In this embodiment, the server stores in advance an association relationship between any two of first account information corresponding to the first application program, second account information corresponding to the second application program, or identification information of the image forming apparatus, for example, an association relationship between the first account information and the second account information, and an association relationship between the second account information and the image forming apparatus.
The first account information corresponding to the first application program is a user account which is required by the first application program to log in the server after the first application program logs in the user interface based on a user trigger event or when the terminal device detects that the first application program is not connected with the wide area network, wherein the user account is a common user account and has no function of managing the image forming device, namely, the incidence relation between the user account and the identification information of the image forming device is not stored in the server; the second account information corresponding to the second application is a user account required for logging in the server when the terminal device is connected to the wide area network, and the user account may be used to manage the image forming device, that is, an association relationship between the user account and the image forming device identification information is stored in the server.
The embodiment does not limit the specific implementation form and the specific number of the first account information and the second account information.
Further, when the user has a need to print the job to be printed, the terminal device may obtain the job to be printed through the first application program, that is, the terminal device accesses the file stored in the terminal device through the user interface of the first application program to obtain the job to be printed.
Because data transmission can be carried out between the terminal device and the server through the first application program or the second application program, and data transmission can also be carried out between the first application program and the second application program, the terminal device can send a job to be printed to the server through the first application program or the second application program.
After the terminal device obtains the job to be printed, the terminal device can directly send the job to be printed to the server through the first application program. When the terminal device is connected to the wide area network, the terminal device automatically sends an access request for obtaining a server user interface to the server, and then logs in the server according to the obtained server user interface and a user account, so that the job to be printed is sent to the server, or when the terminal device is connected to the wide area network, the terminal device sends an access request for obtaining the server user interface to the server based on a user event, and then logs in the server according to the obtained server user interface and the user account, so that the job to be printed is sent to the server. The user event may be that the user clicks a preset option on the user interface of the first application program. Of course, the first account information required for logging in the server through the first application program may not need to be manually input by the user, for example, the first application program may have a default user account before the server or may log in without an account, and the first application program may log in the server without inputting the account information by the user as long as the first application program communicates with the server.
After the terminal equipment acquires the job to be printed, the job to be printed can be sent to the second application program through the first application program, and therefore the job to be printed is sent to the server through the second application program.
Specifically, after the terminal device acquires the job to be printed, for example, a preset option of a user interface of a first application program may be selected based on a user trigger event, so that the job to be printed is sent to a second application program through the first application program, and after the second application program acquires the job to be printed, the terminal device may communicate with a server through the user interface corresponding to the second application program, so that the job to be printed is sent to the image forming device.
Further, the server may send the job to be printed to the image forming apparatus when determining that the second application program is associated with the image forming apparatus according to an association relationship between any two of first account information corresponding to the first application program, second account information corresponding to the second application program, or identification information of the image forming apparatus, so that the image forming apparatus may print the job to be printed.
When the terminal device sends the job to be printed to the server through the first application program, the server sends the job to be printed to the image forming device associated with the second application program according to the association relationship between the first account information and the second account information and the association relationship between the second account information and the identification information of the image forming device. The identification information of the image forming apparatus may be a serial number, a name, or the like of the image forming apparatus.
Specifically, there are the following three embodiments:
the first method is as follows:
the server receives a job to be printed, which is sent by the terminal equipment through a first application program, according to the first account information; the server receives identification information of the image forming device, which is sent by the terminal device through the second application program, according to the second account information; and if the server determines that the first account information and the second account information have the association relationship and the second account information and the identification information of the image forming device have the association relationship, sending the to-be-printed job to the image forming device corresponding to the identification information of the image forming device.
Specifically, the relationship between the second account information and the at least one image forming apparatus identification information is stored in advance in association with the server side. After the terminal device sends the job to be printed to the server through the first application program according to the first account information, the terminal device sends the identification information of the image forming device to the server through the second application program according to the second account information, namely the terminal device sends the identification information of the image forming device expected to be used to the server through the second application program, the server can judge whether the identification information of the image forming device expected to be used is in a correlation relationship with the second account information, whether the first account information corresponding to the job to be printed is in a correlation relationship with the second account information or not, if the correlation relationships exist, the job to be printed can be sent to the image forming device expected to be used, and therefore the obtained job to be printed is sent to the image forming device corresponding to the image forming device identification.
