Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of interior wall paint capable of removing formaldehyde, which comprises the following steps: adding shell powder, titanium dioxide, talcum powder, dispersing agent and water into a stirring cylinder, starting a stirrer, and fully stirring the stirrer at 1500r/min for 20min to prepare prefabricated slurry; pumping the prefabricated slurry into a sand mill, performing sand milling dispersion for 30min, and preparing into a primer for later use; sequentially adding the emulsion, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the film-forming assistant into a stirring kettle, keeping the stirring kettle at 800r/min, stirring at a low speed, slowly adding the prepared prefabricated slurry, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring kettle, and dispersing for 30 minutes at 1000 r/min; the invention adopts natural shell powder, and the shell powder subjected to a special calcination process is introduced into the emulsion paint coating, so that the problems of poor contamination resistance, poor scrubbing resistance and incapability of decomposing formaldehyde of the conventional shell powder coating are solved, and the prepared coating not only has the performance characteristics of decoration, pollution resistance and the like of the conventional emulsion paint, but also has the function of removing formaldehyde.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to an interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Formaldehyde is a chemical substance commonly existing in chemical products, is colorless and has the characteristic of pungent smell, and is added into various decoration materials such as coatings, paints and glues. Therefore, the newly decorated house can smell pungent smell and can live after being opened for ventilation and airing for a period of time. s3: sequentially adding the emulsion, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the film-forming assistant into a stirring kettle, keeping the stirring kettle at 800r/min, stirring at a low speed, slowly adding the prepared prefabricated slurry, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring kettle, and dispersing for 30 minutes at 1000 r/min;
the interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-40% of emulsion, 15-18% of shell powder, 12-15% of pigment, 4-5% of talcum powder, 0.6-1% of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.2% of wetting agent, 0.15-0.2% of defoaming agent, 2-2.5% of film-forming additive, 0.8-1% of thickening agent and 20-24% of water.
As a preferred embodiment, the wetting agent is selected from anionic surfactants; the anionic surfactant is one or a mixture of more than two of alkyl sulfate, sulfonate, carboxylic acid soap and phosphate.
As a preferred embodiment, the emulsion is an elastomeric emulsion that is a copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and silicone.
In a preferred embodiment, the shell powder is ground by oyster shell, and the particle size of the shell powder is 20-25 μm.
In a preferred embodiment, the pigment is one or a mixture of more than two of titanium dioxide, titanium nickel yellow, bismuth vanadate yellow, chrome yellow, strontium yellow, ferromanganese black, copper chrome black, iron titanium black, carbon black, cobalt blue, titanium chrome brown, iron chrome brown, chrome green, cobalt green, molybdenum chrome red, iron red, pearlescent pigment, aluminum silver paste, mica powder, transparent silica and transparent alumina.
As a preferred embodiment, the defoamer is selected from polyether defoamers; the film forming assistant is selected from propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
According to the invention, the natural shell powder is adopted, the shell powder subjected to a special calcination process is introduced into the emulsion paint coating, and the problems of poor stain resistance, poor scrub resistance and incapability of decomposing formaldehyde of the conventional shell powder coating are solved, so that the prepared coating not only has the performance characteristics of decoration, stain resistance and the like of the conventional emulsion paint, but also has the function of removing formaldehyde, and by adopting the technical scheme, the prepared interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde is sprayed on an interior wall, wherein the interior formaldehyde is absorbed by utilizing the action mechanism of self-adsorption and degradation of formaldehyde of the shell powder, and the content of formaldehyde in the interior wall coating can be effectively reduced to 0.01ppm by testing in a closed environment; the interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde has strong water resistance, the water resistance of a plate test is no abnormity for 14 days, and the scrubbing resistance meets the national standard requirement.

