Abstract
The invention discloses a micro-net type protection door safety device for an elevator, which comprises an elastic net device, a sensor and a controller, wherein the sensor is used for detecting whether an elevator landing door and a car door are dislocated or not; the net rail pipe is provided with a chute penetrating through the outer wall of the net rail pipe, and the net cover is connected with the ball through the chute; when the sensor detects that the elevator landing door and the car door are staggered, the sensor sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the motor to drive the bolt to pull out the net track pipe, and the ball slides downwards along the net track pipe under the action of gravity to unfold the net cover. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, safety and reliability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a protective door safety device, in particular to an elevator micro-net type protective door safety device.
Background
At present, the building design of China has entered the high-rise or small high-rise times, and the elevator has become an indispensable part in our lives. With the continuous expansion of the elevator market, elevator manufacturers are increasing, and the development of the whole elevator industry is more rapid. The safety performance of elevators, which are a special kind of equipment, is therefore of particular interest and research. At present, elevators with different qualities exist in the society, and elevator safety accidents are caused continuously due to factors such as maximization of benefits or pursuit of high-speed operation effect.
A large percentage of elevator safety accidents are caused by failures of the elevator door system. In the operation of the elevator, the situation that the elevator door is opened mistakenly due to the fact that the elevator car does not accurately reach the corresponding landing causes passengers to step out of the elevator and fall down after the elevator stops, and serious personal injuries and deaths are caused.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a device for preventing passengers from stepping out of the elevator to protect the personal and life safety of the passengers when the elevator car does not accurately reach the corresponding landing and the elevator door is opened by mistake.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that a passenger steps out of an elevator and falls down after the elevator stops due to the fact that an elevator door is opened mistakenly when an existing elevator car does not accurately reach a corresponding landing, and serious personal injury is caused.
The purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:
a micro-net type protection door safety device for an elevator comprises a net bouncing device, a sensor and a controller, wherein the sensor is used for detecting whether an elevator landing door and a car door are staggered or not; the net rail pipe is provided with a sliding chute penetrating through the outer wall of the net rail pipe, and the net cover is connected with the ball through the sliding chute; when the sensor detects that the elevator landing door and the car door are staggered, the sensor sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the motor to drive the bolt to pull out the net track pipe, and the ball slides downwards along the net track pipe under the action of gravity to unfold the net cover.
Preferably, a first ball of the balls is not connected with the mesh cover; the lower end of the net track pipe is provided with a net clamping device; when the ball slides down along the net rail pipe to expand the net cover, the ball slides into the net clamping device to be locked on the net clamping device.
As a preferable scheme, the sensor comprises a contact switch and a photoelectric sensor, the contact switch is arranged on a landing door of the elevator, and an emitting head and a receiving head of the photoelectric sensor are respectively arranged on the landing door and a car door of the elevator.
As a preferred scheme, the net clamping device comprises a shell provided with a notch, a movable plate hinged at the notch, and an elastic piece with two ends respectively pressing the shell and the movable plate; under the normal state, the movable plate closes the notch under the action of the elastic piece; when the ball slides downwards along the net track pipe, the ball jacks the movable plate, and after the ball slides into the notch, the elastic piece jacks the movable plate to close the notch.
Preferably, the adjacent two balls are connected through a rope.
As a preferred scheme, be equipped with the limiting plate on the notch, under the normal state, the contained angle between fly leaf and the notch is 45 degrees.

2. When the ball slides downwards along the net track pipe, the ball drives the net cover to expand. When the balls slide to contact the movable plate, the balls push the movable plate open. After the ball slides into the notch, the elastic piece pushes the movable plate to close the notch again, so that the ball entering the notch is locked in the notch, and the expanded mesh enclosure is fixed on the mesh rail pipe and the shell, so that the mesh-closing device has the advantages of convenience in use, safety and reliability.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment relates to an elevator microgrid type protection door safety device, which comprises an elastic net device 1, a sensor 2 and a controller, wherein the sensor 2 is used for detecting whether an elevator landing door 101 and a car door 102 are dislocated, the elastic net device 1 is arranged on the top and the side of a door frame of the elevator landing door 101, the elastic net device 1 comprises a net track pipe 11 fixedly arranged on the top of the elevator landing door 101, a plurality of balls 12 slidably sleeved in the net track pipe 11, a net cover 13 with one end connected with the balls 12, a plug 14 arranged on the net track pipe 11 and capable of being inserted into or pulled out of the net track pipe 11, and a motor 15 for driving the plug 14 to be inserted into or pulled out of the net track pipe 11; the net rail pipe 11 is provided with a chute 111 penetrating through the outer wall of the net rail pipe 11, and the net cover 13 is connected with the ball 12 through the chute 111; when the sensor 2 detects that the elevator landing door 101 and the car door 102 are dislocated, the sensor 2 sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the motor 15 to drive the bolt 14 to pull out the mesh rail pipe 11, and the ball 12 slides downwards along the mesh rail pipe 11 under the action of gravity to unfold the mesh cover 13. Two adjacent balls 12 are connected by a rope 120.
