背景技术
衰老是人体的必然发展过程,人体的衰老不可逆,但是可以减缓衰老的进程。自由基损伤会加速衰老,抗氧化是抗衰老的重要一步。此外,皮肤内水分的流失也会加速皮肤的老化。因此,做好抗氧化与保湿工作是抗衰老的关键。
植物中含有丰富的生物活性成分,已经被广泛地应用于食品、药品、化妆品行业中。我国植物种类丰富,将植物提取物添加到化妆品中,不仅可以发挥多种有益功效,且符合人们对于“天然”的追求。
面膜是一类特殊的护肤产品,其中贴式面膜将面膜液浸润在柔软透气的面膜布上,使用时可以短暂地使皮肤与外界环境隔绝,促进成分吸收,达到即时美肤效果,是一种不可替代的护肤形式。

一种具有抗氧化和保湿效果的面膜,包括面膜液和面膜布,其中面膜液以重量份计,包括0.5~3%的椴树花提取物,0.5%~2%的松针多糖,0.5%~2%的徐长卿根提取物,1%~5%的1,3-丁二醇,2%~6%的甘油,0.01%~0.1%的透明质酸钠,0.5%~5%的海藻糖,0.5%~5%的甘油聚醚-26,0.1%~1%的水溶性维生素E,0.05%~1%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,0.05%~1%的三乙醇胺,0.05%~1%的汉生胶,0.05%~1%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,0.01%~0.5%的香精,0.1%~0.5%的尿囊素,0.05%~1%的羟苯甲酯,0.05%~1%的羟苯丙酯,0.01%~0.1%的EDTA-2Na,纯化水补足至100%。
作为优选,其中的面膜液以重量份计,包括1%~2%的椴树花提取物,1%~1.5%的松针多糖,1%~1.5%的徐长卿根提取物,2%~4%的1,3-丁二醇,3%~5%的甘油,0.03%~0.08%的透明质酸钠,1%~3%的海藻糖,1%~3%的甘油聚醚-26,0.2%~0.8%的水溶性维生素E,0.1%~0.5%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,0.1%~0.5%的三乙醇胺,0.1%~0.5%的汉生胶,0.1%~0.7%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,0.05%~0.1%的香精,0.15%~0.3%的尿囊素,0.1%~0.5%的羟苯甲酯,0.1%~0.5%的羟苯丙酯,0.02%~0.08%的EDTA-2Na,纯化水补足至100%。
本发明中还包含面膜布,为生物纤维、蚕丝或天丝面膜布。
所述的一种具有抗氧化和保湿效果的面膜,其特殊之处在于:所述面膜的制备方法如下:
步骤一:将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物均匀撒于纯化水面上,充分浸润后,搅拌15分钟至均匀;
步骤二:将甘油,甘油聚醚-26,尿囊素,海藻糖,汉生胶,1,3-丁二醇,透明质酸钠,水溶性维生素E,松针多糖,椴树花提取物,徐长卿根提取物,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯与适量纯化水混合,再加入步骤一中所得混合物,在85℃下搅拌得到均匀混合物;
步骤三:将步骤二所得混合物降温至40℃,加入三乙醇胺,EDTA-2Na,搅拌均匀;