The second method comprises the following steps:
the server receives a job to be printed and identification information of the image forming device, which are sent by the terminal device through the first application program, according to the first account information; and if the server determines that second account information which has an association relation with the first account information, has an association relation with the identification information of the image forming device and corresponds to the second application program exists, sending the job to be printed to the image forming device.
Specifically, the relationship between the second account information and the at least one image forming apparatus identification information is stored in advance in association with the server side. After the terminal device sends the to-be-printed job and the identification information of the image forming device expected to be used to the server through the first application program according to the first account information, the server judges whether a second account related to the identification information of the image forming device expected to be used exists or not, the second account is associated with the first account, if yes, the fact that the to-be-printed job can be sent to the image forming device expected to be used is determined, and therefore the obtained to-be-printed job is sent to the image forming device corresponding to the identification of the image forming device.
The third method comprises the following steps:
the server receives a job to be printed and second account information corresponding to a second application program, which are sent by the terminal equipment through the first application program, according to the first account information; if the server determines that the second account information has an association relationship with the first account information, determining a candidate image forming device identification information set corresponding to the second account information according to the association relationship between the second account information and the identification information of the image forming device, wherein the candidate image forming device identification set comprises the identification information of at least one image forming device;
and the server sends the job to be printed to the image forming equipment corresponding to any one identification information in the candidate image forming equipment identification information set.
Specifically, the relationship between the second account information and the at least one image forming apparatus identification information is stored in advance in association with the server side. After the terminal device sends the job to be printed and second account information corresponding to the second application program to the server through the first application program according to the first account information, the server judges a second account associated with the first account, then determines a candidate image forming device identification information set corresponding to the second account information according to an association relation between the second account information and identification information of the image forming devices, and then sends the job to be printed to one of the image forming devices, wherein one image forming device selected from the candidate image forming devices can be a user interface in which the server pushes candidate image forming device identification list information to the first application program or the second application program, and the user selects one or the server to be selected by default.
The to-be-printed job acquired by the terminal device can be sent to the image forming device associated with the second application program in the three ways. As can be seen from the foregoing description, the terminal device can communicate with the server through the second application program, so that the user account corresponding to the second application program and the image forming apparatus identification information are sent to the server through the second application program for associated storage, which is easy to implement and brings convenience to the user, and in addition, since the server can communicate with the terminal device through the second application program more conveniently, it is more convenient to use the second application program to obtain information of the image forming apparatus, such as printing status, consumable consumption, and the like, and conforms to the usage habit of the user, however, the second application program lacks basic processing capability of a job to be printed, so that the manner that the terminal device directly uses the second application program to obtain the job to be printed may not meet the user's expectation, and the resources of the first application program and the second application program can be effectively used through the manner provided in this embodiment, the printing of the job to be printed is realized, and the use convenience of the user is guaranteed.
Specifically, in the above three modes, the association relationship between the first account and the second account is determined, and the association relationship between the image forming apparatus identification information expected to be used and the second account is determined, in order to guarantee the management of the use authority of the image forming apparatus, specifically, when the image forming apparatus identification information expected to be used and the second account have an association relationship, that is, the image forming apparatus corresponding to the image forming apparatus identification information expected to be used belongs to the apparatus managed by the second account, and when the association relationship exists between the first account and the second account, that is, the first account has the authority to use the apparatus managed by the second account, the job to be printed is transmitted to the image forming apparatus according to the determination.
Naturally, the above two determination processes are always performed to ensure the management right of the second account to the image forming apparatus, for example, if the identification information of the image forming apparatus desired to be used is associated with the second account through the previous printing, and the first account and the second account are also associated, but due to user intervention, the identification information of the image forming apparatus is not associated with the first account before the next printing is performed, and even if the first account and the second account are associated, the user cannot use the image forming apparatus. It is understood that, if the identification information of the image forming apparatus desired to be used is associated with the second account by the previous printing, the first account and the second account are also associated, but due to user intervention, the first account and the second account are not already associated before the next printing is performed, and even if the identification information of the image forming apparatus desired to be used is associated with the second account, the user cannot use the image forming apparatus.
