Description

Novel ecological slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a nitrogen fertilizer, in particular to a novel ecological slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When the fertilizer is applied in large quantities for a long time in China, the yield of crops is increased, and meanwhile, serious soil, air and water pollution is caused. The top dressing is an important component of crop fertilization, the top dressing accounts for about 40% of the total fertilizer consumption, the top dressing technology has deeper research in the present stage of China, but the research and development of top dressing varieties are insufficient, most of the existing top dressing varieties use simple-substance nitrogen fertilizers such as urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate and the like, the fertilizer has single function, and the volatilization of nitrogen elements is accelerated due to the high temperature of the top dressing in summer, so that a large amount of nitrogen nutrients are lost, and the environment is polluted. In addition, the elemental nitrogen fertilizer only contains nitrogen element, which can not effectively improve the utilization rate of fertilizer nutrients and improve soil environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel ecological slow-release nitrogen fertilizer, which adopts two slow-release fertilizer production technologies of a coating film and an endoplasm type (added with a slow-release agent), has good slow-release effect of a product, low cost and no pollution to the soil environment, and simultaneously contains humic acid and a high-molecular polymer, and realizes the purposes of improving the soil and improving the quality and the yield of crops.
The invention also aims to utilize the cooler to simultaneously complete fertilizer coating and cooling, no special coating equipment is needed, the process flow is optimized, and the equipment investment is reduced.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a novel ecological slow-release nitrogen fertilizer comprises, by mass, 62-80% of urea, 10-25% of ammonium chloride, 0.2-0.7% of a slow-release agent, 5-8% of humic acid, 2-4% of a high-molecular polymer and 2-5% of a coating material.
The slow release agent is a combination of a urease inhibitor and a nitrification inhibitor, the urease inhibitor can inhibit the hydrolysis speed of urea and reduce the volatilization loss of ammonium nitrogen, the nitrification inhibitor can control the reaction speed of converting the ammonium nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, the loss of the ammonium nitrogen in the form of the nitrate nitrogen is reduced, and the utilization rate of nitrogen nutrients is effectively improved.
The high molecular polymer is polyacrylamide, can improve the granular structure of soil, prevent soil hardening, and also has the characteristic of preventing product caking, and the addition amount is determined according to the soil condition and the caking degree of the product.
The coating material is liquid sodium silicate, and a film body is formed on the surface of fertilizer particles by utilizing the characteristics of large specific area, good water resistance and improvement of material density and strength after the coating material is viscous and solidified, so that the coating material has the characteristics of low cost and good slow release effect.
The preparation method of the novel ecological slow-release nitrogen fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding metered urea into a melting tank, controlling the temperature of the melting tank to be 115-125 ℃, wherein the temperature in the melting process is particularly important, if the temperature reaches above 130 ℃, the urea is decomposed to generate a large amount of biuret, so that crops are burned, the temperature is lower than 115 ℃, and the urine is easy to crystallize, so that the normal production is influenced;
(2) adding metered ammonium amide, a slow-release agent, humic acid and a high-molecular polymer into a rotary drum granulator through a microcomputer batching system by utilizing a granulation compound fertilizer production device, atomizing the urea solution prepared in the step (1) and spraying the atomized urea solution into materials in the rotary drum granulator, finishing a material granulation process by utilizing the urea solution as a liquid phase, controlling the material temperature in the rotary drum granulator to be 60-65 ℃, and granulating for 6-8 min;
(3) after granulation, the material enters a dryer, the inlet temperature of the dryer is controlled at 125 ℃ and 110-;
(4) after drying, respectively carrying out coarse screening and fine screening, wherein the diameter of a screen hole of the coarse screen is 4.5mm, the diameter of a screen hole of the fine screen is 2.0mm, particles with the diameter of more than 4.5mm after coarse screening are crushed by a crusher, powder materials with the diameter of less than 2.0mm after fine screening are returned to a rotary drum granulator, and qualified products enter a cooling machine;
(5) spraying liquid sodium silicate onto qualified products at the inlet of a cooling machine in an atomizing mode, wrapping the surfaces of the screened fertilizer particles, and finishing coating by utilizing the temperature of the fertilizer and the cooling machine without additionally adding coating equipment, wherein the coating and cooling time is 25-35 min;
(6) and (4) feeding the cooled qualified product into a wrapping machine, and packaging after anti-caking treatment.
Compared with the prior art, the novel ecological slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages:
1. by adopting the production technology of the coated and endoplasmic type slow-release fertilizer, the product has good slow-release effect and low cost.
2. The liquid sodium silicate of the coating material can be degraded in soil, is rich in medium element silicon required by crop growth, and cannot cause secondary pollution to the soil.
3. The product not only contains nitrogen elements required by crops, but also contains humic acid for improving soil and high molecular polymer.
