The needle roller feeding device 200 is used for feeding the needle rollers 1b to the assembling station, for example, the needle rollers 1b can be clamped and transferred to the assembling station by a manipulator, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the feeding direction of the needle roller feeding device 200 is left and right, the needle roller feeding device 200 includes a needle roller magazine assembly 20, a needle roller transfer assembly 21, and a needle roller unloading arm 22, the needle roller magazine assembly 20 includes an oscillating disc 201 disposed on the machine base 100, the needle rollers 1b are stored in the oscillating disc 201, the needle roller transfer assembly 21 forms a needle roller 1b transfer passage extending left and right, a right end inlet of the needle roller 1b transfer passage communicates with an outlet of the oscillating disc 201, the needle roller unloading arm 22 is fixedly mounted on the machine base 100 and is located at the assembling station, a needle roller unloading passage 221 extending up and down is formed in the needle roller unloading arm 22, the inlet of the needle roller blanking channel 221 is communicated with the outlet of the needle roller 1b conveying channel, and the outlet of the needle roller blanking channel 221 is used for blanking the needle roller 1b to the assembling station, so that the needle roller 1b can be blanked continuously and continuous operation is facilitated.
The needle roller transmission assembly 21 is used for transmitting the needle rollers 1b, for example, the needle roller transmission assembly 21 can be in the form of a conveyor belt, in one embodiment, the needle roller transmission assembly 21 comprises a transmission pipeline 23, the inner cavity of the transmission pipeline 23 forms a transmission channel of the needle rollers 1b, and the transmission pipeline 23 is obliquely arranged along the up-down direction, so that the inlet of the transmission channel of the needle rollers 1b is positioned above the outlet of the transmission channel of the needle rollers 1b, and the transmission is arranged, so that the transmission activity can be transmitted by the gravity of the needle rollers 1b, and the transmission of the needle rollers 1b is facilitated.

Further, in an embodiment, along the front-back direction, the side surface of the needle roller material pushing plate 242 facing the needle roller guide hole 2412 is a curved surface, so as to be adapted to the outer side surface of the needle roller 1b, further improving the stability of the needle roller 1b in the material supply and circulation process, and having a better effect.
In order to facilitate the installation of the transmission pipeline 23, in an embodiment, one end of the transmission pipeline 23 is inserted into the needle roller guide hole 2413, a locking groove 2414 communicated with the needle roller guide hole 2413 is formed in the upper end surface of the needle roller material pushing seat 241, the locking groove 2414 is communicated with the left side surface of the needle roller material pushing seat 241, and an opening of the locking groove 2414 is adjustable, so that the needle roller guide hole 2413 can be adjusted in size to guide and clamp the transmission pipeline 23, and thus the transmission pipeline 23 is convenient to install.
When the needle roller 1b needs to be blanked, the needle roller 1b is blanked, and when the needle roller is not needed, the outlet of the needle roller blanking passage 221 can be closed, specifically, in an embodiment, the needle roller feeding device 200 further includes an opening and closing component 25 correspondingly disposed at the assembly station, the opening and closing component 25 includes an opening and closing insertion plate 251 and an insertion plate linear driving structure 252, the opening and closing insertion plate 251 has a front-back opening and closing movement stroke, the opening and closing insertion plate 251 is used for shielding and closing the outlet of the needle roller blanking passage 221 or avoiding opening the outlet of the needle roller blanking passage 221, the insertion plate linear driving structure 252 is used for driving the opening and closing insertion plate 251 to move, the fixed end of the insertion plate linear driving structure 252 is mounted to the base 100, and the movable end is disposed on the opening and closing insertion plate 251, so as to realize automatic control of opening and closing of the outlet of the, automatic blanking operation of the needle roller 1b is realized.
The specific structural form of the board linear driving structure 252 is not limited in the invention, and may be one of an air cylinder, an oil cylinder or an electric push rod.
In order to facilitate the operation of the opening and closing insertion plate 251, in an embodiment, the opening and closing insertion plate 251 has an insertion end, and an end surface of the insertion end is provided with an insertion guide inclined surface, so that the opening and closing insertion plate 251 is attached to a lower end surface of the needle roller blanking arm 22, so as to rapidly open and close an outlet of the needle roller blanking channel 221.
