The multi-layer paper bag is mainly used for packaging chemical raw materials (such as cement), and the current multi-layer paper bag is generally produced by a multi-layer banded paper through a paper bag tube making machine. The transverse dispensing device is used for transversely dispensing the strip-shaped paper.
At present, a transverse glue dispensing device, such as a transverse glue dispensing mechanism of a paper bag cylinder making machine disclosed in chinese patent with publication number CN201268126Y, comprises a frame, wherein a lining roller, a guide roller and a driving mechanism are arranged on the frame, and the driving mechanism is respectively connected with the glue dispensing mechanism and a glue supply mechanism. The glue dispensing mechanism comprises a glue dispensing plate, and the glue dispensing plate is made of a rubber plate. The adhesive dispensing plate is in a long strip shape, the adhesive dispensing plate is provided with sawteeth, the sawteeth are used for dipping the adhesive solution, and the sawteeth on the adhesive dispensing plate dip the adhesive solution in the position of paper needing adhesive dispensing during adhesive dispensing.
In the actual paper bag production, different dispensing positions are needed in the strip-shaped paper used for different paper bags. When the transverse dispensing mechanism is applied to dispensing of the strip-shaped paper, when the dispensing positions of the strip-shaped paper are different, a dispensing plate suitable for the dispensing positions of the strip-shaped paper needs to be manufactured again, and then the dispensing plate is installed on the seat plate. However, this method is inconvenient for dispensing different strip-shaped papers, and the applicability is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a transverse dispensing device, when the position of strip-shaped paper needing dispensing is changed, a worker can adjust the position of a dispensing head relative to a dispensing aluminum bed according to the position of the strip-shaped paper needing dispensing, so that a dispensing roller assembly can be better suitable for dispensing processing of different strip-shaped paper.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A transverse glue dispensing device is disclosed, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the transverse glue dispensing device comprises a frame 1, one side of the frame 1 is a paper input side, and the other side of the frame 1 is a glue dispensing side. The frame 1 is provided with a glue applying assembly and a glue dispensing roller assembly in sequence along the conveying direction of the strip-shaped paper 202. The frame 1 is provided with a steel roller 18 around which a strip-shaped sheet 202 is wound. The gluing component is arranged on the frame 1 close to the paper input side, the glue dispensing roller component is arranged on the frame 1 close to the glue dispensing side, the steel roller 18 is arranged on the glue dispensing side of the frame 1, and the strip-shaped paper 202 can move from the paper input side to the glue dispensing side. The number of the gluing assemblies is four, the number of the glue roller assemblies is correspondingly set into four groups, and one gluing assembly is matched with one glue roller assembly. Each group of dispensing roller assemblies is used for dispensing one layer of paper, and the four groups of dispensing roller assemblies are beneficial to improving the efficiency of transverse dispensing operation.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the dispensing roller assembly dips the glue from the glue assembly. Specifically, the gluing assembly comprises a metering roller 21, a transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22 and a transverse glue dispensing glue tray 23. Two sides of the transverse glue dispensing disc 23 are fixed on the frame 1. The inner side of the frame 1 is fixedly provided with a gluing support 19 through a plurality of bolts, the gluing support 19 is provided with a glue amount adjusting seat 10 which slides towards the upper glue dispensing roller component, and the glue amount adjusting seat 10 is erected on the gluing support 19. A fine adjustment chute 12 is arranged on one side of the glue amount adjusting seat 10 facing the inner side of the frame 1 in a penetrating way. The fine adjustment sliding groove 12 is internally provided with a glue amount adjusting sliding block 11 in a sliding manner, two ends of a transverse glue dispensing rubber roll 22 are rotatably connected with the glue amount adjusting base 10, and one end of the transverse glue dispensing rubber roll 22 penetrates through the glue amount adjusting base 10 and the rack 1. The two ends of the metering roller 21 are rotatably connected with the glue amount adjusting slide block 11, and one end of the metering roller 21 penetrates through the glue amount adjusting slide block 11 and the machine frame 1. The measuring roller 21 is arranged in a tangent manner with the outer peripheral surface of the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22, one end of the measuring roller 21 penetrating through the rubber amount adjusting slider 11 and one end of the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22 penetrating through the rubber amount adjusting base 10 are driven by a pair of gears which are meshed with each other, and the pair of gears are respectively a driving gear 51 (see fig. 4) and a driven gear 52. The driving gear 51 is fixed and coaxially connected with the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22, and the driven gear 52 is fixed and coaxially connected with the metering roller 21. The diameter of the driven gear 52 is larger than that of the driving gear 51.
