Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-dissolution type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, belonging to the technical field of extinguishing agents.
Background
The water film-forming foam fire-extinguishing agent is a foam fire-extinguishing agent which uses hydrocarbon surfactant and fluorocarbon surfactant as base material and can form a water film on the surface of some hydrocarbon liquid, and is suitable for extinguishing fire hazard caused by water-soluble liquid fuel.
The water film-forming foam solution takes a fluorocarbon surfactant as a main raw material, and simultaneously comprises assistants such as a hydrocarbon surfactant, a foam stabilizer, an antifreeze agent and the like, by virtue of higher surface activity of the water film-forming foam solution, AFFF can diffuse around along the surface layer of the combustible liquid in the fire extinguishing process, and a layer of water film is formed by liquid separated out from foam to separate the foam and the combustible liquid, and the water film can not only isolate the contact of the fuel surface and oxygen, but also cool the fuel surface; meanwhile, water precipitated from the foam is evaporated into water vapor at high temperature to dilute the combustible liquid.
The anti-soluble water film-forming foam extinguishing agent is divided into two types, namely 3% AFFF/AR and 6% AFFF/AR, according to the mixing ratio after being mixed with the water in volume. The shelf life is 12 years, wherein the effective period of the anti-solubility components is two years, and the anti-solubility components can only be used as a water film-forming fire extinguishing agent after two years. The anti-soluble aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is widely used for extinguishing various types of B-type fires, has the fire extinguishing performance of oil extinguishing substances and petroleum product substances of the aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, and has the fire extinguishing performance of polar solvents and water-soluble substances of alcohol, paint, alcohol, ester, ether, aldehyde, ketone, amine and the like of the anti-soluble foam extinguishing agent. Can simplify and put out the fire of B-type fuel which is unknown or has mixed oil and polar solvent, so it has universal fire-extinguishing property. The method is widely applied to large-scale chemical enterprises, petrochemical enterprises, chemical fiber enterprises, solvent plants, chemical product warehouses, units such as oil fields, oil depots, ships, hangars, automobile depots and the like and places where fuel is easy to leak.
However, the existing anti-dissolution type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent has complex preparation method and high freezing point.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a preparation method of the anti-dissolution type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, which is simple, and the obtained anti-dissolution type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent has good fire extinguishing effect and low freezing point.

Tap water purification is carried out by adopting a semipermeable membrane.
The mass ratio of the added pure water, xanthan gum, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, buffering agent, bactericide, sodium sulfate, APG and fluorine surfactant is 80-100:0.2-0.5:0.1-0.2:0.1-0.2:0.05-0.1:0.5-1: 0.01-0.05: 0.01-0.02.
The buffer is at least one of phosphate, hydrogen phosphate or dihydrogen phosphate.
The fluorine surfactant is at least one of carboxylate fluorocarbon surfactant, sulfonate fluorocarbon surfactant, phosphate fluorocarbon surfactant or sulfate fluorocarbon surfactant.
The acid-base regulator is sodium hydroxide solution or sulfuric acid solution.
The stirring speed in the preparation process is 300-500 r/min.
Adding acid and alkali regulator, mixing and stirring for 30-60min, heating to 60-70 deg.C, stirring for 30-60min, and cooling to room temperature.
The preparation method is simple, and purification is carried out through tap water, so that the consumption of foam can be effectively prevented, and the prepared product is richer in foam.
Xanthan gum is also called xanthan gum, Xanthomonas polysaccharose, it is a kind of monospore polysaccharose produced by fermentation of pseudoxanthomonas, take carbohydrate as main raw material by the black rot cabbage wild rape Xanthomonas campestris, through the biological engineering technique of aerobic fermentation, cut off 1, 6-glycosidic bond, after opening the branched chain, according to 1, 4-bonding to become a kind of acidic extracellular heteropolysaccharide that the straight chain makes up, it is regarded as the membrane forming agent in this patent.
The diethylene glycol monobutyl ether is a solvent dissolved in water, can effectively dissolve some organic matters, and can also be dissolved in water.
APG is an abbreviation for Alkyl Polyglycoside, i.e. Alkyl glycoside is a new nonionic surfactant with more comprehensive performance, has the characteristics of common nonionic and anionic surfactants, and is generally prepared into 50% and 70% aqueous solutions, and is generally colorless to light yellow viscous liquid or milky white paste (winter). Pure APG is a brown or amber flaky solid that is prone to moisture absorption. APG is generally soluble in water, is more soluble in common organic solvents, and has excellent compatibility, stability and surface activity in acid and alkaline solutions, especially in active solvents with high inorganic components. APG can be completely biodegraded in nature, and metabolites which are difficult to biodegrade can not be formed, so that new pollution to the environment is avoided. In this patent for surfactants.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method is simple, and the obtained anti-dissolution type aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent has good fire extinguishing effect and low freezing point.
