according to the identification information of the first equipment.
15. A server, comprising:
a first receiving module configured to receive a search request of an electronic device, the search request including positioning information of the image forming apparatus;
a first searching module configured to search for a first device having a distance to the image forming apparatus smaller than or equal to a preset value based on the positioning information, and feed back identification information of the first device to the electronic device; and
the first sending module is configured to receive indication information of the electronic device, the indication information includes a first message, and the indication information is used for indicating that the first message is sent to the first device, and the first message is sent to the first device according to the indication information.

An electronic device comprising a memory for storing information including program instructions and a processor for controlling execution of the program instructions, characterized in that: the program instructions when loaded and executed by a processor implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 or the program instructions when loaded and executed by a processor implement the method of any one of claims 9 to 12.
