Art pigment and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pigments, in particular to an art pigment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pigment is a substance capable of coloring an object, is a commonly used material in art painting, and has a plurality of types. Currently, common art pigments are divided into organic pigments and inorganic pigments. Inorganic pigments are low in cost, relatively good in heat resistance and relatively stable in color, but are limited in color and hue and not vivid. Compared with common inorganic pigments, organic pigments generally have higher tinting strength, are easy to grind and disperse, are not easy to precipitate, have brighter colors, but have poorer sun-proof, heat-resistant and weather-resistant properties.
The art pigment on the market at present takes chemical monomers as main raw materials, the using medium and the working condition of the art pigment are not fully considered in the formula design process, the quality of the art pigment is uneven, and the problems of dull painting color, poor saturation, lighter coloring and the like exist after the art pigment is scrawled on paper, so that the quality of the art pigment is directly influenced.

A preparation method of art pigment comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio, firstly putting the guar gum into distilled water for heating at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 30-60 min, stirring while heating for dissolving, and controlling the stirring speed to be 350-400 r/min to prepare adhesive glue solution;
(2) adding methyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and polyethylene glycol into the adhesive glue solution prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to prepare a colloid;
(3) adding acrylic latex into the colloid prepared in the step (2), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to obtain a mixed colloid;
(4) placing the natural pigment into the mixed colloid prepared in the step (3), stirring for 30-40 min at the stirring temperature of 80-95 ℃ and the stirring speed of 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding titanium dioxide, talcum powder, anti-settling agent and surfactant, and continuously stirring for 40-60 min at the same stirring temperature and stirring speed to obtain a crude color slurry;

Preferably, in the step (5), the temperature of the circulating water is 18-20 ℃.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
the art pigment prepared by adopting a reasonable formula has excellent performance, good light resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, tinting strength, dispersibility and the like, and has fine and smooth quality, bright color, stable chemical change and strong adhesive force.
According to the invention, guar gum and natural pigment are mixed, and the wetting property of the pigment can be maintained for a long time by adding methyl methacrylate and polyethylene glycol, so that the pigment is not easy to dry and block after being placed for a long time, and meanwhile, the antioxidant property of the pigment can be effectively improved by adding tert-butyl hydroquinone, so that the pigment can still maintain the original color under the severe sun exposure environment; the addition of titanium dioxide can lead the pigment to have bright color, high covering power, strong tinting strength and strong stability, and can enhance the adhesive force of the pigment and prevent cracks; the addition of the talcum powder can ensure that the pigment has uniform density, good glossiness and smooth surface; meanwhile, the acrylic latex is added, so that the adhesive force of the pigment can be remarkably improved, the pigment is firmly combined with an attachment, and the pigment is not easy to fall off when being contacted by external force; the anti-settling agent can prevent settling and color separation of natural pigment fine particles, so that the physical stability of the pigment is enhanced; the surfactant is adsorbed on the surface of the pigment micromolecules through intermolecular force to play a dispersing role, and the pigment micromolecules are prevented from being agglomerated in the long-term storage process.
The preparation method of the art pigment is also an important component for preparing the art pigment with excellent performance, and the method also has the advantages of simple operation, high production efficiency and the like.