步骤四:将步骤三所得混合物降至室温,加入香精,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,搅拌至均匀,得到成品;
步骤五:检验产品的理化指标,合格后出料送检,各项指标合格后灌装至装有面膜布的面膜袋中。
椴树分布于北温带和亚热带,富含黄酮类、生物碱、多糖等多种生物活性物质,在人们的生活中已经得到了广泛应用。研究表明,椴树具有抗氧化、抗菌等性质,适于在化妆品中使用。
松针多糖是一种植物多糖,使用水提醇沉法从松针中提取纯化后得到,具有良好的保湿活性。
徐长卿是萝摩科鹅绒藤属多年生草本植物,分布于世界热带、亚热带和少数温带地区,在我国主要分布于西南及东南部以及少数西北与东北各省区。其中含有的丹皮酚已被证明在抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎个方面均具有良好效果。
海藻糖由两个葡萄糖分子连接组成,分子结构较为稳定,是一种非还原性二糖,具有多种生物学功能,分子中具有α,α-1,1-糖苷键,使其具备一定的亲水性,在化妆品中可用作保湿剂。
将具有抗氧化功效的椴树花提取物、水溶性维生素E等成分与具有保湿效果的松针多糖、海藻糖等通过合适的工艺添加在一起,可以使面膜同时具备抗氧化与保湿效果,通过多种方式减缓衰老进程,有效抗衰老;同时添加部分舒缓成分,可以有效舒缓皮肤,适合敏感肌肤人群使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1:
本发明提供了一种具有抗氧化和保湿效果的面膜的组成,包括面膜布和面膜液,面膜布为生物纤维面膜布,面膜液中包含:
椴树花提取物:2%
松针多糖:1%
徐长卿根提取物:1%
1,3-丁二醇:3%
甘油:3%
透明质酸钠:0.04%
海藻糖:0.5%
甘油聚醚-26:1%
水溶性维生素E:0.2%
丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物:0.18%
三乙醇胺:0.18%
汉生胶:0.12%
PEG-40氢化蓖麻油:0.2%
香精0.05%
尿囊素:0.2%
羟苯甲酯:0.3%
羟苯丙酯:0.2%
EDTA-2Na:0.05%
一种具有抗氧化和保湿效果的面膜的制备方式,其特征在于,其制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤一:将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物均匀撒于纯化水面上,充分浸润后,搅拌15分钟至均匀;
步骤二:将甘油,甘油聚醚-26,尿囊素,海藻糖,汉生胶,1,3-丁二醇,透明质酸钠,水溶性维生素E,松针多糖,椴树花提取物,徐长卿根提取物,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯与适量纯化水混合,再加入步骤一中所得混合物,在85℃下搅拌得到均匀混合物;
步骤三:将步骤二所得混合物降温至40℃,加入三乙醇胺,EDTA-2Na,搅拌均匀;
步骤四:将步骤三所得混合物降至室温,加入香精,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,搅拌至均匀,得到成品;
步骤五:检验产品的理化指标,合格后出料送检,各项指标合格后灌装至装有面膜布的面膜袋中。
实施例2:

