The communication unit 104 is wirelessly connected with at least one mobile terminal, and sets a license plate number in the processing unit 103 of the parking stall stopper 100 through the mobile terminal, so that the license plate number corresponds to the parking stall lock, and a user can locally customize the exclusive parking stall stopper 100.
The parking space lock body 101, the license plate recognition unit 102, the processing unit 103 and the communication unit 104 are respectively connected to a power supply unit 105 for supplying power to the parking space lock body, the license plate recognition unit 102, the processing unit 103 and the communication unit 104.