A positioning block 15 and a gluing amount adjusting screw 14 which is rotatably connected with the positioning block 15 are arranged on one side of the gluing amount adjusting seat 10; one end of the glue feeding amount adjusting screw 14 is in threaded connection with one side of the glue feeding amount adjusting slide block 11 far away from the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22. The first locking screw 13 in top of the glue amount adjusting base 10, the lower end of the first locking screw 13 runs through the fine adjustment chute 12 and is in threaded connection with the glue amount adjusting base 10. One end of the sizing amount adjusting screw 14, which penetrates out of the positioning block 15, is fixedly provided with a fine adjustment hand wheel 17 so that a worker can rotate the sizing amount adjusting screw 14. The fine adjustment hand wheel 17 is provided with scales so that a worker can more accurately adjust the distance between the metering roller 21 and the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22. Four corners of the glue amount adjusting sliding block 11 are provided with chamfers so as to reduce friction between the glue amount adjusting sliding block 11 and the fine adjustment sliding groove 12. When the glue amount adjusting slider 11 is moved to a proper position, the glue amount adjusting slider 11 is fixed by rotating the first locking screw 13.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, a rotating block 16 is fixedly disposed on a side wall of the glue amount adjusting screw 14, a circular cavity (not shown in the figure) is correspondingly formed in the positioning block 15, and the rotating block 16 is rotatably disposed in the circular cavity. The rotating block 16 is matched with the circular cavity, so that the sizing amount adjusting screw 14 can be stably and rotatably connected with the sizing amount adjusting seat 10, and the sliding of the sizing amount adjusting slide block 11 along the fine adjustment groove 12 can be driven.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a spacing adjustment rail 20 is fixedly arranged on the top of the gluing seat 19, and the length direction of the spacing adjustment rail 20 is the same as the direction towards or away from the gluing roller assembly. The bottom of the glue amount adjusting base 10 is correspondingly provided with a groove 201 connected with the guide rail 20 in a sliding manner. The groove 201 of the glue amount adjusting seat 10 is in sliding fit with the spacing adjusting guide rail 20, so that the whole of the metering roller 21 and the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22 can slightly move towards or away from the glue dispensing roller assembly. The distance adjusting guide rail 20 is matched with the groove 201, so that a worker can finely adjust the distance between the whole of the metering roller 21 and the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22 and the dispensing roller assembly, the distance between the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22 and the dispensing roller assembly can be slightly adjusted, and the dispensing amount of the dispensing head 34 can be adjusted to dip the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22. In order to enable the glue amount adjusting seat 10 to be stably located at the current position, the two sides of the gluing support 19 are respectively provided with an abutting screw 205 in a penetrating manner, and the length direction of the abutting screw 205 is the same as the sliding direction of the glue amount adjusting seat 10. The abutting screw 205 is in threaded connection with the gluing support 19, and one end of the abutting screw 205 can abut against the side wall of the glue amount adjusting seat 10. After the worker finishes adjusting the distance between the whole of the metering roller 21 and the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22 and the glue dispensing roller assembly, the abutting screws 205 on the two sides of the glue dispensing support 19 are matched to clamp the glue amount adjusting seat 10, so that the glue amount adjusting seat 10 is not easy to slide relative to the distance adjusting guide rail 20.