The embodiment provides a printing method, wherein a terminal device acquires a job to be printed by using a first application program and sends the job to be printed to a server, so that the server can send the job to be printed to an image forming device associated with a second application program, and the image forming device can print the job to be printed. According to the invention, the server is used as a connecting bridge between the terminal equipment and the image forming equipment, so that a user can complete the printing process of the job to be printed through the terminal equipment and the image forming equipment which are not in the same wireless network, the problem that the terminal equipment cannot utilize the image forming equipment which is not in the same wireless communication network with the terminal equipment to print the job through the first application program in the prior art is solved, and the convenience of the user is improved. In addition, when printing is executed through the image forming device associated with the second application program, the control authority of the second application program on the image forming device is effectively guaranteed through the association between the account information, and the second application program can conveniently receive the image forming state of the image forming device and the use condition of consumables such as paper, carbon powder and the like, so that convenience is brought to the owner of the image forming device.
In a specific embodiment, a terminal device is taken as a mobile phone, an image forming device is taken as a printer, a first application program in the terminal device is taken as a printing application program, a second application program is taken as a wechat application program, correspondingly, an account of the first application program is taken as a printing account m, an account of the second application program is taken as a wechat account n, the terminal device has logged in a server according to the wechat account n, and performs associated storage on the server for a printer a, a printer B, a printer C and the wechat account n, and performs associated storage for the wechat account n and the account R, S, T, when a user D wants to print a job to be printed through the mobile phone, a specific process of adopting the printing method of the embodiment is as follows:
1. and the user D accesses the memory of the mobile phone through the printing application program to select the job to be printed, and basic editing is carried out on the job to be printed, so that the mobile phone obtains the job to be printed.
2. The user D finds that there is no printer to which the job to be printed can be directly sent or
The mobile phone judges whether the mobile phone is connected with the wide area network (if not, the user can manually start the network function of the mobile phone)

When the judgment result is that the mobile phone is connected with a wide area network, or a first identifier input by a user is received, if a first option of 'WeChat printing' for triggering the representation of a user interface of a printing application program to send data through a server, or a second option of 'forwarding to WeChat' for triggering the representation to send a job to be printed to the WeChat application program, the printer is explained to have established indirect connection with the mobile phone by adopting the printing method of the embodiment, therefore, when the first option is triggered by the user, the mobile phone sends a server user interface access request to the server, the server presents a user interface for logging in the server to the printing application program, the user outputs a printing account m on the user interface, and three ways are provided after logging in the server.
The first method is as follows: the mobile phone sends the job to be printed to the server according to the print account m; the mobile phone sends the printer identification information E expected to be used to the server through the WeChat account n; the server judges whether the associated relation exists between the wechat account n and the printing account m or not, judges the associated relation between the printer identification information E and the wechat account m, and if the E belongs to the identification corresponding to one of the printer A, B, C and the printing account m belongs to one of the account R, S, T, the server sends the job to be printed to the printer corresponding to the printing identification E, otherwise, the server prompts the user.
The second method comprises the following steps: after the mobile phone sends the job to be printed and the printer identification information E expected to be used to the server according to the printing account m, the server can judge whether a wechat account associated with the identification information E and the printing account m exists, if the E belongs to the identification corresponding to one of the printer A, B, C and the printing account m belongs to one of the account R, S, T, the wechat account n is determined to exist, the server sends the job to be printed to the printer corresponding to the printing identification E, and otherwise, the user is prompted.
The third method comprises the following steps: after the mobile phone sends the job to be printed and the wechat account n to the server according to the printing account m, the server judges whether the wechat account n is associated with the printing account m, determines a candidate printer identification information set corresponding to the wechat account n, namely the printing account m belongs to one of the accounts R, S, T, if the candidate printer identification information belongs to the account m, the candidate printer identification information is the identification corresponding to the printer A, B, C, sends the corresponding identification list to the wechat application or the printing application user interface, the user selects one or the server selects one by default, for example, the printer a, and the server sends the job to be printed to the printer a.
4. When the user triggers the second option, the mobile phone forwards the job to be printed, which is acquired by the printing application program, to the wechat application program, namely the user interface corresponding to the wechat account n, then one of the printer identifications corresponding to the wechat account n, such as the printer A, is selected by the mobile phone, and the server sends the job to be printed to the printer A.
Through the process, the purpose that the job to be printed acquired through the first application program is sent to the image forming device associated with the second application program can be achieved.