水溶性维生素E:0.2%
丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物:0.18%

汉生胶:0.12%

香精0.05%
尿囊素:0.2%
羟苯甲酯:0.3%

三乙醇胺:0.15%
汉生胶:0.15%
PEG-40氢化蓖麻油:0.2%
香精0.05%
尿囊素:0.2%
羟苯甲酯:0.3%
羟苯丙酯:0.2%
EDTA-2Na:0.05%
一种具有抗氧化效果的面膜的制备方式,其特征在于,其制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤一:将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物均匀撒于纯化水面上,充分浸润后,搅拌15分钟至均匀;
步骤二:将甘油,甘油聚醚-26,尿囊素,海藻糖,汉生胶,1,3-丁二醇,透明质酸钠,水溶性维生素E,松针多糖,椴树花提取物,徐长卿根提取物,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯与适量纯化水混合,再加入步骤一中所得混合物,在85℃下搅拌得到均匀混合物;
步骤三:将步骤二所得混合物降温至40℃,加入三乙醇胺,EDTA-2Na,搅拌均匀;
步骤四:将步骤三所得混合物降至室温,加入香精,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,搅拌至均匀,得到成品;
步骤五:检验产品的理化指标,合格后出料送检,各项指标合格后灌装至装有面膜布的面膜袋中。
实施例4:抗氧化效果测试
1)DPPH自由基清除能力检测
取2mL的椴树花提取物样品与2mL的2×10-4mol/L的DPPH溶液混匀,避光反应30min后于517nm处测吸光度,记为A1;同样取2mL的蒸馏水与2mL的DPPH溶液混匀,取2mL的无水乙醇与2mL的样品混匀,避光反应30min后于517nm处分别测吸光度,分别记为A2和A3。
DPPH自由基清除率=(A2+A3-A1)/A2×100%
DPPH清除率结果见图1。实验结果表明,椴树花提取物具备良好的抗氧化活性,且抗氧化效果随着提取物浓度的增加而提高,适于应用于抗氧化产品。
2)ABTS自由基清除能力测定
ABTS自由基在被氧化后会变成绿色,通过添加抗氧化剂可以使颜色变浅。将ABTS溶液与过硫酸钾溶液混合放置12h,用PBS稀释至734nm处吸光度为0.70±0.05。将200μL以上溶液与10μL的椴树花提取物溶液与徐长卿根提取物溶液混合,在5min后测734nm处吸光度。将椴树花提取物溶液与徐长卿提取物溶液分别换成蒸馏水和Vc,作为空白对照以及阳性对照。
清除率(%)=(1-(Aj-Ai)/Ao)×100
式中:Aj为空白组吸光度,Ai为样品吸光度,Ao为对照组吸光度
实施例5:感官测试
将实施例1中的面膜液样品涂抹在手背,发现肤感舒适不黏腻,使用当下皮肤干燥情况有明显缓解,使用效果较好。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有抗氧化和保湿效果的面膜,其中包含面膜液和面膜布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面膜,其中的面膜液以重量份计,包括0.5~3%的椴树花提取物,0.5%~2%的松针多糖,0.5%~2%的徐长卿根提取物,1%~5%的1,3-丁二醇,2%~6%的甘油,0.01%~0.1%的透明质酸钠,0.5%~5%的海藻糖,0.5%~5%的甘油聚醚-26,0.1%~1%的水溶性维生素E,0.05%~1%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,0.05%~1%的三乙醇胺,0.05%~1%的汉生胶,0.05%~1%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,0.01%~0.5%的香精,0.1%~0.5%的尿囊素,0.05%~1%的羟苯甲酯,0.05%~1%的羟苯丙酯,0.01%~0.1%的EDTA-2Na,纯化水补足至100%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的面膜,其特征在于,其中的面膜液以重量份计,包括1%~2%的椴树花提取物,1%~1.5%的松针多糖,1%~1.5%的徐长卿根提取物,2%~4%的1,3-丁二醇,3%~5%的甘油,0.03%~0.08%的透明质酸钠,1%~3%的海藻糖,1%~3%的甘油聚醚-26,0.2%~0.8%的水溶性维生素E,0.1%~0.5%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,0.1%~0.5%的三乙醇胺,0.1%~0.5%的汉生胶,0.1%~0.7%的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,0.05%~0.1%的香精,0.15%~0.3%的尿囊素,0.1%~0.5%的羟苯甲酯,0.1%~0.5%的羟苯丙酯,0.02%~0.08%的EDTA-2Na,纯化水补足至100%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的面膜,其特征在于,其制备方法按以下步骤进行:
步骤一:将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物均匀撒于纯化水面上,充分浸润后,搅拌15分钟至均匀;
步骤二:将甘油,甘油聚醚-26,尿囊素,海藻糖,汉生胶,1,3-丁二醇,透明质酸钠,水溶性维生素E,松针多糖,椴树花提取物,徐长卿根提取物,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯与适量纯化水混合,再加入步骤一中所得混合物,在85℃下搅拌得到均匀混合物;
步骤三:将步骤二所得混合物降温至40℃,加入三乙醇胺,EDTA-2Na,搅拌均匀;
步骤四:将步骤三所得混合物降至室温,加入香精,PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,搅拌至均匀,得到成品;
步骤五:检验产品的理化指标,合格后出料送检,各项指标合格后灌装至装有面膜布的面膜袋中。