When the needle roller 1b is fed in the needle roller feeding channel 221, a situation of relatively large pressure on the opening/closing insertion plate 251 may occur, in an embodiment, a plurality of stopping protrusions 26 are respectively disposed on the front and rear inner side walls of the needle roller feeding channel 221, each stopping protrusion 26 extends in the left-right direction, the plurality of stopping protrusions 26 are disposed at intervals in the up-down direction, a needle roller passing groove 27 is formed between two adjacent stopping protrusions 26 on the same inner side wall, in the front and rear inner side walls of the needle roller feeding channel 221, the stopping protrusion 26 of one inner side wall is disposed corresponding to the needle roller passing groove 27 of the other inner side wall, so that the feeding path of the needle roller feeding channel 221 is disposed in a bent manner, thereby reducing pressure generated by the plurality of needle rollers 1b in the up-down direction on the opening/closing insertion plate 251, and facilitating operation of the opening/closing insertion plate 251, the stability of overall structure is improved.
The spacer ring feeder 300 is configured to feed a spacer ring 1c to the assembling station, for example, the spacer ring 1c may be clamped and transferred to the assembling station by a manipulator, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 7 to 11, the feeding direction of the needle roller feeder 200 is a left direction and a right direction, the spacer ring feeder 300 includes a spacer ring storage assembly 30, a spacer ring distribution assembly 31, and a spacer ring blanking assembly 32, the spacer ring storage assembly 30 includes a spacer ring storage pipe 301 extending in an up-and-down direction, the spacer ring storage pipe 301 is fixedly mounted to the machine base 100, the spacer ring storage pipe 301 stores the spacer ring 1c therein, the spacer ring distribution assembly 31 includes a spacer ring distribution seat 311, two spacer ring blanking passages 3111 spaced in a front-and-back direction are formed in the spacer ring distribution seat 311, each spacer ring blanking passage 3111 extends in the up-and-down direction, and two the last spacer ring 1c entry that spacer ring unloading material said 3111 communicates in turn spacer ring storage pipe 301's export, spacer ring unloading subassembly 32 is used for two spacer ring 1c in spacer ring unloading material said 3111 is the unloading extremely in turn assembly station department so sets up, two spacer ring unloading material said 3111 is one as the material preparation material way, and another is as the material loading material way, and alternate operation is convenient for realize spacer ring 1 c's assembly fast, has better effect.

In an embodiment, the partition ring material distributing assembly 31 further includes a material distributing guide structure 314, the material distributing guide structure 314 includes a material distributing guide slider 3141 and a material distributing guide sliding rail 3142, which are slidably fitted with each other, one of the material distributing guide slider 3141 and the material distributing guide sliding rail 3142 is disposed on the machine base 100, and the other is disposed on the partition ring material distributing block 312, so that the partition ring material distributing block 312 is convenient to move linearly, and the stability of the partition ring 1c in the circulating process is improved.
In this embodiment, the spacer blanking assembly 32 is also blanked alternately, specifically, a spacer assembly position is formed at the assembly station, and is upward along the front and back direction, the spacer assembly position is located between the outlets of the lower spacer 1c of the two spacer blanking lanes 3111, the spacer blanking assembly 32 includes a spacer blanking plate 321 and a spacer blanking linear driving structure 322, two accommodation grooves 3211 spaced from each other in the front and back direction are formed on the upper end surface of the spacer blanking plate 321, the spacer blanking plate 321 has a blanking moving stroke along the front and back direction of the spacer 1c, the spacer blanking linear driving structure 322 is used to drive the spacer blanking plate 321 to move, the fixed end of the spacer blanking linear driving structure 322 is disposed on the base 100, the moving end is disposed on the spacer blanking plate 321, wherein, on the blanking moving stroke of the spacer 1c, in the two accommodation grooves 3211 of the spacer blanking plate 321, one of the arrangement grooves 3211 is correspondingly located at the spacer assembling position to assemble the spacer 1c, and the notch of the other arrangement groove 3211 is communicated with the outlet of the lower spacer 1c of one of the spacer blanking material channels 3111, so that the spacer 1c which feeds the two spacer 1c materials into the inner space ring is automatically and alternately transferred to the spacer assembling position to be assembled, and the assembling efficiency of the spacer 1c is improved.