Fig. 3a is a schematic structural diagram of a server provided in the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3a, the server 10 of this embodiment may include:
the receiving module 11 is configured to receive a job to be printed, which is sent by a terminal device;
a sending module 12, configured to send a job to be printed to an image forming apparatus associated with a second application according to an association relationship between any two of first account information corresponding to a first application, second account information corresponding to a second application, or identification information of the image forming apparatus, so that the image forming apparatus prints the job to be printed;
wherein the first application is different from the second application.
Optionally, the receiving module 11 is configured to receive a job to be printed, which is sent by the terminal device through the first application program;

the receiving module 11 is specifically configured to receive, according to the first account information, a job to be printed and second account information corresponding to a second application program, where the job to be printed and the second account information are sent by the terminal device through the first application program;
a determining module 13, configured to determine, when it is determined that there is an association between the second account information and the first account information, a candidate image forming apparatus identification information set corresponding to the second account information according to the association between the second account information and the identification information of the image forming apparatus, where the candidate image forming apparatus identification set includes identification information of at least one image forming apparatus;
the sending module 12 is specifically configured to send the job to be printed to an image forming apparatus corresponding to any one identification information in the candidate image forming apparatus identification information set.
Optionally, the receiving module 11 is further configured to receive a job to be printed, which is sent by the terminal device through the second application program;
the job to be printed is sent to a second application program by the terminal device through the first application program, second account information corresponding to the second application program is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the second application program.

The printing system of this embodiment may be used to implement the technical solutions of the method embodiments, and the implementation principles and technical effects are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of the electronic device provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 40 is configured to implement the operation corresponding to the server or the terminal device in any of the above method embodiments, where the electronic device 40 of this embodiment may include: a memory 41 and a processor 42;
a memory 41 for storing a computer program;

the server sends the job to be printed to image forming equipment associated with a second application program according to the association relationship between first account information corresponding to the first application program and second account information corresponding to the second application program and the association relationship between identification information of the image forming equipment and the second account information, so that the image forming equipment prints the job to be printed;
wherein the first application is different from the second application.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first account information corresponding to the first application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the first application.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the second account information corresponding to the second application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the second application.
4. A method of printing, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that the terminal equipment obtains a job to be printed through a first application program;
the terminal device sends the job to be printed to a server through the first application program, so that the server sends the job to be printed to image forming equipment associated with the second application program according to the association relationship between first account information corresponding to the first application program and second account information corresponding to the second application program and the association relationship between identification information of the image forming equipment and the second account information, wherein the first application program is different from the second application program.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the first account information corresponding to the first application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the first application.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the second account information corresponding to the second application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the second application.
7. A server, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a job to be printed, which is sent by the terminal equipment through a first application program;
a sending module, configured to send the job to be printed to an image forming apparatus associated with a second application according to an association relationship between first account information corresponding to a first application and second account information corresponding to the second application and an association relationship between identification information of the image forming apparatus and the second account information, so that the image forming apparatus prints the job to be printed;
wherein the first application is different from the second application.
8. The server according to claim 7, wherein the first account information corresponding to the first application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the first application.
9. The server according to claim 7, wherein the second account information corresponding to the second application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the second application.
10. A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a job to be printed through a first application program;
a sending module, configured to send the job to be printed to a server through the first application, so that the server sends the job to be printed to an image forming apparatus associated with a second application according to an association relationship between first account information corresponding to the first application and second account information corresponding to the second application and an association relationship between identification information of the image forming apparatus and the second account information, where the first application is different from the second application.
11. The terminal device according to claim 10, wherein the first account information corresponding to the first application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the first application.
12. The terminal device according to claim 10, wherein the second account information corresponding to the second application is account information for logging in the server on a user interface of the server, and the user interface is obtained by the terminal device through the second application.
13. A printing system, comprising: an image forming apparatus, a server according to any one of claims 7 to 9, and a terminal apparatus according to any one of claims 10 to 12;
wherein the server is connected with the terminal device and the image forming device, respectively.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the printing method of any one of claims 1 to 3, or which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the printing method of any one of claims 4 to 6.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the printing method of any of claims 1-3 via execution of the executable instructions or the processor is configured to perform the printing method of any of claims 4-6 via execution of the executable instructions.
