Claims (10)

1. A synchronous rectification circuit, a charger and a control method of the synchronous rectification circuit are characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, controlling a voltage regulator to regulate the voltage of a synchronous rectification circuit through a single chip microcomputer: receiving, at a voltage regulator, an activity adjustment signal from a digital circuit; the activity adjustment signal indicates a predicted increase in current demand of the digital circuit, the output voltage increasing;
controlling one or more variable impedance elements of the voltage regulator to modify an output voltage provided to the digital circuit, wherein the output voltage is based at least in part on the activity adjustment signal;
step three, receiving a clock signal at the voltage regulator, wherein the clock signal is a phase-shifted version of a digital circuit clock signal, and the digital circuit is responsive to the digital circuit clock signal;
step four, after the voltage of the synchronous rectification circuit is adjusted based on the step one to the step three, a fault diagnosis circuit diagnoses fault signals of the synchronous rectification circuit by using a fault diagnosis program, and fault data of the circuit board is obtained by the diagnosis circuit;
step five, generating a fault diagram corresponding to the circuit board according to the fault data; wherein the fault map comprises: marking information for marking defective points on the circuit board;
step six, projecting the fault map to a target area through projection equipment; wherein the target area is used for placing the circuit board;
step seven, testing the leakage condition of the synchronous rectification circuit in the step one to the step three through the test equipment, and coupling a plurality of power supply pins in the element to be tested to a ground through the test equipment; the element to be tested is a packaged integrated circuit;
step eight, applying a test voltage on a first signal pin in a plurality of signal pins of the element to be tested; the test voltage is less than a preset value;
step nine, measuring the current on a second signal pin in the signal pins of the element to be tested, and judging whether the element to be tested has leakage current or not according to the current; during the process of measuring the element to be measured, all elements in the element to be measured are not started;
step ten, the synchronous rectification circuit in the step one to the step three is protected again through a synchronous rectification protection device, and a first current change rate of the protected circuit is obtained;
step eleven, judging whether the first current change rate exceeds a first preset current threshold value;
step twelve, when the first current change rate exceeds a first preset current threshold, calculating a second current change rate according to the current signal and a delayed current signal obtained by delaying the current signal;
step thirteen, judging whether the second current change rate exceeds a second preset current threshold value;
and step fourteen, when the second current change rate exceeds a second preset current threshold value, executing a protection action.
2. The synchronous rectification circuit, the charger and the control method of the synchronous rectification circuit as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the step one, the steps of: step I, detecting current data of the synchronous rectification circuit through a current detector;
step II, detecting voltage data of the synchronous rectification circuit through a voltage detector;
and III, detecting the temperature data of the synchronous rectification circuit through a temperature sensor.

