s3, controlling the electric suspension arm to drive the television equipment suspended at the front end to rotate to an auxiliary display screen suspension area at the inner position of the office area and controlling the electric suspension arm to release the fixed connection state with the television equipment;
s4, controlling a second hydraulic mechanism which is arranged at the bottom of an office and is in driving connection with a first hydraulic mechanism to extend for a first preset distance and controlling an office chair which is in driving connection with the second hydraulic mechanism to extend for a second preset distance;
s5, controlling a fixing buckle arranged at the top end inside the office area to release the fixed connection state with the back cushion so that the back cushion falls to the upper part of the office chair for magnetic attraction and controlling an actuator arranged on the inner surface of the office chair to start to enter a sitting massage state of a user;
s6, controlling a monitoring camera arranged at the top end position inside the office area to start to capture a monitoring image in real time, and analyzing whether a user sits at an office chair or not according to the monitoring image and works;
s7, if yes, controlling the electric mobile sound insulation layer arranged on the inner wall of the office area to move and splice at the position of the mobile track at the top of the office area so as to carry out sound insulation operation on the office area and control the lighting lamp arranged at the top end inside the office area to start to enter a lighting state;
wherein the method further comprises the steps of:
s10, if the sleep requirement sent by the user terminal is received, whether the user leaves the office platform or not is analyzed according to the monitoring image;
s11, if yes, controlling the office chair in the drive connection of the second hydraulic mechanism to be completely contracted and controlling the second hydraulic mechanism in the drive connection of the first hydraulic mechanism to be completely contracted;
s12, controlling a moving mechanism arranged on the inner wall of the office area to move at the position of the lifting track to drive the office platform to descend until the bottom of an office chair at the bottom end of the office platform is abutted against the ground;
in S12, the method further comprises the steps of:
s13, extracting platform width information contained in the sleep requirement and controlling an extension plate which is arranged at the inner position of an office platform and is in driving connection with an electric slide rail to extend out to be combined with the office platform to form a width consistent with the platform width information;

s61, if the temperature is lower than a first preset temperature value, controlling a foot warmer arranged at the bottom end position in the office area to start to enter a heating state; and if the temperature is higher than the second preset temperature value, controlling the air-conditioning equipment arranged at the top end position in the office area to start to enter a refrigeration state.
