if the shooting place is consistent with the law enforcement place, continuously judging whether the shooting place appears for the first time;
and if the shooting place appears for the first time, intercepting the video information according to the first shooting time point, and generating and outputting an intercepted law enforcement video.
As an optional embodiment, the comparing module 203 continues to determine whether the shooting location appears for the first time, and further includes:
and if the shooting place does not appear for the first time, judging that the shooting place is inconsistent with the law enforcement place.
As an optional embodiment, after the terminal module 201 obtains the law enforcement location corresponding to the interception time point sent by the user through the intelligent terminal, the method further includes:
determining a preset place of the task target of the user, and judging whether the law enforcement place is in a set range of the preset place;
if not, judging that the interception time point is invalid, and indicating the intelligent terminal to obtain the interception time point again.
As an optional embodiment, after the terminal module 201 obtains the law enforcement location corresponding to the interception time point sent by the user through the intelligent terminal, the method further includes:
and acquiring login information input by a user through the intelligent terminal, determining the law enforcement recorder bound by the user according to the login information, and establishing a corresponding relation between the intelligent terminal and the law enforcement recorder.
As an optional embodiment, after the executing module 204 generates and outputs the intercepted law enforcement video, the method further includes:
and acquiring and analyzing the audio information of the law enforcement video, performing specific voice matching on the audio information, and performing dotting marking on the video node corresponding to the audio information which is successfully matched.
As an optional embodiment, after the executing module 204 generates and outputs the intercepted law enforcement video, the method further includes:
acquiring date information and video target information input by a user, and adding a time mark and a target mark on the law enforcement video according to the date information and the video target information;
and storing the law enforcement video into a corresponding database according to the time mark and the target mark.
The device of the foregoing embodiment is used to implement the corresponding method in the foregoing embodiment, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described herein again.
One or more embodiments of the present specification further provide an electronic device based on the same inventive concept. The electronic device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the law enforcement video interception method according to any one of the above embodiments.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a more specific hardware structure of an electronic device according to this embodiment, where the electronic device may include: a processor 310, a memory 320, an input/output interface 330, a communication interface 340, and a bus 350. Wherein the processor 310, memory 320, input/output interface 330, and communication interface 340 are communicatively coupled to each other within the device via bus 350.
The processor 310 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present specification.
The Memory 320 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 320 may store an operating system and other application programs, and when the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present specification is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 320 and called to be executed by the processor 310.
The input/output interface 330 is used for connecting an input/output module to realize information input and output. The input/output module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The communication interface 340 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the figure) to implement communication interaction between the present device and other devices. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
Bus 350 includes a path that transfers information between the various components of the device, such as processor 310, memory 320, input/output interface 330, and communication interface 340.
It should be noted that although the above-mentioned device only shows the processor 310, the memory 320, the input/output interface 330, the communication interface 340 and the bus 350, in a specific implementation, the device may also include other components necessary for normal operation. In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described apparatus may also include only those components necessary to implement the embodiments of the present description, and not necessarily all of the components shown in the figures.
Based on the same inventive concept, one or more embodiments of the present specification also provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform a law enforcement video interception method as described in any one of the embodiments above.
Computer-readable media of the present embodiments, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.

Claims (10)

1. A law enforcement video interception method, comprising:
acquiring an interception time point sent by a user through an intelligent terminal and a law enforcement place corresponding to the interception time point;
acquiring video information, a plurality of shooting time points and shooting places corresponding to the shooting time points, which are sent by the user through a law enforcement recorder;
determining a first shooting time point which is consistent with the interception time point in the plurality of shooting time points, determining the shooting place corresponding to the first shooting time point, and judging whether the shooting place is consistent with the law enforcement place;
and if the shooting place is inconsistent with the law enforcement place, determining a second shooting time point when the shooting place is firstly consistent with the law enforcement place from the plurality of shooting time points, intercepting the video information according to the second shooting time point, and generating and outputting an intercepted law enforcement video.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the shooting location coincides with the law enforcement location further comprises:
if the shooting place is consistent with the law enforcement place, continuously judging whether the shooting place appears for the first time;
and if the shooting place appears for the first time, intercepting the video information according to the first shooting time point, and generating and outputting an intercepted law enforcement video.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the shooting location appears for the first time further comprises:
and if the shooting place does not appear for the first time, judging that the shooting place is inconsistent with the law enforcement place.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after acquiring the law enforcement place corresponding to the interception time point sent by the user through the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:
determining a preset place of the task target of the user, and judging whether the law enforcement place is in a set range of the preset place;
if not, judging that the interception time point is invalid, and indicating the intelligent terminal to obtain the interception time point again.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after acquiring the law enforcement place corresponding to the interception time point sent by the user through the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:
and acquiring login information input by a user through the intelligent terminal, determining the law enforcement recorder bound by the user according to the login information, and establishing a corresponding relation between the intelligent terminal and the law enforcement recorder.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating and outputting the intercepted law enforcement video, further comprising:
and acquiring and analyzing the audio information of the law enforcement video, performing specific voice matching on the audio information, and performing dotting marking on the video node corresponding to the audio information which is successfully matched.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating and outputting the intercepted law enforcement video, further comprising:
acquiring date information and video target information input by a user, and adding a time mark and a target mark on the law enforcement video according to the date information and the video target information;
and storing the law enforcement video into a corresponding database according to the time mark and the target mark.
8. A law enforcement video interception apparatus, comprising:
the terminal module is used for acquiring an interception time point sent by a user through an intelligent terminal and a law enforcement place corresponding to the interception time point;
the recorder module is used for acquiring video information, a plurality of shooting time points and shooting places corresponding to the shooting time points, which are sent by the user through a law enforcement recorder;
the comparison module is used for determining a first shooting time point which is consistent with the interception time point in the plurality of shooting time points, determining the shooting place corresponding to the first shooting time point, and judging whether the shooting place is consistent with the law enforcement place or not;
and the execution module is used for determining a second shooting time point when the shooting place is firstly consistent with the law enforcement place in the plurality of shooting time points if the shooting place is inconsistent with the law enforcement place, intercepting the video information according to the second shooting time point, and generating and outputting an intercepted law enforcement video.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