The synchronous rectification circuit, the charger, and the synchronous rectification circuit control method of claim 1 wherein in step one, the activity adjustment signal indicates a number of threads running on the digital circuit, a number of instructions to be executed during one or more subsequent clock cycles, a type of instructions to be executed during one or more subsequent clock cycles, an interrupt signal associated with the digital circuit transitioning from a sleep state to an awake state, a cache miss read event, or a combination thereof.
4. The synchronous rectification circuit, the charger and the control method of the synchronous rectification circuit as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step four, the obtaining of the fault data of the circuit board by the diagnosis circuit comprises:
acquiring a board card identifier of the circuit board;
and searching the fault data of the circuit board from automatic optical detection equipment according to the board card identification of the circuit board.
5. The synchronous rectification circuit, the charger and the synchronous rectification circuit control method according to claim 4, wherein the fault data of the circuit board at least includes: generating a fault map corresponding to the circuit board according to the fault data at the position of the defect point of the circuit board and the size of each defect point, wherein the fault map comprises the following steps:
determining the size of the background image according to the size of the circuit board;
marking the defect points in the background map according to the positions of the defect points and the sizes of the defect points;
filling the background map with a first color;
and filling the defect points with a second color to obtain the fault map, wherein the first color is different from the second color.
6. The synchronous rectification circuit, the charger, and the synchronous rectification circuit control method according to claim 1, wherein in step six, after the fault map is projected to a target area by a projection device, the method further comprises:
receiving an adjusting instruction;
and according to the adjustment instruction, performing one or more of the following adjustments on a projection diagram obtained by projecting the fault diagram:
adjusting the size of the projection drawing according to the size of the circuit board;
performing trapezoidal correction on the projection drawing;
and adjusting the projection position of the projection diagram according to the position of the circuit board.
7. The synchronous rectification circuit, the charger, and the control method of the synchronous rectification circuit as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step ten, the method of protecting the synchronous rectification circuit by the synchronous rectification protection device further comprises:
when the first current change rate does not exceed a first preset current threshold value, calculating the current power of the protected circuit;
judging whether the current power exceeds a preset power threshold value;
when the current power exceeds a preset power threshold value, executing a protection action;
the step of calculating the second current change rate according to the current signal and the delayed current signal obtained by delaying the current signal includes:
calculating a current difference value of the current signal and the delayed current signal;
differentiating the current difference value with the time delay to obtain the second current change rate;
after the fourteenth step, the following steps are required:
step 1, storing the detected current, voltage, fault diagnosis result and real-time data of the test result of the synchronous rectification circuit through a memory;
step 2, providing electric energy for the synchronous rectification circuit and the charger through the solar panel;
and 3, displaying the detected current, voltage, fault diagnosis result and real-time data of the test result of the synchronous rectification circuit through a display.

A synchronous rectification circuit, a charger, and a synchronous rectification circuit control system to which the synchronous rectification circuit, the charger, and the synchronous rectification circuit control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 are applied, characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a current detection module, a voltage detection module, a temperature detection module, a main control module, a voltage regulation module, a circuit fault diagnosis module, a circuit test module, a synchronous rectification protection module, a data storage module, a power supply module and a display module;
the current detection module is connected with the main control module and used for detecting current data of the synchronous rectification circuit through the current detector;
the voltage detection module is connected with the main control module and used for detecting voltage data of the synchronous rectification circuit through the voltage detector;
the temperature detection module is connected with the main control module and used for detecting the temperature data of the synchronous rectification circuit through a temperature sensor;
the main control module is connected with the current detection module, the voltage detection module, the temperature detection module, the voltage regulation module, the circuit fault diagnosis module, the circuit test module, the synchronous rectification protection module, the data storage module, the power supply module and the display module and is used for controlling each module to normally work through the single chip microcomputer;
the voltage regulating module is connected with the main control module and used for regulating the voltage of the synchronous rectification circuit through the voltage regulator;
the circuit fault diagnosis module is connected with the main control module and used for diagnosing a fault signal of the synchronous rectification circuit by utilizing a fault diagnosis program through the fault diagnosis circuit;
the circuit testing module is connected with the main control module and used for testing the electric leakage condition of the synchronous rectification circuit through testing equipment;
the synchronous rectification protection module is connected with the main control module and used for protecting the synchronous rectification circuit through the synchronous rectification protection device;
the data storage module is connected with the main control module and used for storing the detected current, voltage, fault diagnosis result and real-time data of the test result of the synchronous rectification circuit through the memory;
the power supply module is connected with the main control module and used for providing electric energy for the synchronous rectification circuit and the charger through the solar cell panel;
and the display module is connected with the main control module and used for displaying the detected current, voltage, fault diagnosis result and real-time data of the test result of the synchronous rectification circuit through the display.
9. A computer program product stored on a computer readable medium, comprising a computer readable program for providing a user input interface to implement the synchronous rectification circuit, the charger and the synchronous rectification circuit control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed on an electronic device.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to execute the synchronous rectification circuit, the charger, and the synchronous rectification circuit control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
