Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for managing computer-aided resource delivery based on routing cost consumption, as shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
s1, displaying a route cost uploading interface;
in the present invention, the route may be a data route, an article turnover route, or the like. The route cost uploading interface is used for prompting a user to upload the route cost. The method can be a routing cost uploading interface of the appointed operation account number, and can also be a batch uploading interface of the routing cost. Thus, this step may display a routing cost upload interface for the designated operating account as shown in fig. 2 a. The routing cost uploading interface of the designated operation account comprises the following steps: a resource delivery time period input field, a contract ID input field, and a routing cost input field for the designated operating account.
The resource delivery time period input field is used for inputting the route cost resource delivery time period by a user, and the resource delivery time period input field can be a certain day. The contract ID input field is used for inputting contract ID corresponding to cost resource delivery by a user. The routing cost of the designated operational account includes: accounting resource consumption and super-cost resource consumption, wherein the accounting resource consumption refers to the amount of platform currency put into a designated operation account; the super-cost resource consumption is the cost super-branch cash amount of the information flow caused by abnormal release. The designated operational account includes, but is not limited to, a default operational account associated with the login account, an operational account associated with the contract ID entered by the user. Wherein, different contract IDs correspond to different calculation modes of the consumption amount of the account resources and the consumption amount of the super-cost resources.
In addition, this step may also display a route cost batch upload interface as shown in fig. 2 b. The route cost batch upload interface includes a batch upload button. The user completes batch uploading of the route cost data by clicking a batch upload button.
Further, the route cost batch upload interface may further include: a resource delivery time period selection box, a contract ID selection box, an activity selection box, a settlement party selection box, and the like, a selection box for a user to query for cost data, and a query button, a reset button, a cost upload button, and a export button. The user finishes the route cost data query by inputting the query condition in the one or more selection boxes and clicking a query button; the reset of the query condition is completed by clicking the reset button, the cost upload button is clicked to jump to the routing cost upload interface of the designated operation account shown in fig. 2a, and the cost data of the query is exported by clicking the export button.
S2, receiving route cost information input by a user at the route cost uploading interface;
wherein the routing cost information includes: the method comprises the steps of resource delivery time period, contract ID, operation account number, account face resource consumption Z and super-cost resource consumption C corresponding to the operation account.
In one example, the user inputs the resource delivery time period in a resource delivery time period input field as in fig. 2a, a contract ID input field inputs a contract ID, an account resource consumption Z and an over-cost resource consumption C corresponding to an operation account are respectively input in a route cost input field of a designated operation account, and after clicking a submit button, the system receives route cost information input by the user in the route cost uploading interface.
Further, in order to ensure validity of the submitted routing cost information, after the submit button is clicked, whether the routing cost information format is correct or not can be checked, if the data format of the account resource consumption and the super-cost resource consumption is limited to two effective digits or 0 after a decimal point, the data format of the input account resource consumption and the super-cost resource consumption is checked according to the data format requirement, when the check is passed, the submit is successful, and when the check is failed, the submit is failed.
In another example, the user clicks the batch upload button as in fig. 2b, receives a user batch upload instruction through the batch upload button, and the page jumps to the popup page as shown in fig. 3, in which the download link of the batch upload template is displayed for the user to download the batch upload template, and simultaneously the file selection box and the upload button are displayed for the user to select the file path of the routing cost file and upload the routing cost file. Furthermore, the method can further check the format of the routing cost file according to the format of the batch uploading template, and display a check result.
Taking the routing cost file as an excel file as an example, the batch uploading template comprises: and the data format of the accounting resource consumption and the super-cost resource consumption is limited to two effective digits or 0 after the decimal point, and the data format in the uploaded routing cost file is checked according to the data format requirement and the check result is displayed. As shown in fig. 3, the uploading is successful when the verification is passed, and the specific position where the verification is not passed, such as "xxx account verification is not passed, uploading fails" is displayed when the verification is not passed.
Further, since there is a possibility that contract ID and operation account ID in the system change, and the resource delivery time period is also related to the uploading time, in general, the uploading time is T days, and the resource delivery time period is T-1 days. In order to ensure the uniformity of the data format of the batch uploading templates, the method and the device also initialize the contract ID and the operation account ID format in the batch uploading templates before displaying the batch uploading templates, ensure that the contract ID and the operation account ID are the latest contract ID and operation account ID, and initialize the resource delivery time period in the uploading templates and ensure the accuracy of the resource delivery time period.
S3, determining and displaying the actual resource investment of the route according to the route cost information.
Wherein the routing cost information at least includes: accounting resource consumption Z and super-cost resource consumption C, the actual resource investment S is calculated by the following formula:
S=(Z-C)*(1-Q)*(1-R);
wherein Q is a routing loss, and R is a natural loss.
According to the invention, the agent can obtain the actual resource investment of the corresponding route only by uploading the route cost information on the route cost uploading interface, so that the manual operation time is effectively reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. In addition, the invention also supports the functions of uploading the route cost information in batches and inquiring the route cost information in real time, thereby being convenient for mass data operation of agents.
