The invention aims to solve the defects that most enzyme preparations in the prior art cannot resist high temperature and cannot keep activity in the feed processing process, and provides a high-temperature-resistant cyclodextrin inclusion enzyme preparation and a preparation method thereof.

The enzyme preparations of example 1 and the conventional beta-glucanase raw material (comparative example) were sufficiently dissolved in water at a constant temperature of 39 ℃ in an amount of 1000mg/kg, and the beta-glucanase activity was measured in water baths at 75 ℃ for 3 minutes and 5 minutes and at 85 ℃ for 3 minutes and 5 minutes, respectively, and the enzyme activity retention rate was calculated (based on 100% of the initial enzyme activity)

The test result shows that: the enzyme activity of the beta-glucanase preparation in the example 1 is still kept 95 percent after being soaked in water at 75 ℃ for 5 minutes, while the enzyme activity of the common beta-glucanase raw material in the comparative example is only 2 percent after being soaked in water at 75 ℃ for 5 minutes; the beta-glucanase preparation of example 1 still had 90% enzyme activity after 5 minutes in a water bath at 85 ℃, whereas the normal beta-glucanase material of the comparative example had no enzyme activity after 5 minutes in a water bath at 75 ℃. The technical method of the invention can obviously improve the heat resistance of enzyme products, so that the enzyme can resist the high temperature in the feed processing process, and is more suitable for being applied in the feed.

Claims (5)
1. A preparation method of high temperature resistant cyclodextrin inclusion enzyme preparation comprises the following steps;
(1) wetting enzyme preparation raw materials by using deionized water, wherein the addition amount of the deionized water is 10-15% of the mass of the enzyme, and wetting by using aerosol spray;
(2) and (3) putting the moistened enzyme preparation and the auxiliary materials into a mixing device for mixing, wherein the mixing ratio is that the moistened enzyme preparation is beta-cyclodextrin: uniformly stirring and mixing polyvinylpyrrolidone in a ratio of 2:5:3, discharging, and collecting the discharged material;
(3) adding the collected discharged materials into crushing equipment, wherein the feeding amount is 2/3 which is the maximum amount of the crushing equipment, crushing is carried out for 30-40min, and the crushing equipment is additionally provided with a water cooling system;
(4) and (4) performing swing granulation on the crushed materials, wherein the granularity is 20-40 meshes.
2. The preparation of claim 1, wherein the enzyme preparation is one or more of amylase, protease, glucose oxidase, pectinase, xylanase, beta-mannanase, cellulase, beta-glucanase, and phytase.

The high temperature resistant cyclodextrin inclusion enzyme preparation and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the pulverizing apparatus comprises a housing (1), a rotating rod (6) is inserted into the top end of the housing (1), one end of the rotating rod (6) is inserted into the inside of the housing (1), a connecting rod (14) is fixedly connected to the side of the rotating rod (6), the connecting rod (14) is located inside the housing (1), a stirring rod (12) is welded to the side of the connecting rod (14), one end of the connecting rod (14) far away from the rotating rod (6) is fixedly connected with a pulverizing block (15), a plurality of through holes (16) are formed at the bottom of the side of the housing (1) corresponding to the pulverizing block (15), one end of the rotating rod (6) is fixedly connected with a driven gear (5), and a motor (3) is fixed to the top end of the housing (1), motor (3) output shaft fixedly connected with driving gear (4), driving gear (4) and driven gear (5) meshing, be provided with wind channel (11) in bull stick (6), connecting rod (14), just wind channel in bull stick (6) with wind channel intercommunication in connecting rod (14), bull stick (6) one end fixedly connected with air-supply line (17) are kept away from in driven gear (5), air-supply line (17) with wind channel (11) intercommunication in bull stick (6), puddler (12) one end is opened there is the exhaust vent, the exhaust vent with wind channel intercommunication in connecting rod (14), it has the feed port to open on holding casing (1) top.
