A preparation method of art pigment comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio, firstly putting the guar gum into distilled water for heating at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 30-60 min, stirring while heating for dissolving, and controlling the stirring speed to be 350-400 r/min to prepare adhesive glue solution;
(2) adding methyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and polyethylene glycol into the adhesive glue solution prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to prepare a colloid;

(5) Adding the coarse color sizing agent into a hopper of a three-roll grinder, and grinding for 5 times by the three-roll grinder. The diameter of the roller of the three-roller grinder is 650mm, and the speed of the three rollers is 26:70:145 (r.p.m). The width of a roller gap is adjusted through a hand wheel, the gap distance of the rollers is adjusted during grinding, and the gap distance of the two rollers is adjusted to be 45 mu m during first grinding; the clearance distance between the two rollers is adjusted to be 20 mu m in the second grinding; the clearance distance between the two rollers is adjusted to be 12 mu m by the third, fourth and fifth times of grinding; the roller is cooled by circulating water, and the temperature of the circulating water is 18 ℃. The ground feed liquid flows into a storage barrel to obtain a finished product.
Example 2
An art pigment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of guar gum, 15 parts of distilled water, 18 parts of chrysanthemum yellow pigment, 5 parts of methyl methacrylate, 6 parts of tert-butyl hydroquinone, 6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of talcum powder, 9 parts of acrylic latex, and sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate: 2 parts of sodium polyacrylate and 2 parts of sodium polyacrylate.
The preparation method of the art pigment comprises the following steps:
(1) heating guar gum in distilled water at 80 deg.C for 40min, stirring for dissolving, and controlling stirring speed at 400r/min to obtain adhesive liquid.
(2) And (2) adding methyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and polyethylene glycol into the adhesive glue solution prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 250r/min and the stirring temperature of 60 ℃ to prepare a colloid.
(3) And (3) adding the acrylic latex into the colloid prepared in the step (2), controlling the stirring speed to be 250r/min and the stirring temperature to be 60 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed colloid.
(4) And (3) putting the chrysanthemum yellow pigment into the mixed colloid, stirring for 35min at the stirring speed of 250r/min and the stirring temperature of 90 ℃, sequentially adding titanium dioxide, talcum powder, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and sodium polyacrylate, and continuously stirring for 40min to obtain the coarse pigment.
(5) Adding the coarse color sizing agent into a hopper of a three-roll grinder, and grinding for 4 times by the three-roll grinder. The diameter of the roller of the three-roller grinder is 650mm, and the speed of the three rollers is 26:70:145 (r.p.m). The width of a roller gap is adjusted through a hand wheel, the gap distance of the rollers is adjusted during grinding, and the gap distance of the two rollers is adjusted to be 45 mu m during first grinding; the clearance distance between the two rollers is adjusted to be 20 mu m in the second grinding; the clearance distance between the two rollers is adjusted to be 12 mu m by the third, fourth and fifth times of grinding; the roller is cooled by circulating water, and the temperature of the circulating water is 20 ℃. The ground feed liquid flows into a storage barrel to obtain a finished product.
Example 3
An art pigment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of guar gum, 10 parts of distilled water, 20 parts of purple cabbage pigment, 8 parts of methyl methacrylate, 7 parts of tert-butyl hydroquinone, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 4 parts of titanium dioxide, 7 parts of talcum powder, 12 parts of acrylic latex, 3 parts of polyethylene glycol octadecanol ether and 3 parts of sodium polyacrylate.
The preparation method of the art pigment comprises the following steps:
(1) heating guar gum in distilled water at 85 deg.C for 60min, stirring under heating at 400r/min to obtain adhesive liquid.
(2) And (2) adding methyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and polyethylene glycol into the adhesive glue solution prepared in the step (1), controlling the stirring speed at 300r/min and the stirring temperature at 45 ℃, and uniformly stirring to prepare the colloid.
(3) And (3) adding the acrylic latex into the colloid prepared in the step (2), controlling the stirring speed to be 300r/min and the stirring temperature to be 45 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed colloid.
(4) And (3) putting the purple cabbage pigment into the mixed colloid prepared in the step (3), stirring for 30min at the stirring speed of 200r/min and the stirring temperature of 80 ℃, sequentially adding titanium dioxide, talcum powder, polyethylene glycol octadecanol ether and sodium polyacrylate, and continuously stirring for 60min to obtain a crude color slurry.
(5) And (4) adding the coarse color sizing material prepared in the step (4) into a hopper of a three-roll grinder, and grinding for 3 times by the three-roll grinder. The diameter of the roller of the three-roller grinder is 650mm, and the speed of the three rollers is 26:70:145 (r.p.m). The art pigments prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and commercially available art pigments were used for testing light resistance, heat resistance, dispersibility, colorability and weather resistance. The light resistance reference standard GB/T1710-2008, the heat resistance reference standard GB/T1711-89, the weather resistance reference standard GB/T250-2008, the tinting strength reference standard GB1708-79 and the dispersibility reference standard GB/T21867.2-2008 are adopted, and the test results are shown in the following table 1:

The test results in table 1 show that, through the light fastness test, the art pigments prepared in examples 1 to 3 can reach above 6 grades in the light fastness test, while the light fastness test grade of the commercially available pigments is 3 grades, which indicates that the art pigments prepared by the invention have good light fastness. The heat resistance and weather resistance results show that under the conditions of high-temperature baking in a baking oven and irradiation of an artificial aging lamp, the colors of the art pigments prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 still keep the original colors and the weather resistance is more than 4 grades, while the color of the commercially available pigment obviously declines and the weather resistance is only 2 grades, which shows that the art pigments prepared by the invention have strong aging resistance, can keep the glossiness for a long time, are not easy to fade and discolor, and have long service life. The art pigments prepared in examples 1 to 3 were tested for tinting strength by tinting strength test, and the relative percentage of tinting strength of the pigments corresponding to the tinting strength of the standard sample was 99% or more, while the relative percentage of the commercially available pigments was only 93%, indicating that the pigments prepared in the present invention have strong tinting strength. The fineness of grinding of the art pigments prepared in examples 1-3 was less than 13.5 μm, and the fineness of grinding of the commercially available pigments was 40 μm, as measured by the fineness of grinding of the pigments for dispersibility of the pigments, indicating that the art pigments prepared by the present invention have good dispersibility.

5. A process for producing an art pigment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the steps of:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio, firstly putting the guar gum into distilled water for heating at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 30-60 min, stirring while heating for dissolving, and controlling the stirring speed to be 350-400 r/min to prepare adhesive glue solution;
(2) adding methyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and polyethylene glycol into the adhesive glue solution prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to prepare a colloid;
(3) adding acrylic latex into the colloid prepared in the step (2), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to obtain a mixed colloid;
(4) placing the natural pigment into the mixed colloid prepared in the step (3), stirring for 30-40 min at the stirring temperature of 80-95 ℃ and the stirring speed of 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding titanium dioxide, talcum powder, anti-settling agent and surfactant, and continuously stirring for 40-60 min at the same stirring temperature and stirring speed to obtain a crude color slurry;
(5) and (4) adding the coarse color slurry prepared in the step (4) into a hopper of a three-roller grinding machine, grinding for 3-5 times by the three-roller grinding machine, cooling a roller by circulating water, and allowing the ground feed liquid to flow into a storage barrel to obtain a finished product.
