Abstract
The invention discloses an external wallboard component and a frame structure building system comprising the same. The frame structure building system comprises a frame body and the external wall panel component, wherein the component body is connected in the frame body, and the outer side surface of the component body and the outer side surface of the frame body are positioned on the same plane; alternatively, the member body is connected to an outer side of the frame body. The external wall panel components are prefabricated in a factory and installed in a dry hanging mode, so that the processing procedure is simpler and more convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved; and the problems of leakage and the like are effectively avoided, and the safety and the stability of the frame structure building system are greatly improved.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an exterior wall panel member and a frame structure building system including the same.
Background
The frame building is flexibly separated by the space, the dead weight is light, and the material is saved; the method has the advantages of being capable of flexibly matching with the plane arrangement of the building and the like and is widely adopted. The frame structure is a structure which is formed by a plurality of beams and columns which are combined to form a frame to bear the whole load of the house. In high-rise civil buildings and multi-storey industrial plants, the load bearing of brick walls cannot meet the requirement of large load, and frames are often adopted as load bearing structures, and outer walls only play a role in containment.
Although wall materials suitable for the outer wall of the frame structure are continuously updated in recent years, the outer wall of the frame structure needs a plurality of processes such as masonry construction, heat insulation system construction, exterior finish construction and the like in the construction process, and has numerous nodes and is easy to cause leakage and the like. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment discloses a frame structure building system including a frame body 10 and a panel member. This external wallboard component includes component body 1, and component body 1 includes inboard armor layer 11, heat preservation 12, outside armor layer 13 and at least one reinforcement component 14, and the inside and outside both sides of heat preservation 12 are connected respectively in inboard armor layer 11 and outside armor layer 13, and reinforcement component 14 is located in heat preservation 12.
In the present embodiment, the component body 1 is connected in the frame body 10, and the outer side surface of the component body 1 and the outer side surface of the frame body 10 are located on the same plane. The externally-hung wallboard component formed by integrally combining the prefabricated components is prefabricated in a factory and is installed in the frame body 10 in a dry hanging mode, so that a frame structure building system does not need multiple procedures such as masonry construction, heat insulation system construction and the like, the processing procedure is simpler and more convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved; and the problems of leakage and the like are effectively avoided, and the safety and the stability of the frame structure building system are greatly improved.

In this embodiment, one side of the insulating layer 12 facing the inner side facing layer 11 may be made into a groove form, so that the thickness of the inner side facing layer 11 is further increased by the groove, which is convenient for the arrangement of the embedded line pipe; meanwhile, the contact area between the heat-insulating layer 12 and the inner side protective layer 11 is effectively increased, so that the structural strength of the external wallboard component is improved, and the stability of a frame structure building system is ensured.
The inner side facing layer 11 comprises first mortar 111 and a first reinforcing layer 112, the first mortar 111 is connected to the insulating layer 12, and the first reinforcing layer 112 is arranged in the first mortar 111. The first reinforcing layer 112 is provided in the first mortar 111, so that the structural integrity of the inner facing layer 11 can be enhanced, and the first mortar 111 is used for leveling and protecting.
The inner protective layer 11 has a thread through hole 113 therein. The wire through hole 113 can be used for passing through the wire. Wherein, when processing the inboard armor layer 11 of preparation, the required pre-buried spool of prefabricated design earlier, later lay inboard armor layer 11 again in, the line hole 113 has crossed in the pre-buried spool to it is very convenient to realize processing the preparation.
The outer protective layer 13 includes a second mortar 131 and a second reinforcing layer 132, the second mortar 131 is connected to the insulating layer 12, and the second reinforcing layer 132 is disposed in the second mortar 131. The second reinforcing layer 132 is provided in the second mortar 131 so as to enhance the structural integrity of the outer protective layer 13, and the second mortar 131 is used for leveling and protecting.
In this embodiment, both the first reinforcing layer 112 and the second reinforcing layer 132 may be steel meshes, so that the impact strength and the crack resistance of the external wall panel member can be effectively enhanced by the steel meshes. Both the first mortar 111 and the second mortar 131 can be polymer anti-crack mortar, so that the safety and stability of the frame structure building system are improved.
The external wall panel component further comprises a plurality of connecting ribs 16, the connecting ribs 16 penetrate through the heat insulation layer 12, and two ends of the connecting ribs 16 are connected to the first reinforcing layer 112 and the second reinforcing layer 132 respectively. The two ends of the connecting ribs 16 are respectively connected to the first reinforcing layer 112 and the second reinforcing layer 132, so that the connection between the inner side facing layer 11 and the outer side facing layer 13 is realized, the connection strength is effectively enhanced, the overall structural strength of the external wallboard component is greatly improved, and the safety and stability of a frame structure building system are improved.
In the present embodiment, the connecting ribs 16 are disposed transversely and perpendicularly to the first reinforcing layer 112 and the second reinforcing layer 132. First enhancement layer 112 and second enhancement layer 132 set up respectively in inside armor layer 11 and outside armor layer 13 and parallel to each other, through splice bar 16 transverse connection and with first enhancement layer 112, second enhancement layer 132 mutually perpendicular for splice bar 16 will straighten and further strengthen overall structure joint strength, improved frame construction building system's safety and stability greatly. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting rib 16 may be disposed obliquely, as long as both ends of the connecting rib 16 are connected to the first reinforcing layer 112 and the second reinforcing layer 132, respectively, to achieve the reinforcement of the connection strength.
The insulating layer 12 is made of organic-inorganic composite insulating material. Preferably, the material of the insulating layer 12 is a silicon graphene insulating material.

As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment 3, the reinforcing component 14 is a reinforcing grid, and the reinforcing grid is disposed on the thermal insulation layer 12, so as to effectively reinforce the overall structural strength of the external wall panel member, and greatly improve the stability of the external wall panel member.

10. A frame structure building system comprising a frame body and an externally hung wall panel member as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, said member body being connected within said frame body with an outer side of said member body lying in the same plane as an outer side of said frame body;
alternatively, the member body is connected to an outer side of the frame body.
