Description

Composite fertilizer containing polymorphic nitrogen and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a compound fertilizer and a production method thereof, in particular to a compound fertilizer containing various forms of nitrogen fertilizers and moderate nutrient elements and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The fertilizer is indispensable production data of agricultural production, the yield and consumption of the fertilizer in China are the first place in the world, the fertilizing amount per unit area is nearly 4 times of the average level in the world, and excessive fertilizer investment not only consumes a large amount of resources and increases agricultural cost, but also causes environmental pollution.
With the progress of agricultural modernization, agricultural fertilization has shifted from the application of simple fertilizer to the application of compound fertilizer, and the production of compound fertilizer has also shifted from general to crop-specific. The special compound fertilizer for crops is a novel compound fertilizer with nutrient components and nutrient forms designed according to the fertilizer absorption rule of crops and by combining the nutrient supply condition of soil, can meet the requirement of the crops on the nutrient content, and focuses on the composition of the nutrient forms, for example, a nitrogen fertilizer is matched by ammonium nitrogen, amide nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen according to a reasonable proportion. Thereby promoting the growth of crops, improving the utilization rate of the fertilizer and reducing the using amount of the fertilizer.
The form of nitrogen fertilizer is mainly amide nitrogen represented by urea, ammonium nitrogen represented by ammonium sulfate and ammonium chloride, and nitrate nitrogen represented by ammonium nitrate, ammonium phosphate and nitrophosphate, but because of the basic properties of these compounds, when urea is mixed with most fertilizers containing nitrate nitrogen, the critical relative humidity of the mixture for absorbing moisture is greatly reduced, and when urea is mixed with ammonium nitrate, the critical relative humidity is only 18.1%. Therefore, if the compound fertilizer contains urea and the fertilizer containing nitrate nitrogen, serious moisture absorption can occur under most environmental conditions, and the production, storage and transportation and application of the compound fertilizer are influenced. Meanwhile, the production of the compound fertilizer by taking nitrate nitrogen and amide nitrogen as raw materials is a difficult problem of the industry, and the compound fertilizer is definitely classified into a nitro compound fertilizer and a urea-based compound fertilizer in the actual production process. However, many crops need to provide the nutrition of nitrate nitrogen, and the production of compound fertilizers by only using ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen as nitrogen fertilizer raw materials is difficult to meet the requirement of the total nitrogen content in the compound fertilizers, so the technology for producing the compound fertilizers simultaneously containing three types of nitrogen is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the compound fertilizer industry.
Chinese patent document CN201310135131.6 (publication No. CN 103193535A) discloses a quick-acting slow-release compound fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. Adding raw materials containing nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and amide nitrogen into the materials, directly introducing gaseous ammonia into a material layer of a rotary drum granulator, completing ammoniation treatment of ammonium nitrate phosphorus, and controlling the quality of urea nitrate generated by reaction. The effective proportion of the quick-acting slow-release compound fertilizer is that the nitrogen content of the product is calculated by mass percent: 2% -5% of nitrate nitrogen: 6% -9% of ammonium nitrogen: 7 to 11 percent of amide nitrogen. The content of phosphorus and potassium nutrients is determined according to different product proportions. Although the method can produce the compound fertilizer containing three types of nitrogen, the method cannot fundamentally solve the direct contact between urea and ammonium nitrate raw materials (ammonium nitrate phosphorus and nitric phosphate fertilizer), and the problem of strong hygroscopicity is not solved well.
Chinese patent document 201610044735.3 (publication No. CN 105503280A) discloses a method for producing a granular compound nitrogen fertilizer, which is characterized in that ammonium nitrate fertilizer granules or ammonium nitrate phosphorus fertilizer granules are fluidized and preheated to 40-60 ℃, liquid urea or urea melt is sprayed on the preheated fertilizer granules and wrapped on the fluidized fertilizer granules for granulation to prepare the granular compound nitrogen fertilizer containing three types of nitrogen.
In order to meet the requirements of modern agriculture on compound fertilizers, a compound fertilizer product containing nitrogen fertilizers in various forms and moderate nutrient elements and a production method thereof are urgently needed.
