The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A product processing machine comprising a tool-moving device and a plurality of workstations, characterized in that:
the tool pushing device comprises a base, a tool loop, five pushing units and a plurality of tools;
the tool loop is arranged on the top surface of the base, is rectangular and comprises:
four sides respectively defined as a first side and a second side located on opposite sides, and a third side and a fourth side located on opposite sides and connecting the first side and the second side; and
two rails extending from the first side of the tool loop to the second side, and defining a rail close to the third side as a first rail and a rail close to the fourth side as a second rail;
the tools are arranged on the two rails of the tool loop, and the number of the tools arranged on the second rail is at least two less than that of the tools arranged on the first rail; and
the five pushing units are all arranged on the base and drive the tools to perform rectangular cyclic displacement along the tool loop, and the five pushing units are respectively defined as:
the first pushing unit is positioned on the fourth side of the tool loop close to the first side and comprises a pushing piece capable of moving from the fourth side of the tool loop to the third side in a reciprocating way;
the second pushing unit is positioned at the first side of the tool loop close to the third side and comprises a pushing piece capable of reciprocating from the first side to the second side of the tool loop;
a third pushing unit located at the third side of the tool loop near the second side and including a pushing element capable of moving from the third side of the tool loop to the fourth side;
the fourth pushing unit is positioned at the second side of the tool loop close to the fourth side and comprises a pushing piece capable of moving from the second side of the tool loop to the first side in a reciprocating manner, the pushing piece of the fourth pushing unit can perform short-range displacement and long-range displacement at intervals, and the long-range displacement distance is a multiple of the short-range displacement distance; and
a fifth pushing unit located between the fourth pushing unit and the first pushing unit and including a pushing element capable of reciprocating from the second side of the tool loop to the first side; and
the workstations are respectively arranged at the first track and the second track which are close to the tool loop.
2. The product processor of claim 1 wherein the tool pusher assembly further comprises a plurality of sensing units, each sensing unit facing the first track and the second track, respectively.
3. The product processor of claim 1, wherein the base has an elongated slot extending along the second track corresponding to the second track, and the pusher member of the fourth pusher unit is disposed in the elongated slot.
4. A product processor as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the first and second sides of the tool loop are each provided with a stop.
5. The product processor of claim 4, wherein a plurality of the stations are spaced apart proximate the first track and a remaining plurality of the stations are spaced apart proximate the second track.
6. A tool pushing device of a product processing machine comprises a base, a tool loop, four pushing units and a plurality of tools, and is characterized in that:
the tool loop is arranged on the top surface of the base, is rectangular and comprises:
four sides respectively defined as a first side and a second side located on opposite sides, and a third side and a fourth side located on opposite sides and connecting the first side and the second side; and
two rails extending from the first side of the tool loop to the second side, and defining a rail close to the third side as a first rail and a rail close to the fourth side as a second rail;
the tools are arranged on the two rails of the tool loop, and the number of the tools arranged on the second rail is at least two less than that of the tools arranged on the first rail; and
the four pushing units are all arranged on the base and drive the tools to perform rectangular cyclic displacement along the tool loop, and the four pushing units are respectively defined as:
the first pushing unit is positioned on the fourth side of the tool loop close to the first side and comprises a pushing piece capable of moving from the fourth side of the tool loop to the third side in a reciprocating way;
the second pushing unit is positioned at the first side of the tool loop close to the third side and comprises a pushing piece capable of reciprocating from the first side to the second side of the tool loop;
a third pushing unit located at the third side of the tool loop near the second side and including a pushing element capable of moving from the third side of the tool loop to the fourth side; and
the fourth pushing unit is positioned at the second side of the tool loop close to the fourth side and comprises a pushing piece capable of moving from the second side of the tool loop to the first side in a reciprocating manner, the pushing piece of the fourth pushing unit can perform short-range displacement and long-range displacement at intervals, and the long-range displacement distance is a multiple of the short-range displacement distance.
7. The tool moving device of claim 6, wherein the base has a slot extending along the second rail corresponding to the second rail, and the moving member of the fourth moving unit is disposed in the slot.
8. The tool pushing device of claim 6, further comprising a plurality of sensing units, each of the sensing units facing the first track and the second track.
9. The tool pushing device of the product processor of claim 6 wherein the first side and the second side of the tool loop are each provided with a stop.
10. The tool pushing device of the product processing machine as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9, further comprising a fifth pushing unit disposed between the fourth pushing unit and the first pushing unit, the fifth pushing unit comprising a pushing member capable of reciprocating from the second side to the first side of the tool loop.
