By applying the mobile terminal-based weather information instant transmission system provided by the embodiment of the invention, live broadcast connection on front and back sides is realized by utilizing the mobile terminal and a network technology, and a disaster site is displayed in all aspects by crowdedly raising rich material resources, so that comprehensive information such as pictures, videos, voices and the like is provided for comprehensive disaster prevention and reduction; the mobile terminal collects the positioning data and accurately acquires the positions of field workers, so that the scheduling and monitoring can be effectively carried out when the disaster is dealt with.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (8)

1. A weather information instant transmission method based on a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal receives a meteorological information propagation starting instruction input by a user, generates a calling instruction according to the starting instruction and calls a video and audio acquisition device;
the mobile terminal acquires the position information of the mobile terminal according to the starting instruction; the position information comprises longitude and latitude information of the current position of the mobile terminal;
the video and audio acquisition device receives the call instruction, and monitors and/or monitors the surrounding environment to obtain environmental data; the environment data comprises image data and/or voice data;
the mobile terminal processes the image data and/or the voice data to generate a field shooting code stream, loads the longitude and latitude information into attribute information of the field shooting code stream, and sends the field shooting code stream to a server in real time;
the server obtains geographical position information corresponding to the longitude and latitude information according to the field shooting code stream;
the server generates position attribute information of the scene shooting code stream according to the geographical position information;
the user terminal accesses the server according to an access instruction input by the user to obtain the position attribute information and displays the position attribute information as position attribute display information;
sending a selection instruction input by a user at the user terminal according to the position attribute display information to the server;
the server acquires a field shooting code stream corresponding to the position attribute display information according to the selection instruction and sends the field shooting code stream to the user terminal in real time;
the user terminal decodes and plays the on-site shooting code stream;
after the generating of the scene shooting code stream, the method further includes:
the mobile terminal processes the on-site shooting code stream for a period of time to generate streaming media data, and loads shooting time information and longitude and latitude information as attribute information of the streaming media data;
the mobile terminal sends the streaming media data to the server;
the server generates data storage attribute information according to shooting time information and longitude and latitude information of the streaming media data, and stores the streaming media data into a memory according to the data storage attribute information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the user terminal accesses a server according to the access instruction input by the user to obtain the data storage attribute information, and displays the data storage attribute information as streaming media attribute display information;
sending a selection instruction input by a user at the user terminal according to the streaming media attribute display information to the server;
the server acquires streaming media data corresponding to the streaming media attribute display information according to the selection instruction and sends the streaming media data to the user terminal;
the user terminal plays the streaming media data;
the sending, to the server, the selection instruction input by the user at the user terminal according to the location attribute display information specifically includes:
and clicking the position attribute display information displayed in a hierarchical level by the user on the user terminal, generating the selection instruction and sending the selection instruction to the server.
2. The weather information instant transmission method according to claim 1, wherein after the code stream generated according to the on-site shooting code stream is transmitted to a server in real time, the method further comprises:
and the server stores the on-site shooting code stream as code stream data.
3. The immediate weather information dissemination method according to claim 1, wherein after the mobile terminal receives a start instruction input by a user, the method further comprises:
the mobile terminal sends a weather live information acquisition request to a server;
the server acquires the weather live information according to the weather live information acquisition request and sends the weather live information to the mobile terminal;
and the mobile terminal displays the received weather live information through a user interface.
4. The weather information instant disseminating method as claimed in claim 3, further comprising: and the mobile terminal processes the received weather live information and the environment data to generate the on-site shooting code stream.
5. The immediate weather information dissemination method based on a mobile terminal as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the mobile terminal receives the start instruction inputted by the user, the method further comprises:
the mobile terminal receives a login request input by a user;
the mobile terminal displays a login information input interface to a user according to the login request;
receiving login information input by a user, wherein the login information at least comprises a user name and a login verification code;
the mobile terminal sends the user name and the login verification code to the server;
the server verifies the user name and the login verification code, and sends user interface data facing the user to the mobile terminal when the user name and the login verification code are verified;
and the mobile terminal displays the user interface data as a user interface.
6. An immediate weather information dissemination system, characterized in that said immediate weather information dissemination system comprises a mobile terminal, a server, a storage and a user terminal as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The weather information instant messenger system as claimed in claim 6, further comprising the audio-visual frequency acquisition device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the audio-visual frequency acquisition device is connected to the mobile terminal.
8. The weather information instant messenger system as claimed in claim 6, wherein said mobile terminal includes said audio/video capture device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