The invention does not limit the specific structural form of the spacer ring blanking linear driving structure 322, such as one of an air cylinder, an oil cylinder or an electric push rod.
In order to improve the stability of the spacer ring 1c during the assembling process, in an embodiment, the spacer ring blanking assembly 32 further includes a spacer ring loading pressing plate 323 correspondingly located at the spacer ring assembling position, and the spacer ring loading pressing plate 323 is movably mounted to the base 100 along the vertical direction, and is configured to cover the notch of the disposing groove 3211 located at the spacer ring assembling position, so as to tightly press and fix the spacer ring 1c located in the disposing groove 3211, so that the spacer ring 1c is stably located at the spacer ring assembling position by pressing the upper end of the spacer ring 1c, and the assembling stability of the spacer ring 1c is improved.
In the moving process of the spacer ring blanking plate 321, the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323 needs to avoid the spacer ring blanking plate 321 from top to bottom and upwards, and when the disposing groove 3211 of the spacer ring blanking plate 321 is just at the spacer ring assembling position, the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323 moves downwards to cover the notch of the disposing groove 3211, in an embodiment, the upper end surface of the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323 is provided with two spacer ring guide holes 3231 arranged from front to back at intervals, the spacer ring blanking assembly 32 further includes a limiting mounting plate, two limiting rods 324 and two springs (not shown), the limiting mounting plate is arranged on the base 100, the limiting mounting plate is correspondingly arranged at the spacer ring assembling position and located above the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323, the limiting mounting plate is provided with guide mounting holes corresponding to the two spacer ring guide holes 3231 respectively, and the two limiting rods 324 extend upwards and downwards, the lower ends of the two limiting rods 324 are arranged in the corresponding spacer ring guide holes 3231, the upper ends of the two limiting rods 324 penetrate through the guide mounting holes respectively, the springs are correspondingly sleeved on the two limiting rods 324 respectively and are located between the limiting mounting plate and the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323, and the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323 can move up and down conveniently due to the arrangement.
In order to increase the stability of the movement of the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323, in an embodiment, the spacer ring discharging assembly 32 further includes at least one guide spacer 325, and the guide spacer 325 is sleeved in the guide mounting hole and sleeved on the limiting rod 324, so that the stability of the movement of the spacer ring feeding pressing plate 323 is increased.
Further, in an embodiment, a sliding positioning protrusion 3212 extending forward and backward is protruded from an upper end surface of the partition ring discharging plate 321, a matching sliding groove 3232 extending forward and backward is formed in a lower end surface of the partition ring feeding pressing plate 323 corresponding to the sliding positioning protrusion 3212, and the sliding positioning protrusion 3212 is slidably mounted in the matching sliding groove 3232.
The mandrel feeding device 400 is used to feed the mandrel 1d to the assembly station, for example, the mandrel 1d may be clamped and transferred to the assembly station in a form of a mechanical arm, in an embodiment, please refer to fig. 12 to 14, taking a feeding direction of the mandrel feeding device 400 as a left direction and a right direction, the mandrel feeding device 400 includes a mandrel pushing seat 40, a mandrel storing component 41 and a mandrel pushing component 42, the mandrel pushing seat 40 is mounted to the machine base 100, a mandrel feeding groove 401 is disposed at an upper end of the mandrel pushing seat 40, an extending direction of the mandrel feeding groove 401 passes through the assembly station, the mandrel feeding groove 401 is disposed to penetrate through a front end surface and a rear end surface of the mandrel pushing seat 40, the mandrel storing component 41 is disposed on the machine base 100 and is formed with a mandrel feeding channel 411 extending in an up-down direction, a lower end outlet of the mandrel feeding channel 411 is disposed corresponding to an upper end opening of the mandrel feeding groove 401, dabber propulsion subassembly 42 including along controlling to movable mounting in dabber propulsion shaft 421 in dabber pan feeding groove 401 left end opening for impel from the left hand right side dabber 1d, and process the right-hand member opening of dabber pan feeding groove 401 pushes extremely assembly station department, so sets up, is convenient for the activity of dabber 1d makes dabber 1d can get into automatically and withdraw from in the installation hole of rotatory work piece 1a, be convenient for the assembly of dabber 1 d.

