The merchandise information display method 60 at least includes steps S602 to S606. The flow shown in fig. 4 is a detailed description of "acquiring the user status information by a camera to generate the sensor information".
In the goods shelf, the visual analysis module mainly provides the functions of face detection, attributes and recognition, and can extract a face frame in an image in real time aiming at the image collected by the camera; the recognition module can output 128/256/512 dimensional features through a feature extraction network based on a Facenet frame aiming at specific human faces, and is used for distinguishing different human faces and determining the faceID of the current user; the attribute module extracts features through a neural network aiming at a specific face, and obtains attributes such as gender, age, user emotion and the like which are interesting to the current service scene.
As shown in fig. 6, in S602, facial image information of the user is acquired by the camera. The face detection part can adopt an MTCNN (Multi-task masked connected computational Networks), and compared with a traditional face detection network based on features, the face detection part has higher robustness (better adaptability to pitch and illumination) and real-time performance. Meanwhile, the detection network can be flexibly replaced by other networks according to the specific service scene requirements, such as Mobilenet + SSD, Yolo, Mobilenet + fast RCNN and the like.
Facial recognition may be performed using a FaceNet network, the loss functions may be triplet loss and ArcFace loss functions, and the model may have an accuracy of greater than 99.5% in the L FW data set.
The multitask attribute network is generated based on the feature extraction network mobilenet, and emotion, age, gender and the like can be output aiming at the input face.
Meanwhile, in a scene with low power consumption and limited calculation capacity, the face detection network outputs a face position frame, calculates the intersection-parallel ratio (IOU) between a plurality of face frames of two adjacent frames, judges that one face exists when the coincidence degree of the two face frames of the two next frames is greater than 0.6, does not perform recognition and attribute tasks any more, and can greatly save calculation capacity.
In S606, the sensor information is generated based on the gender information of the user.
When a client enters a supermarket, the client controls an L ED large-screen display on a shelf to broadcast different price tags and advertisement contents in turn to attract a user to look up the price tags and the advertisement contents, when the user approaches the shelf, the APP detects face information through a camera and obtains information characteristics of the gender, the age, the emotion and the like of the user, commodity information is recommended to the user according to a certain strategy, if a male recommends a male related commodity, a female recommends a female related commodity, the recommended commodity resides for a certain time and then returns to a first screen advertisement page, face detection is carried out again, and the interaction scheme for accurately pushing the shelf advertisements is provided in the form.
Under the normal state, the first light-emitting diode display screen and the second light-emitting diode display screen display normal materials which can be pictures, videos, gif and the like, the materials are transmitted to the processor from the background configuration through the network, the processor issues the materials into the storage of the screen through the program and displays and plays the materials according to a certain rule, and the program can control the time, the form and the effect of playing the materials through the rule issued by the background. When someone approaches to a certain distance from the shelf, a sensor (a camera or a distance sensor) is triggered, the sensor transmits a signal of a detected object to the processor, and the processor changes the display content of the screen (the content can be configured through a background) through a program, for example, the display content is changed into commodity price information corresponding to the positions of the first light-emitting diode display screen and the second light-emitting diode display screen, and sales promotion content is realized.
At the moment, the sensor detects that an object is always in front of the shelf, the state of the valuable label and the commodity information is always displayed, after the object leaves, the sensor cannot detect the object in front of the shelf, the information is transmitted to the processor, the processor switches the display of the screen back to the previous display state through a program, and materials such as advertisement marketing and the like are continuously played. The switching of different contents of the screen is realized by reciprocating in this way, and good experience effects of advertisement broadcasting, man-machine interaction and customized recommendation are achieved. Meanwhile, the processor feeds back data such as the switching times triggered by the sensor, the switching time interval and the like to the background for data storage, analysis and screening.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps implementing the above embodiments are implemented as computer programs executed by a CPU. When executed by the CPU, performs the functions defined by the above-described methods provided by the present disclosure. The program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, which may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