When the sensor 2 detects that the elevator landing door 101 is misaligned with the car door 102 in the operation of the elevator, the sensor 2 sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the motor 15 to drive the plug pin 14 to be pulled out of the net track pipe 11. Then, the balls 12 in the net rail pipe 11 slide down along the net rail pipe 11 by their own weight. The ball 12 drives the mesh enclosure 13 to continuously slide downwards to be unfolded, so that the mesh enclosure 13 covers the elevator door and limits the rider to step out of the elevator, thereby playing the role of protecting the personal and life safety of the rider, and having the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, safety and reliability.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the first ball 121 of the balls 12 is not connected to the mesh cover 13; the lower end of the net track pipe 11 is provided with a net clamping device 3; when the balls 12 slide down the net rail pipes 11 to expand the net cover 13, the balls 12 slide into the net locking device 3 to be locked to the net locking device 3. First ball 12 is locked on card net device 3 after sliding into card net device 3 for the screen panel 13 that is expanded can be locked on net track pipe 11, and then plays the effect that prevents the person of taking the advantage of stepping on the elevator firmly, simple structure, convenient to use and safe and reliable.
The sensor 2 comprises a contact switch 21 and a photoelectric sensor 22, the contact switch 21 is arranged on a landing door 101 of the elevator, and a transmitting head and a receiving head of the photoelectric sensor 22 are respectively arranged on the landing door 101 and a car door 102 of the elevator. As shown in fig. 1, when the landing door 101 is opened, the contact switch 21 is turned off, triggering the photosensor 22. The receiving head of the electro-optical sensor 2 cannot continuously receive the optical signal of the transmitter during the opening period of the landing door 101, which indicates that the landing door 101 is misaligned with the car door 102. At this point, there is a danger that the controller will control the motor 15 to start. The electric driving pin 14 is inserted into the mesh track tube 11, so that the ball 12 drives the mesh enclosure 13 to expand. The expanded mesh enclosure 13 serves to block the rider from stepping out of the elevator, thereby protecting the personal safety of the rider.
The net clamping device 3 comprises a shell 32 provided with a notch 31, a movable plate 33 hinged at the notch 31, and an elastic piece 34 with two ends respectively pressing against the shell 32 and the movable plate 33; in a normal state, the movable plate 33 closes the notch 31 by the elastic member 34; when the balls 12 slide down along the mesh rail pipe 11, the balls 12 drive the mesh cover 13 to be unfolded. When the balls 12 slide into contact with the movable plate 33, the balls 12 push the movable plate 33 open. After the balls 12 slide into the slots 31, the elastic member 34 presses the movable plate 33 to close the slots 31 again, so that the balls 12 entering the slots 31 are locked in the slots 31, thereby fixing the deployed net cover 13 on the net rail pipes 11 and the shell 32, which has the advantages of convenient use, safety and reliability.
The notch 31 is provided with a limiting plate 35, and in a normal state, an included angle between the movable plate 33 and the notch 31 is 45 degrees. The balls 12 can slide into the slot 31 only by pressing the movable plate 33 to rotate for 45 degrees, and the movable plate 33 can rotate for 45 degrees in the opposite direction of the elastic force of the elastic member 34 to limit the balls 12 to slide out of the slot 31, so that the opening and closing time of the movable plate 33 is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
The elastic member 34 is a torsion spring. Of course, other parts capable of exerting an elastic force on the movable plate 33 are also applicable to the present invention.
In the existing elevator, a controller adopts a PLC or a singlechip. The controller is a PLC or a single chip microcomputer.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiment, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
Claims (7)
1. A micro-net type protection door safety device of an elevator is characterized by comprising an elastic net device, a sensor and a controller, wherein the sensor is used for detecting whether an elevator landing door and a car door are staggered or not; the net rail pipe is provided with a sliding chute penetrating through the outer wall of the net rail pipe, and the net cover is connected with the ball through the sliding chute; when the sensor detects that the elevator landing door and the car door are staggered, the sensor sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the motor to drive the bolt to pull out the net track pipe, and the ball slides downwards along the net track pipe under the action of gravity to unfold the net cover;
a first ball of the balls is not connected with the mesh enclosure; the lower end of the net track pipe is provided with a net clamping device; when the ball slides down along the net rail pipe to expand the net cover, the ball slides into the net clamping device to be locked on the net clamping device.
2. The microgrid protection door safety device of claim 1, characterized in that the sensor comprises a contact switch and a photoelectric sensor, the contact switch is arranged on a landing door of the elevator, and a transmitting head and a receiving head of the photoelectric sensor are respectively arranged on the landing door and a car door of the elevator.

The micro-net type protective door safety device of an elevator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the net clamping device comprises a housing provided with a notch, a movable plate hinged at the notch, and an elastic member with two ends respectively pressing against the housing and the movable plate; under the normal state, the movable plate closes the notch under the action of the elastic piece; when the ball slides downwards along the net track pipe, the ball jacks the movable plate, and after the ball slides into the notch, the elastic piece jacks the movable plate to close the notch.
4. The microgrid protection door safety device of claim 3, wherein adjacent two balls are connected by a rope.
5. The microgrid type protective door safety device for elevators as claimed in claim 3, wherein a limiting plate is arranged on the notch, and an included angle between the movable plate and the notch is 45 degrees in a normal state.