In the embodiment of the needle roller 1b bearing assembly, two rows of needle rollers 1b need to be assembled, the spacer ring 1c is clamped between the two rows of needle rollers 1b, the two rows of needle rollers 1b can be supplied simultaneously through one needle roller 1b feeding assembly, the two rows of needle rollers 1b can also be supplied respectively through the two needle roller 1b feeding assemblies, and the operation efficiency is improved by adopting the feeding mode of the two needle roller 1b feeding assemblies.
The assembling shaft 60 can rotate along a left-right axis and simultaneously needs to move linearly in a left-right direction to realize assembling operation, in one embodiment, the assembling device 600 further comprises an assembling seat 62 movably mounted on the machine base 100 in the left-right direction, the assembling shaft 60 is rotatably mounted on the assembling seat 62 along the left-right axis, the assembling device 600 further comprises an assembling linear driving structure 63 and an assembling rotary driving structure 64, the assembling linear driving structure 63 is used for driving the assembling seat to move, and the assembling rotary driving structure 64 is used for driving the assembling shaft 60 to rotate, so that the assembling operation of the assembling shaft 60 can be well realized.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the assembly linear driving structure 63 includes an assembly linear driving motor 631, a driving screw 632, a driving nut 633 and an assembly rotation stopping structure 634, the assembly linear driving motor 631 is disposed on the base 100 and has a linear driving output shaft extending towards the left, the driving screw 632 extends along the left and right direction, the right end of the driving screw 632 is in driving connection with the linear driving output shaft, the driving nut 633 is sleeved on the driving screw 632, the driving nut 633 is fixedly mounted on the assembly seat 62, and the assembly rotation stopping structure 634 is disposed between the driving nut 633 and the base 100, so that the assembly shaft 60 is precisely adjusted in the left and right direction movement by the cooperation of the driving screw 632 and the driving nut 633, and the assembly precision is improved.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the assembly rotation stopping structure 634 includes an assembly rotation stopping slide rail 6341 and an assembly rotation stopping slide groove 6342 that are matched with each other, one of the assembly rotation stopping slide rail 6341 and the assembly rotation stopping slide groove 6342 is disposed on the driving nut 633, and the other is disposed on the base 100.
In one embodiment, the assembly rotation driving structure 64 includes an assembly rotation driving motor 641, a driving wheel 642, a driven wheel 643 and a timing belt 644, the assembly rotation driving motor 641 is disposed on the assembly seat 62 and has a rotation driving output shaft extending to the right, the driving wheel 642 is sleeved on the rotation driving output shaft and rotates coaxially with the rotation driving output shaft, the driven wheel 643 is sleeved on the assembly shaft 60 and rotates coaxially with the assembly shaft 60, and the timing belt 644 is disposed between the driving wheel 642 and the driven wheel 643 and configured to drive the assembly shaft 60 to rotate.
In an embodiment, the assembling device 600 further includes an unloading clamping seat 65 and an unloading linear driving structure 66, the lower end of the unloading clamping seat 65 is fixedly mounted on the unloading sleeve 61, the upper end of the unloading clamping seat 65 is movably mounted on the assembling placement seat 62 in the left-right direction, the unloading linear driving structure 66 is used for driving the unloading clamping seat 65 to move, the fixed end of the unloading linear driving structure 66 is arranged on the unloading clamping seat 65, and the movable end of the unloading linear driving structure is arranged on the unloading clamping seat 65, so that the assembling of the spacing ring 1c and the rolling needle 1b from the assembling shaft 60 into the mounting inner hole of the rotary workpiece 1a is facilitated.
It should be noted that the discharge linear driving structure 66 is one of an air cylinder, an oil cylinder, or an electric push rod.