The top of frame 1 is fixed and is provided with driving motor 41, and driving motor 41's output shaft fixedly connected with driving pulley 42 rotates on the frame 1 and is provided with four first synchronous pulleys 43, and the hold-in range cover is at driving pulley 42 and a plurality of first synchronous pulleys 43, and driving pulley 42 drives a plurality of first synchronous pulleys 43 and rotates. The end part of the transverse glue dispensing rubber roll 22 is provided with a second synchronizing wheel 53, and the second synchronizing wheels 53 on the four glue dispensing assemblies and the first synchronizing belt wheels 43 respectively realize transmission through a synchronous belt.
Referring to fig. 6, the dispensing roller assembly includes a dispensing roller 31, a dispensing aluminum bed 32, and a plurality of dispensing heads 34 distributed in the dispensing aluminum bed 32 in a matrix. The dispensing head 34 includes a dispensing tip 35 and a dispensing tip 36. The dome head 35 is made of an elastic material. The dot rubber head 35 and the dot rubber joint 36 are connected in a quick-release and disassembly mode. The dispensing roller 31 and the dispensing aluminum bed 32 are both horizontally disposed, and the dispensing roller 31 is rotatably connected to the frame 1 (see fig. 1). Specifically, one end of the dispensing roller 31 penetrates through the frame 1 and is rotatably connected to the frame 1 through a bearing, and the other end of the dispensing roller 31 penetrates through the frame 1 and is fixedly connected to a third synchronizing wheel 44 (see fig. 3). The dispensing aluminum bed 32 is detachably connected to the dispensing roller 31, and the dispensing head 34 is detachably connected to the dispensing aluminum bed 32. The driving motor 41 drives the third synchronizing wheel 44 of the four dispensing rotary rollers 31 to rotate synchronously through the cooperation of the driving pulley 42, the synchronizing belt 45 and the first synchronizing pulley 43. The rotating direction of the dispensing roller 31 is opposite to the rotating direction of the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22, so that the dispensing head 34 can dip the dispensing rubber from the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22.
Referring to fig. 6, a plurality of mounting holes 33 (see fig. 3) are formed in a side of the aluminum dispensing bed 32 away from the dispensing roller 31, and the mounting holes 33 are distributed in the aluminum dispensing bed 32 in a matrix. The plurality of mounting holes 33 are divided into three groups of mounting holes, and each group of mounting holes is distributed at equal intervals along the dispensing aluminum bed 32. The mounting hole 33 is a threaded hole, one end of the dispensing joint 36 is provided with a thread which is in threaded fit with the mounting hole 33, and the dispensing joint 36 is in threaded connection with the mounting hole 33 so as to realize the connection between the dispensing head 34 and the mounting hole 33; the dot rubber head 35 is provided with an inner cavity (not marked in the figure) which is sleeved with the other end of the dispensing joint 36, the dot rubber head 35 is sleeved with the other end of the dispensing joint 36 through the inner cavity, the dot rubber head 35 can be tightly sleeved on the other end of the dispensing joint 36, quick detachment and connection of the dot rubber head 35 and the dispensing joint 36 can be achieved, and meanwhile the dot rubber head 35 can be firmly installed on the dispensing joint 36.
The mounting holes 33 are distributed in the aluminum dispensing bed 32 in a matrix manner, so that the arrangement is convenient for a worker to adjust the position of the dispensing head relative to the aluminum dispensing bed 32 according to the dispensing position of the strip-shaped paper 202. When the position of the dispensing head 34 relative to the dispensing aluminum bed 32 needs to be adjusted according to the position of the strip-shaped paper 202 where glue is required to be applied, the worker directly pulls out the dispensing head 35 from the dispensing joint 36 or directly sleeves the dispensing head 35 on the required dispensing joint 36, so that the dispensing head 35 can be quickly detached from the dispensing joint 36.
The dispensing joint 36 is connected with a limit nut 37 through a thread, when the dispensing joint 36 is connected with the mounting hole 33 of the dispensing aluminum bed 32 through a thread, one side of the limit nut 37 abuts against the dispensing aluminum bed 32, and the other side of the limit nut 37 abuts against one side of the dot dispensing head 35 facing the dispensing aluminum bed 32. The dot glue head 35 is tightly sleeved on the glue dispensing joint 36, and the glue dispensing joint 36 is in threaded connection with the mounting hole 33, so that the glue dispensing head 34 is detachably connected with the glue dispensing aluminum bed 32. The limiting nut 37 is arranged to limit the dot glue head 35, so that the worker can conveniently install the glue dispensing head 34 on the glue dispensing aluminum bed 32.
