Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a circular screen frame 9 is provided in the pulverization chamber 1a, and the screen frame 9 and the main shaft of the motor 2 are coaxially provided. The screen frame 9 is clamped and positioned between the inner wall of the crushing cavity 1a and the cover plate 3, the outlet of the hopper 4 is communicated with the inner cavity of the screen frame 9, and the cutter head 8 is positioned in the screen frame 9. As shown in fig. 1, the side wall of the screen frame 9 is composed of cutter bodies 9a and screen meshes 9b which are both arc-shaped, at least two pieces of screen meshes 9b are provided, the number of the cutter bodies 9a is the same as that of the screen meshes 9b, and the cutter bodies 9a and the screen meshes 9b are alternately connected and distributed along the circumferential direction of the screen frame 9. In the present embodiment, the number of the cutter bodies 9a and the number of the screens 9b are 3. An annular cavity 1c is formed between the outer wall of the screen frame 9 and the inner wall of the crushing cavity 1a, the inner cavity of the screen frame 9 is communicated with the annular cavity 1c through screen holes on the screen 9b, and the discharge hole 1b is communicated with the annular cavity 1 c. The cross section of the inner wall of the cutter body 9a is in a tooth shape, and the cutter head 8 is provided with a cutter block 8a which can be matched with the cutter body 9a to crush medicinal materials. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the distance between the inner wall of the mesh 9b and the main shaft of the motor 2 is greater than the distance between the inner wall of the cutter body 9a and the main shaft of the motor 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the cutter head 8 includes a tube 8b sleeved and fixed on the main shaft of the motor 2, and at least two cutter blocks 8a are circumferentially spaced along the tube 8 b. Every sword piece 8a all is connected with body 8b through the crossbeam 8c along the radial setting of body 8b, and sword piece 8a, body 8b and crossbeam 8c three formula structure as an organic whole. In this embodiment, the number of the cutter blocks 8a and the number of the cross beams 8c are preferably 4.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the cutter body 9a and the pressing ring 9c are fixedly connected by a bolt. Cutter body 9a both ends all are equipped with along the slot that the reel 9 axial runs through, and screen cloth 9b both ends card respectively establishes in two slots that correspond, and at least one clamping ring 9 c's inboard is equipped with the arc breach that can supply screen cloth 9b to follow reel 9 axial roll-off slot, and the same and position one-to-one in arc breach quantity and the screen cloth 9 on every clamping ring 9c to take out screen cloth 9b alone, can further improve the convenience of wasing screen cloth 9 b.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a jack axially arranged along the screen frame 9 is arranged on one of the two pressing rings 9c far away from the cover plate 3, a positioning column 1d matched with the jack is arranged on the inner wall of the crushing cavity 1a, and the positioning column 1d is inserted into the jack. The positioning column 1d is matched with the jack and used for limiting the movement of the screen frame 9 in the circumferential direction so as to effectively improve the positioning stability of the screen frame 9 and improve the working stability.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, a knife ring 10 is fixed on the inner side of the cover plate 3, the knife ring 10 and the screen 9b are coaxially arranged, the outlet of the hopper 4 is opposite to the inner cavity of the knife ring 10, and the inner wall of the knife ring 10 is a conical surface 10a with the diameter gradually increasing from the cover plate 3 to the crushing cavity 1 a. The conical surface 10a is integrally formed with a strip-shaped cutter head 10b, the cutter head 10b is provided with a plurality of cutter heads which are uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cutter ring 10, the length of each cutter head 10b extends along the inclined direction of the conical surface 10a, the cross section of each cutter head 10b is in a tooth shape, and each cross beam 8c is formed with a cutter head two 8d which can be matched with the cutter head 10b to crush medicinal materials. The first cutter head 10b and the second cutter head 8d are designed, so that the crushing efficiency can be further improved. The outer side wall of the knife ring 10 is integrally formed with a convex strip 10c, the length of the convex strip 10c extends along the axial direction of the knife ring 10, and the convex strip 10c is multiple and is uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the knife ring 10 so as to strengthen the strength of the knife ring 10. Further, a reinforcing rib 8e is formed between one side of the cross beam 8c, which is far away from the second cutter head 8d, and the outer wall of the pipe body 8b to reinforce the cross beam 8c so as to improve the crushing stability.
The using process is as follows: the medicinal material is discharged into the reel 9 by the hopper 4, the motor 2 drives the cutter head 8 to rotate, the medicinal material is crushed under the matching of the cutter block 8a and the cutter body 9a, and the crushed medicinal material is discharged into the annular cavity 1c through the sieve holes on the sieve mesh 9b and finally discharged through the discharge hole 1 b.