It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example one
A preparation method of interior wall paint capable of removing formaldehyde comprises the following steps:
s1: adding shell powder, titanium dioxide, talcum powder, dispersing agent and water into a stirring cylinder, starting a stirrer, and fully stirring the stirrer at 1500r/min for 20min to prepare prefabricated slurry;
s2: pumping the prefabricated slurry into a sand mill, performing sand milling dispersion for 30min, and preparing into a primer for later use;
s3: sequentially adding the emulsion, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the film-forming assistant into a stirring kettle, keeping the stirring kettle at 800r/min, stirring at a low speed, slowly adding the prepared prefabricated slurry, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring kettle, and dispersing for 30 minutes at 1000 r/min;
the interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35kg of emulsion, 15kg of shell powder, 12kg of pigment, 4kg of talcum powder, 0.6kg of dispersing agent, 0.1kg of wetting agent, 0.15kg of defoaming agent, 2kg of film-forming assistant, 0.8kg of thickening agent and 20kg of water.
Example one prepared interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde can be sprayed by the following method:
(1) surface treatment
The inner wall is used for removing stains and sand dust on the surface by using high-pressure air, the construction base surfaces of the wall surface and the ground are cleaned to be free of floating dust and loosening phenomenon, the base surfaces are dried, and the water content is lower than 10%; the treated inner wall is sprayed within 4 hours and sprayed within 0.5 hour in humid weather;
(2) spray paint
Fully and uniformly stirring the water velvet paint containing negative oxygen ions, filtering the water velvet paint by using a filter screen of 300 meshes during spraying, spraying the water velvet paint under the normal air condition, adopting quick thin spraying during the first spraying, uniformly spraying longitudinally and vertically, controlling the thickness to be 15-20 mu m, then directly spraying the water velvet paint for the second time without cooling, controlling the thickness to be 25-35 mu m according to requirements, cleaning a spray gun by using butyl ester after spraying, and naturally drying the sprayed surface.
The test results are shown in Table 1 according to the test methods of GB/T10295-2008 and JG/T235-2008

A preparation method of interior wall paint capable of removing formaldehyde comprises the following steps:
s1: adding shell powder, titanium dioxide, talcum powder, dispersing agent and water into a stirring cylinder, starting a stirrer, and fully stirring the stirrer at 1500r/min for 20min to prepare prefabricated slurry;
s2: pumping the prefabricated slurry into a sand mill, performing sand milling dispersion for 30min, and preparing into a primer for later use;
s3: sequentially adding the emulsion, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the film-forming assistant into a stirring kettle, keeping the stirring kettle at 800r/min, stirring at a low speed, slowly adding the prepared prefabricated slurry, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring kettle, and dispersing for 30 minutes at 1000 r/min;
the interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 38kg of emulsion, 17kg of shell powder, 13kg of pigment, 4.5kg of talcum powder, 0.8kg of dispersing agent, 0.17kg of wetting agent, 0.18kg of defoaming agent, 2.3kg of film-forming additive, 0.85kg of thickening agent and 22kg of water.
The interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde prepared in example two can be sprayed in the following way:
(1) surface treatment
The inner wall is cleaned by high-pressure air to remove stains and sand dust on the surface until no floating dust and no loose phenomenon exist, the base surface is dry, and the water content is lower than 10%; the treated inner wall is sprayed within 4 hours and sprayed within 0.5 hour in humid weather;
(2) spray paint

s3: sequentially adding the emulsion, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the film-forming assistant into a stirring kettle, keeping the stirring kettle at 800r/min, stirring at a low speed, slowly adding the prepared prefabricated slurry, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirring kettle, and dispersing for 30 minutes at 1000 r/min;
the interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40kg of emulsion, 18kg of shell powder, 15kg of pigment, 5kg of talcum powder, 1kg of dispersing agent, 0.2kg of wetting agent, 0.2kg of defoaming agent, 2.5kg of film-forming additive, 1kg of thickening agent and 24kg of water.
The interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde prepared in example three can be sprayed in the following way:

4. The method for preparing the interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the shell powder is obtained by grinding oyster shell, and the particle size of the shell powder is 20-25 μm.

The method for preparing the interior wall coating capable of removing formaldehyde according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the pigment is one or a mixture of more than two of titanium dioxide, titanium nickel yellow, bismuth vanadate yellow, chrome yellow, strontium yellow, manganese iron black, copper chromium black, iron titanium black, carbon black, cobalt blue, titanium chromium brown, iron chromium brown, chromium green, cobalt green, molybdenum chromium red, iron red, pearlescent pigment, aluminum silver paste, mica powder, transparent silicon dioxide and transparent aluminum oxide.