In addition, in an embodiment, the assembling shaft 60 includes an assembling shaft 60 body and a forming sleeve, the assembling shaft 60 body extends in the left-right direction, and the forming sleeve is fixedly sleeved on the assembling shaft 60 body, wherein the elongated groove 601 is formed on the outer side surface of the forming sleeve, it should be noted that a plurality of forming sleeves can be provided, and each forming sleeve is provided with an elongated groove 601 with different specifications, so that the needle roller 1b bearings with different specifications can be assembled, and a better effect is achieved.
In addition, in one embodiment, a connecting key is provided between the body of the assembling shaft 60 and the forming sleeve, and the connecting key plays a role in transmitting torque.

the discharging sleeve moves rightwards, the assembling shaft moves rightwards, the spacer ring is discharged at the assembling position of the spacer ring, the assembling shaft moves leftwards to penetrate through an inner hole of the spacer ring, a plurality of second roller pins are discharged at the assembling position of the roller pins on the right side to the assembling shaft, the assembling shaft continues to move leftwards to push the spacer ring and the second roller pins into a mounting hole of a rotary workpiece, the mandrel continues to be pushed from left to right to tightly abut against the assembling shaft, and the discharging sleeve moves leftwards to push the spacer ring and the second roller pins to a position between the mandrel and the inner wall face of the mounting inner hole of the rotary workpiece.
2. The assembling device of claim 1, further comprising an assembling seat movably mounted to said housing in a left-right direction;
the assembly shaft is rotatably arranged on the assembly arranging seat along the left-right axis;
the assembling apparatus further includes:
the assembly linear driving structure is used for driving the assembly seat to move; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the assembly rotation driving structure is used for driving the assembly shaft to rotate.
3. The fitting apparatus of claim 2, wherein said fitting linear drive structure comprises:
the assembly linear driving motor is arranged on the base and is provided with a linear driving output shaft which extends towards the left;
the right end of the driving screw is in driving connection with the linear driving output shaft and rotates coaxially with the linear driving output shaft;
the driving nut is sleeved on the driving screw rod and fixedly arranged on the assembling and placing seat; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the assembly rotation stopping structure is arranged between the assembly placing seat and the machine base.

The assembly device of claim 3, wherein the assembly rotation stopping structure comprises an assembly rotation stopping slide rail and an assembly rotation stopping slide groove which are matched with each other, one of the assembly rotation stopping slide rail and the assembly rotation stopping slide groove is arranged on the assembly placing seat, and the other one of the assembly rotation stopping slide rail and the assembly rotation stopping slide groove is arranged on the machine seat.
5. The fitting apparatus of claim 2, wherein said fitting rotational drive structure comprises:
the assembly rotary driving motor is arranged on the assembly placing seat and is provided with a rotary driving output shaft which extends towards the right;
the driving wheel is sleeved on the rotary driving output shaft and rotates coaxially with the rotary driving output shaft;
the driven wheel is sleeved on the assembling shaft and rotates coaxially with the assembling shaft; and the number of the first and second groups,
the synchronous belt is arranged between the driving wheel and the driven wheel.
6. The fitting apparatus of claim 2, further comprising:
the lower end of the discharging clamping seat is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the discharging sleeve, and the upper end of the discharging clamping seat is movably arranged on the assembling and placing seat along the left-right direction; and the number of the first and second groups,
the discharging linear driving structure is used for driving the discharging clamping seat to move, the fixed end of the discharging linear driving structure is arranged on the assembling and placing seat, and the movable end of the discharging linear driving structure is arranged on the discharging clamping seat.
7. The assembly apparatus of claim 6, wherein the discharge linear drive structure is one of a pneumatic cylinder, an oil cylinder, or an electric push rod.
8. The mounting device of claim 1, wherein said mounting shaft comprises:
the assembling shaft body extends along the left and right direction; and the number of the first and second groups,
the forming sleeve is fixedly sleeved on the assembling shaft body;
wherein the elongated slot is formed on the outer side surface of the forming sleeve.
9. The assembly device of claim 8, wherein a connecting key is provided between the assembly shaft body and the forming sleeve.
10. An automatic needle bearing assembling apparatus, comprising the assembling apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
