The memory can mainly comprise a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area can store an operating system, application programs needed by functions and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the apparatus, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory may also include a memory controller to provide the processor access to the memory.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an order management terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the internal structure of the order management terminal may include, but is not limited to: the order management terminal comprises a processor, a network interface and a memory, wherein the processor, the network interface and the memory in the order management terminal can be connected through a bus or in other manners, and the connection through the bus is taken as an example in fig. 5 shown in the embodiment of the present specification.
The processor (or CPU) is a computing core and a control core of the order management terminal. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI, mobile communication interface, etc.). The Memory (Memory) is a Memory device in the order management terminal, and is used for storing programs and data. It is understood that the memory herein may be a high-speed RAM storage device, or may be a non-volatile storage device (non-volatile memory), such as at least one magnetic disk storage device; optionally, at least one memory device located remotely from the processor. The memory provides a storage space storing an operating system of the order management terminal, which may include but is not limited to: windows system (an operating system), Linux (an operating system), etc., which are not limited thereto; also, one or more instructions, which may be one or more computer programs (including program code), are stored in the memory space and are adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor. In this embodiment of the present specification, the processor loads and executes one or more instructions stored in the memory to implement the order management method provided in the foregoing method embodiment.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium may be disposed in an order management terminal to store at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions related to implementing an order management method in the method embodiments, where the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the set of instructions may be loaded and executed by a processor of an electronic device to implement the order management method provided in the method embodiments.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
It should be noted that: the precedence order of the above embodiments of the present invention is only for description, and does not represent the merits of the embodiments. And specific embodiments thereof have been described above. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (10)

1. An order management method, characterized in that: the order management method is applied to an application capable of simultaneously initiating a life service order and a travel order corresponding to the life service order, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring service orders of a user and the state of each service order, wherein the service orders comprise life service orders and travel service orders corresponding to the life service orders;
judging whether the state of the service order meets a preset condition or not;
if so, combining the service orders meeting the preset conditions to obtain a first order group;
creating an order group first shortcut window based on the first order group;
placing the first shortcut window of the order group in a service interface of the application;
responding to a first trigger operation of a first shortcut window of the order group, and generating a first display request;
acquiring a service order list in the first order group based on the first display request; the order list includes a type of each service order and a status of each service order.
2. The order management method according to claim 1, wherein: after the obtaining of the service order list in the first order group based on the first display request, the method further includes:
responding to a second trigger operation of any service order in the order list, and generating a second display request;
and obtaining order details of the service order based on the second display request.
3. The order management method according to claim 1, wherein: after the obtaining of the service order list in the first order group based on the first display request, the method further includes:
acquiring a first display duration of the service order list in the service interface of the application;
judging whether the first display duration is greater than a preset first threshold value or not;
and if so, switching the service order list to a first shortcut window of the order group.
4. The order management method according to claim 1, wherein: after the service orders meeting the preset conditions are grouped to obtain a first order group, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the number of service orders in the first order group;
judging whether the number of the service orders is smaller than a preset third threshold value or not;
if so, creating a second shortcut window of the order group based on the first order group;
and placing the second shortcut window of the order group in the service interface of the application.
5. The order management method according to claim 4, wherein: after the second shortcut window of the order group is placed in the service main interface of the application, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a second display duration of a second shortcut window of the order group in the service interface of the application;
judging whether the second display duration is greater than a preset second threshold value or not;
if so, switching the second shortcut window of the order group to the first shortcut window of the order group, and placing the first shortcut window of the order group in the service interface of the application.

The order management method according to any one of claims 1, 3 to 5, wherein: after the placing the first shortcut window of the order group in the service interface of the application or placing the second shortcut window of the order group in the service interface of the application, the method further includes:
acquiring the operated duration of the service interface of the application;
and adjusting the display transparency of the first shortcut window of the order group or the second shortcut window of the order group according to the operated duration.
7. An order management apparatus, characterized in that: the order management device is applied to an application which can simultaneously initiate a life service order and a travel order corresponding to the life service order, and comprises the following components:
the service order obtaining module is used for obtaining service orders of users and the state of each service order, and the service orders comprise life service orders and travel service orders corresponding to the life service orders;
the order state judging module is used for judging whether the state of the service order meets a preset condition or not;
the first order group acquisition module is used for combining the service orders meeting the preset conditions to obtain a first order group;
the shortcut window creating module is used for creating a first shortcut window of the order group based on the first order group;
the first processing module is used for placing the first shortcut window of the order group in the service interface of the application;
the first display request generation module is used for responding to a first trigger operation of a first shortcut window of the order group and generating a first display request;
a service order list obtaining module, configured to obtain a service order list in the first order group based on the first display request; the order list includes a type of each service order and a status of each service order.

the second display request generation module is used for responding to a second trigger operation of any service order in the order list and generating a second display request;
and the order detail acquiring module is used for acquiring the order details of the service order based on the second display request.
9. An order management terminal, characterized in that: the terminal comprises a processor and a memory;
the processor adapted to implement one or more instructions;
the memory storing one or more instructions adapted to be loaded and executed by the processor to implement the order management method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions that is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the order management method of any of claims 1-6.
