Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a handrail box lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention is used in an automobile, and the handrail box is fixed in a cab of the automobile, and includes a box assembly 10, a handrail assembly 20, and a lighting device 30. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the switch mechanism 311 includes a movable member 3111, a fixed member 3112, a reset member 3113 and a contact switch 3114. The mounting 3112 is fixed on the handle assembly 20 through the second buckle 3115, and is fixed through the second buckle 3115, which is more convenient for disassembly and assembly, maintenance and replacement. When the movable member 3111 is away from the cavity 11, the two contact electrodes 3116 are separated, the circuit is broken, and the lighting device 32 is in a light-off state. The contact switch 3114 is not exposed, the contact electrode 3116 is not easy to rust and deposit dust, and the service life is obviously prolonged. In the present embodiment, only one of the switch mechanisms 311 is provided with the touch switch 3114. In other embodiments, the contact switch 3114 may be disposed in both switch mechanisms 311 according to actual conditions, and the lighting device 32 may be controlled together by and/or logic, and the contact switch 3114 may be replaced by a push switch, a boat-type switch, or the like.
The fixed member 3112 is provided with a through hole toward the cavity 11, and the front end of the movable member 3111 is provided with a contact portion 3117 extending into the cavity 11 through the through hole. The contact portion 3117 is rounded at the front end, and is used for when interfering with the stopper 312, contacting with the rounded corner of the stopper 312, and being pushed to the direction away from the cavity 11 by the stopper 312, so as to separate the contact electrode 3116, open the circuit of the contact switch 3114, and turn off the light of the lighting device 32. The reset member 3113 is connected to the movable member 3111 and the fixed member 3112, and is used for fixing the position of the movable member 3111 when no external force is applied, so that the lighting device 32 is in a light-on state. In this embodiment, the reset member 3113 is a pressure spring, and pushes the movable member 3111 to the side close to the cavity 11, so that the contact switch 3114 is turned on and the lighting device 32 is in the on state. The switch mechanism 311 is under no external force, and when the armrest assembly 20 is in the open state, the lighting device 32 is always in the on state, and the use is more convenient without the control of personnel. The switch device 31 is used for replacing an angle sensing device, so that the cost is reduced, the influence of the environment is small, the damage is not easy, and the stability is higher. In other embodiments, the restoring member 3113 may be a tension spring, a special-shaped spring, or an elastic band or other mechanisms according to practical situations.
When the armrest assembly 20 is in the closed state, the two stoppers 312 abut against the sidewalls of the case assembly 10 after pushing the contact portion 3117 away. When the armrest assembly 20 is in the closed state, the armrest assembly will not shake due to external force, causing abnormal sound and even damage. The limiting block 312 is a rubber block, has low cost, is wear-resistant, has certain elasticity, and can absorb the impact force between the armrest assembly 20 and the box assembly 10 to prevent the parts from being damaged. Of course, in other embodiments, other materials may be used for the stop block 312. The switch mechanism 311 may be fixed to the armrest assembly 20, the limit block 312 may be fixed to the case assembly 10, and the number of the switch mechanism 311 and the limit block 312 may be increased or decreased according to actual conditions.
The handrail box lighting device provided by the embodiment controls the lighting device 32 to be switched on and off through the interaction of the switch mechanism 311 and the limiting block 312, so that the handrail box is lighted, energy is saved, the device cost is low, and the stability is good.