Referring to fig. 6, the aluminum dispensing bed 32 is detachably mounted on the dispensing roller 31. Specifically, the dispensing roller assembly further comprises a mounting assembly, the mounting assembly comprises a plurality of dispensing seats 6, one side of each dispensing seat 6 is clamped and mounted on the corresponding dispensing roller 31, and the dispensing aluminum bed 32 is mounted on one side, away from the corresponding dispensing roller 31, of each dispensing seat 6 through bolts. More specifically, the glue dispensing seat 6 comprises a first clamping block 61 and a second clamping block 62, one side of the first clamping block 61 is connected with the glue dispensing aluminum bed 32, the other side of the first clamping block 61 is provided with a first semicircular groove, one side of the second clamping block 62 is provided with a second semicircular groove, and the first semicircular groove and the second semicircular groove are spliced to form a circular groove for clamping the glue dispensing rotating roller 31. The two ends of the first semicircular groove extend outwards and are fixedly provided with first lugs 63, the two ends of the second semicircular groove extend outwards and are fixedly provided with second lugs 64, when the first semicircular groove and the second semicircular groove form a circular groove, the first lugs 63 and the second lugs 64 are mutually abutted, and the first lugs 63 and the second lugs 64 are fixedly connected through bolts.
More specifically, one surface of the first clamping block 61, which is away from the first semicircular groove, is a plane, and the dispensing aluminum bed 32 is correspondingly provided with a plane which is abutted against the plane of the first clamping block 61; one surface of the dispensing aluminum bed 32 for mounting the dispensing head 34 is an arc surface, and the limiting nut 37 can abut against the arc surface of the dispensing aluminum bed 32. The dispensing aluminum bed 32 is correspondingly provided with a plane which is in contact with the plane of the first clamping block 61, so that the dispensing aluminum bed 32 can be more stably arranged on the dispensing base 6. In the process of rotating the dispensing roller 31, the dispensing head 34 rotates along with the dispensing roller 31, and the cambered surface of the dispensing aluminum bed 32 enables the dispensing head 34 to better dispense paper in the rotating process.
Referring to fig. 6, a guide block 71 is protrudingly disposed on the plane of the first clamping block 61 in a direction toward the aluminum dispensing bed 32, a guide groove 72 is correspondingly disposed on the plane of the aluminum dispensing bed 32, the guide block 71 is slidably engaged with the guide groove 72, and the aluminum dispensing bed 32 is fixedly connected to the guide block 71 through a bolt.
Referring to fig. 6, the mounting assembly further includes two tool holders 8 respectively mounted on two sides of the dispensing base 6, and the two tool holders 8 are used for clamping the dispensing aluminum bed 32 on one side of the dispensing base 6 away from the dispensing roller 31. The tool holder 8 includes an abutting portion 81, a connecting portion 82 and a bending portion 83, one end of the connecting portion 82 is fixedly connected to one side of the abutting portion 81, the bending portion 83 is fixedly connected to the other end of the connecting portion 82, protruding edges are formed on two sides of the first clamping block 61, the abutting portion 81 abuts against a side wall of the protruding edge, the connecting portion 82 is fixedly connected to a side wall of the first clamping block 61 through a bolt, and a space for clamping the dispensing aluminum bed 32 is formed between the bending portion 83 and a plane of the first clamping block 61.
Referring to fig. 6, the mounting assembly further includes a weight plate 9, the weight plate 9 is a horizontally disposed long plate, a length direction of the weight plate 9 is the same as a length direction of the dispensing roller 31, the weight plate 9 is connected to the plurality of second clamping blocks 62, and the weight plate 9 is fixedly connected to one side of the second clamping blocks 62 away from the first clamping block 61 through bolts. The arrangement of the weight plate 9 also enables the dispensing roller 31 to rotate more stably.
The specific working process is as follows:
in the working process of the transverse glue dispensing device, the driving motor 41 drives the third synchronous wheel 44, the driving gear 51 and the driven gear 52 to rotate through the cooperation of the driving pulley 42, the synchronous belt 45 and the first synchronous pulley 43, and the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22 rotates clockwise. In the process, the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22 firstly dips glue from the transverse glue dispensing rubber water tray 23, and due to the anticlockwise rotation of the metering roller 21, the metering roller 21 uniformly smears the glue on the roller surface of the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22 after the transverse glue dispensing rubber roller 22 dips the glue; because the dispensing roller 31 rotates counterclockwise at this time, the dot head 35 on the dispensing roller 31 can dip the glue solution from the transverse dispensing glue roller 22 (at this time, the glue solution on the roller surface of the transverse dispensing glue roller 22 is uniformly smeared by the metering roller 21), along with the rotation of the dispensing roller 31, the dispensing head 34 on the dispensing roller 31 rotates to the dispensing side, and at this time, the dispensing head 34 performs dispensing on the strip-shaped paper on the dispensing side.
When the dispensing position of the strip-shaped paper 202 needs to be adjusted, the worker pulls the dispensing head 35 off the dispensing joint 36, and then inserts the dispensing head 35 into the desired dispensing joint 36. When dispensing is not needed at a certain position of the strip-shaped paper 202, the worker directly pulls out the dot head 35 corresponding to the position from the dispensing joint 36.
When the dispensing head 34 needs to be detached from the aluminum dispensing bed 32, the dispensing head 34 can be detached by rotating the dispensing joint 36 and separating the dispensing joint 36 from the mounting hole 33 on the aluminum dispensing bed 32. When the dispensing aluminum bed 32 needs to be detached from the dispensing roller 31, the worker firstly releases the connection of the bolt to the first lug 63 and the second lug 64, then makes the first clamping block 61 separate from the dispensing roller 31, and then releases the connection of the bolt to the dispensing aluminum bed 32 and the guide block 71; next, the first clamping block 61 is separated from the dispensing aluminum bed 32.
When the distance between the metering roller 21 and the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22 needs to be adjusted, a worker rotates the fine adjustment hand wheel 17 and drives the dispensing amount adjusting screw 14 to rotate, at the moment, the dispensing amount adjusting screw 14 drives the dispensing amount adjusting slider 11 to move, so that the metering roller 21 can move in the direction towards or away from the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22, and when the distance between the metering roller 21 and the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22 is reduced, under the leveling action of the metering roller 21 on the rubber solution on the roller surface of the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22, the rubber solution on the roller surface of the transverse dispensing rubber roller 22 becomes thin; when the distance between the metering roller 21 and the rubber roller 22 for transverse dispensing is increased, the glue solution on the roller surface of the rubber roller 22 for transverse dispensing becomes thicker. So that the glue rollers 22 on the transverse glue dispensing can carry glue solutions with different thicknesses, and the glue dispensing machine is suitable for glue dispensing processing with different glue dispensing amounts.
Another connection structure of the dot glue head 35 and the dot glue joint 36 is shown in fig. 7, wherein an insertion block 203 is fixedly arranged on a side wall of an inner cavity of the dot glue head 35, and a slot 204 which is in insertion fit with the insertion block 203 is correspondingly formed in the dot glue joint 36. The plug 203 is an elastic plug 203, and when the dispensing connector 36 is sleeved with the dot head 35, the plug 203 is inserted into the slot 204, and the sidewall of the plug 203 and the sidewall of the slot 204 are abutted against each other. The cooperation setting of inserted block 203 and slot 204 realizes that the quick detach of dot rubber head 35 and dot rubber joint 36 unloads and is connected, can make dot rubber head 35 and dot rubber joint 36 stable connection simultaneously. Due to the elasticity of the plug 203, when the dispensing head 35 needs to be detached from the dispensing joint 36, the worker pulls out the dispensing head 35 from the dispensing joint 36.
